The modern Hotel Gala Tenerife is flooded with natural light and has attractive interior gardens, located on the Playa de las Américas, 50 meters from the beach. Reina Sofia Tenerife South Airport is 15 kilometers away and taxis cost approximately 16 euros to the hotel.
Hotel Features.
Guests can unwind at the health and beauty center, with a sauna, massage or rejuvenating anti-cellulite treatments, lymphatic draining, peeling and ozone vapor. Families will appreciate the babysitting facilities, supervised childcare activities and children's pool. Business services include conference rooms, banquet facilities, computer rental, high- speed Internet access, exhibit space and secretarial services. Sunbeds are plentiful on the terraces next to the swimming pool, where guests can relax with a cocktail. In the evenings, the piano bar has live music, orchestra dancing, local festivals and international guests. The 24-hour front desk offers multilingual staff, currency exchange and wake-up calls. The main restaurant offers a full breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, as well as show cooking once a week a theme nights. Seafood and meat is cooked on the barbecue for lunch and dinner. In the evenings the hotel's piano bar has live music, orchestra dancing, local festivals and international guests.
Guestrooms.
The 308 air-conditioned guestrooms have contemporary decor with wooden flooring and light floral fabrics. Rooms are complete with balconies, some with sea views, and all with cable television, minibars and hair dryers. The hotel offers a half board rate, including a buffet breakfast, plus lunch or dinner.

Hotelli on kaunis ja ainutlaatuinen. Asuimme hotellissa myös muutama vuosi sitten ja ajattelimme että menemme sinne taas. Uutena ilmiönä oli lapsiperheiden paljous, pidämme lapsista, kyllä, mutta portaiden, siltojen ja jyrkänteiden takia emme tajunneet miten homma oikeasti voi perheeltä toimia. Meteli oli kova samaisesta syystä. Huoneemme oli tosi pieni, ei jaksettu valittaa, mutta kun huonehinta on huomattavan hintava toivoisi hieman enemmän kokoa kuin vierashuoneesta kotona. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta.

Isot huoneet, tilaa enemmän kuin tarpeeksi. Huone varustelultaan hyvä. Tyylikäs ja siisti hotellialue. Uima-allasalue viihtyisä, vaikka tie menee vierestä. Ehdottamasti voi palata uudelleen.

Famous for its boisterous nightlife, Playa de las Américas attracts youthful revellers, as well as budget family holidaymakers, from all over northern Europe. By day the young slumber on the black-sand beach while families can enjoy one of the many attractions such as the dolphin show at Octopus Aquapark, or Parque las Aguilas (Eagles Park) to see free-flying birds of prey. A boat trip from neighbouring Los Cristianos to La Gomera is recommended.

"Hotel Gala Las Americas Tenerife"
Hotel was great, food lovely and good service. The entertainment was ok. Most of the shows were what I would consider suitable for children, not adults; parrot show, dog show etc. Music portion of the shows were good (if you're in the over 50s age group as we were). One thing that we thought odd was that the door to the bathroom in the room was glass! The […] Wellness Centre & Spa was excellent. Especially when one of the days it rained all day. It was expensive for a day per person, but we asked for a deal for four people for four days and got a good reduction. Overall, it is a good hotel and very near the beach and restaurants. Well, the hotel was fine, cozy, clean, with entertainment every evening. Общая оценка на среднюю четверку. Номера немного потрепанные, питание однообразное, но неплохое. Каждый вечер проводятся различные номера - иногда очень интересные. WIFI ловит только в холле, хотя может в номерах поближе тоже будет доступен. Персонал достаточно дружелюбный. Неплохое СПА, но работает только до 18.00

Super dejligt hotel med god service og lækre områder - bl.a poolområdet med opvarmet pool.. Syntes stadig det var flot af hotellet at åbne resturanten for os kl. 04:10 om morgenen så vi kunne nå at få lidt at spide inden rejsen gik hjemad.
