The hotel was conveniently located by both the domestic and international airport. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. I would suggest not walking around the neighborhood.

Yah, you are safe and the room is clean, but its not a lot of value for the money, as ist the norm in Delhi. It was just generally subpar.

Allthough everything is good only all electric switched too need to be changes as are nopt working properly (All sockets for laptop or charging phones we had a lot of problem)

location good,they upgraded me to club room so it was great,breakfast ok,if u r alone or with partner than ok otherwise glass bathroom can be a problem, i find it value for money.go ahead.

Good location to catch flights, to go to Juhu beach or to catch fast train to South Mumbai. It is really value for money in Mumbai. Rooms are big and clean and comfortable. There is weird part with toilet, which is great, but divided by glass...so if you are not solo traveller, you will be watching your fellow co traveler doing all the things we are […] doing in toilet. Don't take cabs in front of hotel, expensive. Just walk 100 meters further and you'll find better option for your pocket. Stuff is really helpful and warm. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and attentive. Food was good and rasonably priced. The only downside was the glass walled en-suite bathroom. OK if you are on your own. Not sure how a couple would take to it though.

Very pleasant hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean and comfortable room. Only issue I had with the room was that the refrigerator didn't seem to cool very well in the cabinet that it's in, but just leaving the door to the cabinet open fixed that issue. My room was a bit noisy during most of the night ... sounded like the kitchen staff was preparing […] for the next day. My advice would be to try to get a room that is on the side of the building opposite the main elevators and not on the same side of the building as the elevators themselves. A friend who had a room on that side of the building didn't hear any noises, where I was kept up a fair bit of the night by them. Note that you have to pay for internet service in the hotel so it can get a bit expensive for long stays, especially since the internet speed is fairly slow (at least compared to the speeds that I'm used to at home). The hotel is a bit of a distance away from restaurants, but luckily the in-hotel restaurant is pretty good. Didn't have a single bad meal while I was there, and I ate there at least once a day. Note that they don't offer anything in the way of Western food, but if you like Indian food you should be kept happy and full for very reasonable rates. Lisätietoja

I chose this hotel based upon the write up on hotels.com....it was a mistake. The hotel is far from the airport...through Mumbai's nightmare traffic. Taxi drivers have a DIFFICULT time locating this hotel due to the ongoing road detours due to highway construction near by. Lobby is clean, front desk staff is welcoming...however the rooms are old, smelly, […] and there was NO HOT or WARM water for bathing... Kerala style bath is not everyone's choice!!! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. It's close to the airport, which was nice as my flight got in at 2 am. Unfortunately despite booking a ride from the airport, no one showed, so someone from their downtown branch dropped me off.

It took over one and a half hpurs at midnight to find hotel. with prepaid taxi from Mumbai airport, perhaps more clearer instuctions required, hopefully in Indian so non speaking Englisg taxe drivers can find place.

we stayed 1 night, despites flight was delay, perfect picup at airport, nice, clean and large room, good indian breakfast, helpful reception. far from the city, but good place to spend a peaceful night!

The hotel is located conveniently near the int'l airport. Given the friendly service and the fact that the rooms are clean (which is not always the case in India..) it's a good choice if you look for a convenient way of bridging time between flights. They do wake up calls and arrange free airport shuttles (at least to the airport...). The food tasted […] lovely but caused some tummy ache later on.... Overall, this ended up being pretty good. Was short of perfect in most categories, but for the money it was a worthwhile deal.

Clean, bright modern rooms with a great view over the city. Close enough to the airport and with the added advantage of a restaurant with reasonably priced, well cooked food.

The staff were all friendly and offered great suggestions to navigate Mumbai. Check-out was at noon and my flight was not until 11pm. They offered late check-out and allowed me to store my luggage (very safe) until I departed. The lobby and room were both spotless and I had no complaints. We stayed here for 2 nights after a long flight in and plans to move on once un-jetlagged. Not far from the airport but quite a distance from the city proper. Service was friendly, room comfortable and well appointed, dining room convenient with good food. When we arrived at the airport we didn't want any hassle with finding a taxi, so we arranged for airport pickup. The driver was there waiting for us and we were at the hotel within a few minutes. The electicity and water went out for a bit, but one phone call to the front desk and it was on again within about 10 minutes. The service was EXCELLENT! […] We were catching a train late at night the next day, so front desk arranged for a taxi to their other location (near the train station). Even though we weren't staying at the other location, they let us leave our bags in the lobby so we didn't have to carry them around all day. They also called a doctor, and let us use one of their rooms for a private consultation. I would definitely stay here again, its a nice first step off the plane for your first time in India! Active major construction close to the hotel is a bit inconvenient but a good hotel for the price. Breakfast can be improved. Baths are not suitable if you are not alone because there is no privacy (glass walls). No wash towels just full size bath towels..

Hotel residency is a very good business hotel in a very good budget. Rooms are ok as regards to space and ambience. Only they are lacking in a room service which takes a lot of time and they are not having a bar inside hotel but that can do as nearby there are lot many bars

Hotel and service are good. But the location is such that there is construction for Metro in progress now. So finding the hotel was a nightmare. Going anywhere from the hotel was also a challenge. When the construction is finished, this would be a great location as it is very close to most attractions in Mumbai and also the airport.

Rooms modern but need fresher bathroom towels. Excellent facilities, rooms, service and food. Only problem is that the hotel is quite far from the downtown touristic areas (about 1/1.5 hour drive with a cab). However it is close to the airport.

