Quality Inn Philadelphia Airport - Lester

Hotel doesn't look like much but the beds was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Lots of parking spaces. My only real complaint was that there was not much for tv channels. My 15 year old wanted to watch some tv in the evening but there was not a good selection of channels.

Apparent water line break on 2nd floor accompanied by a musty smell in our first floor room and gnat infestation. Room appeared to have been sprayed as dead gnats were everywhere...on the bed, in the tub, in the heating unit. it just didn't feel or smell clean.

This hotel is very old and needs lots of maintenance the bead trim around bathtub was missing the paint was coming off the ceiling the room smelled of when people use to smoke this was our Wednesday night stay room number 168 on Friday the 16th that room the door didn't shut tight I propped a chair against the door and the TV did not work I would not […] recommend this place to anyone I have stayed in a few other of your hotels and they were in 100 times better condition thank you. Very Good

First: rooms were given as "non smoking rooms" which only meant we could not smoke there, but reeked with cigarette smoke. Second: when two of the 4 rooms toilet clogged, the manager handed me a plunger. The shuttle was promised to pick us up from the rental car location, but then promptly went to the airport to pick up more passengers making a family […] of 4 sit in a 3 seat belt seat. Dirty and smelly, this hotel offers non-smoking rooms that REEK of smoke. Not worth the money- broken lamps, dirty walls and fixtures. Overall SMELLY. Staff was pleasant. Location near airport and route 95.

Though this was just used as a place to sleep before an early flight, we found cheaper rooms nearby that weren't on hotees.com. The non-smoking room smelled and the cigarette burns are all over the tub. Lots of noise that night so we felt like we were back in college!

We stayed at this hotel the night before our early morning flight out of the Philly airport. It was perfect for just that. The shuttle transported us to and from the airport with such ease and we parked our car in their lot at the hotel for half the price! The staff was very poilte and helpful.

I got stuck in Philly overnight and grabbed the closest hotel I could find. I ended up getting stuck in a smoking room which smelled awful. To top it off neither the remote nor the TV worked in the room. The remote was also missing a battery cover and it looked like someone had punched in the TV's power button. Looked clean from a distance, A/C worked well. But door had to slam to shut, poor paint job everywhere, laundry area taped off, burn marks on comforter, so many more. Chinese Restaurant/Lounge didn't look appealing but food was pretty good and made fresh until late. Only stayed here because of canceled flight, I can't see another reason to stay here, […] but no need to avoid it if you need it. The hotel clerk kept answering the phone instead of dealing with the people in front of him, so check in took longer than usual. The room, non smoking, smelled of stale cigarettes and had burn holes on the bed spreads. The beds were ok, the bathroom was clean, but the hotel was not up to choice hotels I have used in the past. If you need the cheapest thing u can find when forced in that city near the airport. This is the place for you. Forget it if u want a nice place to stay.

Seedy...Cheaters type hotel. Crackheads hanging outside...so bad the local police were in the lot first thing this morning. Worst hotel ever booked through Hotels.com...

I stayed at this hotel the night prior to my departure from Philadelphia's airport due to an impending early spring storm. First, the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was generally clean excapet that one of the twin beds had hair in the sheets. The bedspreads were worn and had cigarette burns. The bathroom appeared to be clean. Although the room was non-smoking, it was quickly evident it had been transformed to non-smoking with every available masking agent known, creating a very unpleasant odor. The room would have been unacceptable had my family been with me. That said, for convenience and staff, the hotel worked well for my purpose. Stayed here while attending a conference at the nearby Renaissance - this proved to be a perfectly adequate, much cheaper alternative. The free breakfast was fantastic, but I do wish there was free wifi in the rooms (it's only in the lobby). Looks a bit rundown from the road, but the room was comfortable and clean. GO LOCATION FOR THE AIRPORT. HOTEL IS NOT IN GREAT SHAPE. RUGS COULD USE CHANGING, NOT SURE THEY CAN BE CLEANED

