The room was very nice for the money, but needs better curtains to block the light while sleeping. It was like sleeping in daylight. There was also a lot of coming and going at 1AM to 2AM in the rooms nearby.

I loved this hotel & wished we'd stayed here for our whole trip. The bed was huge and comfortable, the rate was great, and the rooms were very, very clean.
"No noise insulation!"
The room was great, but we kept being woken up every time someone walked past our room talking. I wish they'd find a way to insulate the rooms from noise. Plus the pillows were hard and thick, which to me is really uncomfortable; but the bed was EXTRA COMFY, so it made falling asleep easy.

This was one the best hotels I have been in very clean and nice people. My only gripe was the cleaning people making so much noise first thing in the morning.

I have heard some horrible stories about hotel such as RRI, so I was apprehensive about booking/stay there especially for the price offer. Once I arrive, the lobby area was clean and the staff was really friendly and professional. Once I entered the room I was completely shocked at how nice and clean the rooms were. I reserved 3 room for a really low […] price and although the rooms were small, they were appropriate for the amount of guest per room and smelled really nice. My husband and I drove up to Delaware from Jacksonville, FL. After such a long trip we were ready to relax and get some rest. The Red Roof Inn was close to all kinds of restaurants and a huge mall. The only hiccup was we had to be moved to another room because the television was missing. They were still in the process of renovating the rooms. Renovated rooms. Room was clean and updated. Great for the price. Chili's right in front with a bunch of other restaurants around it. 1 Mile off 95, convenient! Only complaint is the king bed close to the door and this is a red roof with the outside doors. But overall would stay there again!

Felt dirty and beds were very small. My husband who can/t handle dust, fell very sick. He feels it was do to there dust mites.
The towels were little rags. The mattress was cheap and sprung. Nice lady at the desk, quiet location, Chili's within walking distance.
It was angood deal and the room was better than expected.

Room had a bit of a stale aroma, possibly due to a former occupant smoking in the room - despite it being a non-smoking room. When I checked out and mentioned the ashes on the bathroom floor, the desk clerk had no comment. Not that the hotel had any control over it, but it did not help that someone was banging loudly on the door next to ours at 5 a.m. […] and talking rather loud. "Average Experience"
We stayed at the Red Roof in near UDel for an on campus visit for my son. Price was our main motivator as Red Roof Inn was best priced with Days Inn which was booked. The stay was as expected with the following exceptions. 1. The web site mentioned a Continental Breakfast, which was not provided. The check in person was very nice but mentioned there […] was only coffee and tea available. 2. When we entered the room there, although it looked clean, there was a strange odor. I attributed it to the room being closed up for some time. The odor was kind of a moldy smell. The Hotel is a bit difficult to located since there is only one access road leading to it which was not picked up on our navigation. It took us 2 rounds before we saw the small sign with the arrow pointing us to the access road. I'm not sure if there was a dog show nearby, but it seemed that every guest other than our family had 1-2 dogs, which we didn't mind at all since we love pets. Greeting was wonderful. Desk manager very friendly and helpful. Room was better than I expected for price. Very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out
The room appeared recently painted, the decor was contemporary with a very convenient work station. The bathroom was small but the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. A good value. We would def stay here again.
the red roof in Newark was very clean-with the bed bug scare that is important-we got there and the carpets had just been cleaned-the bed was clean and the bathrooms too. the only complaint was that the hotel was a little off the main road a little hard to get to but woth the effort, only stayed one night but would recommend.

It is your typical budget hotel. I was freaked out b/c the clerk talked to me through a window with a box to pass papers back and forth, which did not make me feel like it was a safe area, but once we got to our room, it was fine. We didn't hear anyone hanging out, in fact we didn't hear or see anyone for the remainder f our trip (it was just an overnight […] on a road trip) and the room was clean. "Convienent and Comfortable"
The Red Roof was clean, reasonably safe, right off the highway, and close to a number of restaurants (including within walking distance across a parking lot to a Chilis.) Staff was courteous. Very friendly and welcoming customer service. I have stayed in 5 star hotels on 3 continents and not had as friendly of a welcome. Thank you. We felt they were glad to have us as guests.

"difficile de trouverl hotel"
jai ete ravie de l hotel, la proprete ..on avait un chien de 60 livres ,,,et il s nous ont donnes quand meme ,une belle chambre .ce qui est rare lorsquon va dans un econolodge par exemple (ils nous donnent la pire des chambres quils ont ..a croire que notre chien fera ses besoin dans la chambre ....-((( bref pour en revenir au red roof..jai que du positif […] ..prix excellent et qualite tres confortable et propre ..merci Lisätietoja