After travelling to the hotel I was greeted with warm smiles and assistance to the beautiful lobby. The check in was super fast and easy, the friendly staff was attentive to the need of getting refreshed before dealing with anything else. Stayed over the weekend, rooms are clean and in good condition. Staff very helpful and in walking distance to Andheri metro station but a bit far from central Mumbai. Very easy to airport and provided a very helpful airport pickup and drop off. On my last day the let me check out at 4pm for free which was very helpful.

Tres accueillant, bon service pour nous aider a trouver un taxi chauffeur 4 jours, quoique un peu cher et sans chauffeur anglophone, donc avons du insister pour changer, mais toute la reception a beaucoup aide d'autant plus que je voyageais avec ma fille de 8 ans. Die im Preis enthaltene Abholung vom Flugplatz hatte sehr schlecht funktioniert (obwhol ich das per Mail über 1 Monat mit den genauen Flugdaten im Voraus angefordert hatte). Es war kein Abholer da. Nach meinem Anruf wurde ein Fahrzeug losgeschickt. Der Fahrer fand den "Picking up point" (wo ca. 20 andere Hotls zur Abholung vertreten waren) nicht; nur […] mit Unterstützung eines lokalen Taxifahrers konnte ich mit dem Fahrer des Hotels einen Treffpunkt abstimmen (ich habe keine lokalen Kenntnisse). Nice clean and close to the airport only 20 min away. The staff were very kind and we had a very good service. The only bad things is that you could see throgh the barthroom wall cause it was made by glass... a bit strange if you are with a friend... Other very nice!

Wanneer je in de buurt van de luchthaven wilt overnachten in een confortabele kamer dan kan ik dit hotel aanraden. We sliepen in een gerenoveerde kamer met flat screen TV, regendouche met warm water, heerlijk bed, koelkastje, safe en koffie-/theevoorzieningen. Rustig gelegen, geen overlast van verkeer. Alles wat je nodig hebt om confortabel te overnachten. […] Wij verbleven er 2 nachten op doorreis. Airport pick up was inbegrepen in de kamerprijs en werd stipt uitgevoerd. Gezien het prijsniveau in Mumbai vonden we dit hotel van een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Minpuntjes: op maandag waren de obers in het ontbijtgedelte lang niet zo vriendelijk en servicegericht als op zondag. In een piepklein hoekje van de receptie is slechts 1 PC beschikbaar voor gasten. We chose this hotel, close to the airport and public transport, because we both came from different destinations. Airport pick up is for free and very functional. Service on the hotel is absolutely perfect and staff very kind and helpful. Beds are comfortable - which was very important to us, since we stayed for six days. マレーシア経由でムンバイに23時ごろ到着しました。 初めのインドです。 無料送迎をメールで頼みました。不安だったので再度誰がどこにいるのか？と確認メールし、「到着時間等、確認しておくので大丈夫ですよ」と返事がありました。 到着ゲートに私たちの名前が大きく書かれたパネルをもったおじさんがいました。 清潔で真面目そうな方でした。英語はほとんど出来ないようでしたがいい人でした。 送迎の車は普通の車でした。 夜だったのでホテルまでは渋滞がありましたが抜けるとスムーズに動きました。空港近くはハイウェイの工事で道がガタガタで砂ホコリがすごかったです。 送迎は頼むべきだなぁと思いました。アンデリー地区はスラム街のようなものもありあまりきれいではないと思います。 物乞もいました。ちょっと怖かったです。丁度 […] お祭りをしていたので（雨季明け）みんなお花の首飾りを作っていました。にぎやかな地区です。 さて、前置きが長くなりましたがｗホテルのエントランスは比較的きれいです。写真と同じでした。奥に朝食が取れるレストランがありました。チェックインは大きなノートに名前等を記入しパスポートを一時預けました。 ちゃんと返してくれるのか不安になりましたが一応預けました。後でボーイが部屋に返しにきてくれました。 部屋はダブルでシャワーのみ。インドでは「きれいなホテル」なのでしょう。アメニティはほとんど見当たりません。タオルはありました。備え付けシャンプーは髪がぎしぎしになったのでお勧めしません。 テレビは東芝レグザがあり広い部屋でした。 ペットボトルの水が2～3本ありましたがすべて一度開いていたので使用しませんでした。 冷蔵庫はなぜかホット冷蔵庫ｗで使えませんでした。 ネットはフロントに言ってカードを購入しました。 30分からのカードでコインで削って使用します。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルで1Fのフロント奥レストランにてとりました。味は比較的美味しかったです。紅茶やコーヒーも頼めました。 紅茶（マサラチャイ）が美味しかったです。 次の飛行機まで時間があったので周りを少し散歩しました。エントランスの職員にこのあたりは危険ですか？ときいたら危険ではないと言っていたので出てみました。 朝のアンデリーを見てみたかったので・・・ 会社や工場などある郊外という感じです。バスや車、オートリクシャーなど沢山通る道が近くにあります。 水が買える様なショップが見当りませんでした。到着時空港で2本ミネラルウォーターを買っておいてよかったんだなと実感しました。 送迎・チェックイン・チェックアウト・モーニングビュッフェは特に問題ありませんでした。ランクの評価もこのとおりだと思います。中級という感じです。 Lisätietoja

The hotel is located very conveniently next to the Western Highway. The rooms are well equipped. The bathroom made of glass looks good but is not very convenient if two share a room due to the lack of privacy (e.g. when room service comes). Do not expect anything from the breakfast, it is almost only basic Indian fare and cornflakes.