The hotel was good, the rates were great. I wish the fitness center had weights. I really wanted a true work out rooms. The hotel had everything I was looking for but a true gym. I would stay ther each time i got to Philly but I wanted a true work out gym and a fitness room with two items

Due to inclement weather, we had to stay at a hotel close to the airport in order to assure that we made our flight the next morning. The only saving grace for this hotel was that it was convenient to the airport. When I booked, I requested a non-smoking room. In reality, I got a room that had been "converted". It smelled horrible and there were burn […] holes in the bedspread. The sheets were clean but dingy. Towels were thin and stained. The hotel was near the airport and was good enough for a over night stay.

This hotel was not what I expected after reading the other reviews. A friend and I stayed there the night before our flight to Florida. While I expected it to be noisy because of the location, I didn't expect to find someone else's hair in my bed. The upstairs hallway was dark and creepy, we actually shoved a chair under our door handle for extra security. […] The 4 am wake up call we requested as a back up to our personal alarm came at 4:30 am. The shuttle driver drove like it was the Indy 500 and the van itself had no seatbelts. Philadelphia experienced a rather big snowstorm while we were gone and we knew we would have to shovel out the car we left in the hotel parking lot. Close to airport, clean, fair prive

Shuttle every 30 min. to Airport. This Hotel adjoins with Econo-Lodge their owners. Talk to Stewart at reception for where to go for the BEST "Philly" Steak Sandwich in the world !!

We enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn. The room was clean and everything worked well. The continental breakfast was very good and saved us a lot of time and expense. For the price we thought we got a very good room.

We were having a jam packed weekend in Philly so we wanted something inexpensive where we could just crash at night. The king sized bed was great and they were very friendly at check in and check out. However, no one ever came to the room to clean it during our 2 night stay. In their defense, we did have a "do not disturb" sign up that morning, but […] only until 10am. We had to ask for extra towels later that night so we could take a shower the next day. The breakfast was wonderful-cereals, pastries, bagels, muffins, english muffins, fruit cups, PB/Jelly sandwiches, and a waffle maker along with juice and coffee. The area was "okay" but my boyfriend did walk out to the drink machine around 11:30pm on Sunday night and someone came up to him and asked him if he wanted to earn some extra money by buying them some beer. Also, it stormed some on Saturday night and we were not able to pick up any stations on the TV due to them having satellite and the storm interrupting service (we were only checking for weather for the next day, not trying to watch anything really). Overall it was exactly what we needed and the price was excellent but if you plan on staying inside more and doing more R and R at the hotel you may want to go with a nicer hotel. Lisätietoja

Location was good, though it was a little tricky getting on to I-95 north. Staff was helpful. First two rooms they gave me had a non-working TV, but they ended up giving me a decent room. Continental breakfast was better than expected (they have a waffle maker!).

When I book in I was told I would have internet service, I went and told them nothing was done. The TV was bad, I complain about this, nothing was done. The food was outstanding and gone back afor to the airport to catch a train into town was very good. I've stayed there many times befor, but I will not go back. I will book for a room in town.

My Mom, brother, and I stayed here during the Penn Relays. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful, and the free breakfast was great.

We were visiting Philadelphia and this hotel offered excellent value for money. They have a shuttle to airport every hour 24 hours a day. Their complementary breakfast is much better than any of the Days Inn.

I stayed at this hotel because a friend recommended it. I knew it was cheap and older. It was somewhat difficult to find as my GPS system didn't work as expected but I eventually found it. Rooms are dark, fairly clean but rather low quality. The bathroom caulking was peeling, etc. Small things that one notices but nothing major. They even took us to someplace for dinner and picked us up. The front desk clerk was very nice. The front desk was professional. The van service schedule was on time and also professionaly operated as well. The hotel is a bit older looking but seemed clean and well maintained.

Bathroom was dirty - there was hair on the floor and in the tub. We found trash in the bed linens. When we put water in the coffee maker, it flowed right out of the bottom of the coffee maker.
