We stayed in the hotel 4 nights. We booked family roo We booked family room for 3 nights and mobile home for one night. But in some reason we got family room for 2 nights and mobile home for 2 nights which was pity because we loved the family room it was beautifully decorated, clean, lovely to stay. We could go back there later on...In mobile home we had more privacy but some equipment were missing from the kitchen and it felt tiny after the family room.People were kind in reception but not so nice in the bar of the pool. Otherwise pools were great and kids loved the outside spa.

Hotel was in a wonderful place, between little lake and forest. Only but was that navigator doesn´t recognize that address which i got from hotels.com service and finding the hotel was a little bit difficult. This was partly own mistake, our map wasn´t up tp date. But with very helpful Italians place was found. :-)

Paikka oli kaunis ja viihtyisä . Auto on melkeimpä välttämätön , koska tila sijaitsee korkealla vuorilla.Tutustuimme oliiviöljyn valmistukseen , jopa lapsemme 8v. ja 11v. olivat kiinnostuneita öljyn valmistusprosessista ja "öljymaistiaisista " . Kannattaa kokeilla! Tilan oma oliiviöljy on uskomattoman hyvää. Rouva puhuu englantia , hän oli avulias ja ystävällinen. Uima-allas oli suuri ja upealla paikalla , siisti , kaikki me viihdyimme erinomaisen hyvin.

We stayed only one night in this hotel. Hotel was very clean, staf was very nice and the atmosphere was wondeful. Food was traditional italian level. We really enjoyed our stay in Borgo Pretale.

"Good hotel but remote location"
We had a good room and everything looked well maintained but we took some time to find the place as the address was not recognized by the navigation software. Breakfast was ok but staff were too snooty and impolite. I would not go back.

"Excellent hotel to stay and drive around Tuscuny"
Centrally located in Tuscany near Siena right off the freeway. Excellent staff and service; greeted us with a smile and very helpful with telling us about places to visit in the area. Breakfast was absolutely the best we had among many hotels we stayed in Italy, in addition to standard breakfast items they have freshly squeezed orange juice, ham and […] cheese and eggs etc. Free wifi, parking, pool and spa are great too. Must have a car if you stay in this hotel as it is not walking distance to anything; which was perfect for us since we wanted to stay in a quit place away from touristy areas with traffic and parking problems but still be able to take day trips to all the best sightseeing spots in Tuscany. The hotel has a very modern design and cool style but unfortunately is showing signs of neglect on maintenance (mostly cosmetic around showers and pool areas) not a big deal considering the price range but just an observation. "good experience"
The hotel staff were very helpful and the location was perfect for us. We were just a few minutes from Siena. the breakfast was great and the capuchino was the best. The room was quiet, neat and clean.

"Good hotel"
Located 15 min driving from the city walls of Siena, but easy to find. Must have a car. There's a excellent coffee break, the best I saw during my trip in Italy. From the balcony you can enjoy the tuscan landscapes. Overall the price is very reasonable. Recomended.

"bad finish, cramped room, helpful staff"
staff was great. we had 3 in a room and it was not worth the extra money we paid. they just had a very small uncomfortable fold out for the 3rd person to sleep on and there was very little room for 3 people plus luggage to fit in that room and still move around.
Christiana and Nico (hotel staff) went above and beyond to help us in our travels. The entire staff was courteous and very helpfull. The stay at the hotel was amazing and the views of the countryside outside the hotel were breath taking. All A + ratings for the entire experience.
"to long distance to everything"
The location was hard to find and you could not find any restaurants in the near. The hotel restaurant was indoor and not very exciting and also expensive. The closest little village had no restaurants, pizza bars, trattories. There was a supermarket 10 min. drive from the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Montaperti Hotel. Very close to Siena about 10-15 min drive. Located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Especially enjoyed the pool during the hot afternoons in Siena.

"A real hidden gem"
This is a great hotel for exploring the surrounding areas of Siena and Chianti. It is in the middle of nowhere and as a very relaxed atmosphere. it was very easy to get to hotel. the hotel is close to high way , but in quite neiborhood.Staff is really helpfull. The only problem was that there isn't any restorant besides of the hotel's restorant and it's very expensive.
"Worth the trip"
Really nice stay in this hotel; people are really nice and standard are very good. Very nice to enjoy the swimming pool and breakfast. We enjoyed it as it is ideally located to visit chianti and sienna.

We were disappointed with this hotel. In the pictures it looked really stylish but when we got there the hotel was in disrepair and not clean. It is really ashame because it was a cool, modern concept but it has not been maintained. I saw several things in the hotel that should have been fixed and weren't. Above all, the hotel was dirty. Quiet location. Very modern and comfortable. With a car, it is in close proximity to Siena and the freeway leading to other small towns in the Tuscany region. "Godt udgangspunkt for en ferie i Toscana"
Hotellet ligger nær ved motorvejen, og dermed et perfekt udgangspunkt for dem der selv vil køre rundt og opleve området. Servicen var i top og personalet altid smilende og villige til at guide og hjælpe. Værelserne var store og rene, og rengøringen fandt sted hver dag.
