Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu helmi 21, 2013Lentokentälle pääsi sujuvasti aamulla. Huone oli amerikkalaishotelliksi pienehkö. Viereisen moottoritien äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen, mutta ei liian häiritsevästi, sillä ikkunaan oli laitettu lisäeristyslasi. Aulabaari oli plussaa. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja asiallista.

Arvostellut: Kari K, "Vantaa, Finland", joulu 7, 2011Hotelli oli ihan mukava ja siisti. Aamiainen oli OK. Sänky oli hyvä ja TV kanavia riitti. Ainoa mikä puuttui oli golf channel. Ympäristö ei välttämättä ole hyvä kävelylle, paikalliset varoittivat rikollisuudesta. Mutta jos liikut autolla niin suosittelen.

Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu maalis 28, 2011Asuimme perheeni kanssa pari viikkoa hotellissa ja kaikki meni yleisesti ottaen hyvin. Aamupala kuului hotellin hintaan ja oli mielestäni hyvä. Ainoat mieleen tulvat miinuspuolet liittyivät epäselvyyksiin: jäi epäselväksi, onko hotellissa lapsille matkasänkyjä vai ei, sillä saimme asiasta kahdenlaista informaatiota. Loppujen lopuksi hotelli ei niitä ainakaan meille tarjonnut, joten otimme yhden mukaan. Lisäksi siivojat vähän liiankin innokkaasti poistivat lapsillemme tarkoitetut ylimääräiset pyyhkeet ja vuodetarvikkeet, mutta asia korjaantui kun sanoimme asiasta siivousvastaavalle.

"Nothing like the pictures!"
Where to begin? I booked this hotel for my boyfriend's birthday and because in the pictures it showed the room having tons of space for a party. When I got to the lobby it smelled terrible like some sort of inscents! It gave me a headache not to mention i had to wait about five minutes smalling it because that's how long it took for someone to actually […] come from where ever they were and get me checked in. Then the lady asked for my name and i gave it to her and she couldn't find my reservation paper. I had to repeat my name six times before she found the paper in her right hand. After that I went up to the room to set up and the room was nothing like the pictures online! They were so boxie and cramped! I could've put up with the small space but then my boyfriend had pointed out that there was indeed a hole under the door. I just gave up and check out and stayed at a hotel closer to the boardwalk. "Could have been better"
The hotel staff had many issues and were less than pleasant. We were given wrong directions several times. Were told we are on the first floor than had to carry a stroller to the second floor. One of the face clothes was dirty to the point it should have been thrown out. When we called the front desk we were told something was wrong with us. "Vanillablooos Review"
The motel was nice and clean, but I found 2 things that needed fixing. For one, the door sweep to the motel room was needing to be replaced and 2, the toilet seat was needing to be tightened down or replaced. Other than that, it was a nice, clean motel to stay at.Aito Expedian asiakkaan arvostelu

"Horrbile Management and rude staff"
Hotel Review: We got to our room very late in the evening, and it was FREEZING! It was 39 degrees outside and about that inside. It took the heater about 4 hours to actually heat the room. It was like an icebox, we could see our breath when we talked. We posted the do not disturb sign on the door, and every morning the maid would call to ask for room […] cleaning instead of walking up and looking at the do not disturb sign. On check out, the front desk manager stood and watched us remove all of our stuff from the room. When we complained about the calls from the maids he said, " Look here, you need to learn that the economy is bad and they (the maids) are on 1/2days and wanted to know if you need something. They shouldn't have to walk over to your room to see the do not disturb sign."The staff was rude. Management seriously needs to work on their people skills. Hotel was fine. Not exceptional, but fine. Don't expect much from the breakfast! There was coffee, dry cereal, juice (not fresh, or even frozen), and 3 muffins! "Very nice hotel and management"
I stayed at the hotel for only one night but it was very nice. The man checking us in did a very good job. Apparently the woman in front of us had a problem but he was able to quickly resolve it and get us checked in.
