My family absolutely loved our stay. Clean pool. Clean hot tub. Yummy breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

Slightly dated, but very clean and an excellent, very helpful staff. Complimentary hot breakfast, nice pool area and very convenient location. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable suite, excellent breakfast, beautiful property. Only stayed overnight, but would definitely return.

first time in this hotel, excellent service, A+ to staff and location; close to outlet mall, restaurants, disney, breakfast was very good, definatly kids friendly, pool not huge but nice and clean, travel desk very helpful we bought amusement park tickets there, very convenience.

An Excellent Hotel ever I stayed. Front Desk, Cleaning Staff, Breakfast Staff, and all A++++++. My daughter loves the Hotel.

bath tub did not drain well standing in 2 " of water , also the frig did not work

SpringHill Suites - Lake Buena Vista - comfort and convenience in a great location. The staff was very welcoming and professional like the staff you find in a high end hotel. Also, the rooms were large so even with six there was room to move. Everything was great. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was great with at least seven waffle makers making there no wait at all.

The hallway stinks!!!!

It was my first time in Orlando with my family, including my son of 3.5 Yrs old. Really shocked from the poor maintenance of this hotel in the middle of a touristic area. In our big room, we found cockroaches that left my wife and little son panicked all the night. We couldn't sleep that ONLY night, even the management changed our room to another one […] on a higher floor. We will never forget our NUIT BLANCHE at this poor property. No one slept, and we run away the first thing in the morning at 7 a.m. We also had to double check our suitcases many times, in case any of the cockroaches went into them. The hotel was in a nice location, the surroundings were decent. The hotel grounds had a nice gift shop, arcade and eateries, which were good if traveling with children. The room size was small in comparison to other Springhill Suites I've stayed in before, room fit 4 people but again it was a tight squeeze. A plus to the hotel stay was that they had […] a nice gym area, very clean and the breakfast was adequate and free. I had one minus with the room. The bathroom toilet had left over something on the toilet that I ended up cleaning. I dont know what this brown substance was, but I tried not to let my mind get the best of me when I cleaned it off with antibacterial wipes I brought with me for incidents like this. Overall we were happy with this hotel, however the pool and brick pavers needs a major overhaul. Several peices of pool tile were broke or missing the bottom of the pool is so worn it has became slippery when entering, the pavers surrounding the pool are broke and loose

Springhill Suites was great. Check in was easy, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. We had a room with a king bed and pull out sofa. Room was spacious and laid out nicely. The TV is sort of difficult to see from both the king bed AND the sofa bed at the same time. You really do have to turn it to one side of the hotel room or the other […] for a good view. Great location, security, gated area. Close to food and other services. Towels were harsh, coarse and scratch your body, need a new towel service. Nice beds. I rented two suites with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was not like the picture in the elevator at all. Hash and boiled eggs, some cold some hot. My wife's GI system was affected in a bad way. […] No omlett station or hash browns, sausage, or grits, sliced fruit etc... Used to these items at Hilton Honors affilitates. Thanks for asking. Great hotel, very comfortable beds and a decent morning breakfast. Very convenient to all of Disney locations.

Good Hotel

i had a feeling i am in a hospital room.looks like made for an ADA. bed was maid with the smaller covering and was coming of the bed all night. For one night was too much

This is a great hotel to stay a day or two. Improvements are needed in the pool area. The stones are chipped and cracked. Stayed on the 5th floor, only to learn that the elevator that was closest to the room was out of service. Literally had to walk around the whole 5th floor to reach my room. For some off reason-- the AC was not on in the hallways […] only in the main lobby. Everyone is nice and very friendly. The breakfast buffet is ok. It's not much of a buffet. Bread, muffins, bagels, cereal-- that sums up their selection. You might just get an egg patty as a hot selection. I will look for another hotel that may carry a better selection. My family and I have recently fell in love the Springhill Suite hotels and this one is no different. Last trip to Disney we stayed at a Disney resort and it was not nearly as comfortable as Springhill. It is a short drive to the theme parks, and if you don't have a vehicle there is a paid shuttle $7 per person if needed. Very nice, courteous, and knowledgable […] employess from front desk to housekeeping. There are places to eat in the complex and restaurants are a short drive away. Gated parking for safety. Premium outlets are very close, and they offer a free shuttles to the outlets. Free breakfast is okay, what you would expect for free. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. We are always looking to stay at Springhill Suites wherever we go because they are all very clean, curteous, and most of all affordable. Hope this helps! Lisätietoja

Beautiful hotel...pool...great breakfast. Close to attractions and locations for dinner are in walking distance. I am sceptical about alot of places that I visit this has been the best so far. Myself and my 2 year old enjoyed the stay he really enjoyed the pool. Thanks hotels.com

Clean, good service. They gave us a room in the second floor with pool view, I now wish they would gave us a parking lot view instead. The pool area was full of people until late at night and it was a lot of noise. Other than that it was nice

The hotel was great. Have stayed here before and was not disappointed. Would highly recommend it for location convenience, cleanliness and the friendliness of staff.

Too many tourists in this hotel. Very loud all day. Traffic is horrendous it took nearly 30 minutes to reach the corner from the hotel. They're breakfast was the only thing worth while

I was surprised about how many great reviews this hotel has received. The location is very close to Disney and shopping. The breakfast was great for us but if you are looking for a great selection it's not here. The room was very spacious but not at all clean. The walls were very banged up. The hotel was great, the proximity to Disney World is great and the staff was very knowledgeable about everything in the area. Traffic in and out of the hotel can be a bit of a hassel but that is out of the hotels control. All in all a great experience

If you are looking for an affordable hotel close to disney i would recommend this hotel. Service was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable i have no complaints plus free brakefast every morning>

My wife and I celebrated our 15th Anniversary in Orlando and this hotel fit the bill. After reviewing many other locations and properties I finally decided on Springhill Suites. We were not disppointed. Katie at the front desk was both friendly and helpful regarding any requests and questions we had. They also had made a special effort to include a […] surprise welcome gift in the room. All the other staff we encountered were more than willing to assist us and the Expedia guest services counter was a plus, We were able to get our Universal Park tickets ahead of time and saved waiting in the park. The continental breakfast was good but not outstanding. The best part was the waffle station....if you like waffles. Location was right off I-4 and easy to access all the theme parks if needed.
