Nice hotel in a relatively good location. Metro station is quite near and thus other locations easily accessible. However, the bar in the hotel did not seem to be open ever. But that did not matter as there were some of the best pubs I've ever seen in very close proximity. For example, get out of the back door of the hotel and straight across the street there is an idyllic small pub with friendly bartender/owner who speaks English well.. Also, on the hotel's side of the street there is a beer pub with some 250 different beers for sale. This place also has a wonderful collection of beer cans and bottles from all over the world. The hotel itself has most of the things you usually need from a hotel. Its clean and good.

"Very Nice Budget Hotel"
Good location, walking distance from JR Sapporo. Restaurants, drug store and convenient store close by. Walking distance to a few attraction sites. Small room but as expected in Japan, acceptable. Need to go 7th floor for hot water, tea or self serve paid laundry service. Need to go 6th floor for reception. Can get hot water bottle, razor, tooth brush […] from reception. When I stay, I can request for massage in room, good service and acceptable price. Only shame is; there is only cable internet in room. No wi fi in room or public area. "Chisun Inn Sapporo"
The hotel is very easy to access, close to JR station. You may probably go to the hotel next to it with similar name called Chisun Hotel. The lobby is on 6 floor of the building, quite strangle. "No window"
I know at this price I shouldn't complain too much. In general the room is clean, but without any window (well, with a glass that faces internal wall and cannot be opened) made my stay quite uncomfortable. Very stuffy room and the hotel staff deliberately not tell you the check out time so they can charge unreasonably high late checkout fee.

"Small rooms but very nice"
The rooms were smaller than I envisioned, but they worked out okay. There was enough space to move around and the bed was large enough for me. The air conditioning was fantastic. "INCONVENIENCE WHILE STAYING AT HOTEL"
It's not what I expected of a hotel. This hotel does not have what other hotels do. Although this could be minor but it causes inconvenience. To begin with, I found this hotel online and it stated it has everything such as electric kettle, razor, shower cap, cups, glasses, satchets of coffee or/and tea, sugar etc etc. These are the things which could […] not be found here. Its very disappointing. I have to go to 7th floor to get drinking water. When i requested for a electric kettle, i was given a flask instead. I requested for a shower cap and was told that it's not provided. The worst problem is the room is terribly small. I have to stand out of the way to make way for the other person to move to the table or bed.The bed is also very small too. Is it a queen-size bed or smaller? I really can't tell. I think this kind of room should only cater to a only one person not more. Besides the toilet, there is no mirror in the so-called room. So therefore whenever I need to use the mirror, I have to queue for it in the toilet. Toilet is also v small and squeezy. The toilet flushing system is leaking whenever i flush the toilet. I didn't expect a small TV in the so--called room. It''s my first time to see this size TV (i guess it's 17" or 18") in a hotel room. Everything is so wrong here. Well I am still staying here while submitting this review. If not because I have paid for the stay, I would have changed to another hotel instead. "札幌地產 Inn (Chisun Inn Sapporo)"
樓下對面街上就有7-11。 著名的時計台就在附近。 只是房間真的小了點，沒有行李架可以放行李，也沒有冰箱，空間是真的小了點。 有茶水間跟洗衣烘衣機(在7樓)，每層樓都有販賣機，喝飲料方便。 對於有大行李的旅客較不適合入住 整體來講還OK啦
"조금은 불편한듯."
객실내에 서비스 물이 없어요. 뜨거운 차를 마실수있는 시설이 전혀 없어요. 역에서 가까운데 간판이 위엥 붙어 있어서 싸인이 정확하진 않아요
"普通のビジネスホテル"
駅からそれほど遠くはないし、近所にコンビニもあるので、安上がりな滞在が可能。設備は古めではあるが、故障はない。インターネットは装備されていないが、テザリング携帯電話やモバイルルータが一般的な今日、特段選定の障害ではない。
"價錢超值"
地點方便, 乾淨企理, 不過間房只係無雪櫃啫! 但某些層數有熱水, 冰機設備!
"気軽に泊まれる"
小さいが、比較的に何かと便利。 泊まるだけの利用であれば十分。 ただパンフレットやインターネットの記事に 住所と電話番号の明記がないのは不便。 一階の道路側にわかりやすい表示がほしい。 タクシーで捜すのに困った。
"JR、地下鉄へのアクセスが便利"
札幌の中心地に建ち、コストパフォーマンスもよかったです。 また従業員の対応もすごく丁寧で、札幌に出張の際はまた泊まりたいと思います。 ただ格安な部屋に泊まったからかもしれませんが、天井が低く、長身の方にはお風呂が窮屈に感じると思います。
"나름 괜찮은 비지니스 호텔"
삿포로역과 스스키노 사이에 위치에 있어서 여러모로 편하더군요.. 가격도 조기예약으로 저렴하게 묵었고요.. 세미더블이라 침대가 약간 작고 여유공간이 적긴 했지만 뭐 가격대비로는 최강이라 할만합니다. 방문이 나무문으로 약간 허름하긴 하지만 나머지는 좋았습니다.
"時計台に近いことしか魅力なし"
とにかく古い設備でした。今後、このホテルに泊まられる方が私と同じ思いをされることを考えるとお勧めできません。久々にひどいホテルに泊まりました。ホテルドットコムで、このホテルを推奨するのはいかがなものでしょうか。
The room is quite small. Internet service (LAN) only available in the smelly smoking room. Needed to go to 7/F to take the drinking water from the ice/water dispenser, as no boiler inside the room, inconvenient.

"地產INN--交通便利"
離札幌駅約5-7分鐘,很好找,離計時台,舊廳舍及大通公園,狸小路都可以走到,路程都在30分內,對於自由行的旅客很方便,只是飯店較舊,但乾淨,便宜,服務人員態度亦親切,有機會,會再說擇這家
"시내중심"
좀 오래된 건물인 듯하나, 친절한 서비스와 청결, 한식 아침이 여행을 편안하게 해주었어요~~
