This is the second time we stayed here!! It's clean and very comfortable.. The indoor pool was great too!! If you want and a clean nice place to stay in Branson please try Grand Oaks you will not be disappointed and the price was nice too!!!

"QUIET GETAWAY"
even on a off season, this is still a quiet get away location for the pair of us. we have stayed here several times and have always been pleased with the service and staff. clean rooms and new bedding make a good combination. we enjoyed ourselves.

"Weekend away"
Room was very clean. The hot water was not working but overall a nice place to stay. We went in the winter and be advised most of the hotels and shows in Branson are closed.
"Good location Friendly staff"
Good location off strip, friendly staff ,nice indoor pool. Light breakfast, clean rooms. Heat was a little slow to respond in our room, it was 28 degrees outside and 60 in our room when we checked in. It took about 2 hours for the room to warm up to 70. If you are going in the warmer months this won't be a problem for you.

"The Grand Oaks Hotel-Branson"
Our stay was enjoyable. The heater in the room was not working but, it was fixed quickly and Lee from the front desk called us to make sure we were satisified.

This was our first stay at the Grand Oaks. We stayed in Building One. The pillows left something to be desired, but the room was one of the cleanest we've seen in a hotel/motel anywhere at any price. Nice hotel centrally located near the 76 strip and close to many attractions. Hotel is in a nice quiet area several blocks from the strip so it is convenient but quiet. "No chance we'll stay here again"
The only good thing about this hotel is that the breakfast was good. The bed was hard and obviously very old. The pillows were less than an inch thick. Room description on hotels.com says every room has a jetted tub, this is untrue. Our tub was unjetted and very small with a short shower head. Our room was wonderful. Very clean & the bed was very comfortable. We were on the 4th floor & had a great view & since it was close to Christmas the lights were beautiful. "Great hotel-location-friendly service"
We were very happy we chose Grand Oaks Hotel. The lady at the desk was so nice when we checked in. The room was very spacious, we had two queen beds. My husband loved the breakfast! It was in walking distance to McDonalds, Wal-Mart, Grocery Store in a small mall(which included free entertainment) It was close to shows, yet off the main road. Overall we loved it. Two 80+ year olds and two mid-50s. Hotel was clean, staff was very nice, parking was ample and convenient. Location was excellent, next door to McDonalds and Walmart. No place in Branson appears to be without hills, so that is simply a given. Short drive to all shows. Easy drive to Silver Dollar City and the lake. Find a way to remove remnants of smoke smell in rooms. Our room had a very faint smell, after a couple minutes you didn't notice, but when you walked in - there it was. The location of Grand Oaks is great, right off the strip. We spent 3 nights at the hotel, Oct. 13-16. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are okay. "Grand Oak Stay... Was Great"
Our stay at the Grand Oaks was wonderful and the stay was simply great. From walking in the door and Kathi helping us at the front desk to Alice greating us at breakfast. Our rooms were always clean and everyone was always willing to help from recommendations on restaurants to shows... we were even able to purchase show tickets right in the hotel at […] a discount price... "Clean & Comfortable Near the Strip"
The hotel sets on the Yellow Route just off of the main strip. Walking distance to many of the main restaurants and shows. The hotel is divided into two buildings with Bldg 1 being new and having an indoor pool with jacuzzi and Bldg 2 being an older renovated hotel with outdoor pool. The breakfast was okay. The eggs were watery and the sausage was brown-n-serve […] but the waffles were good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The noise level from other guests in Bldg 2 (where we stayed) was high and you could hear individuals talking as they walked in the hall and in the room above us. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with a new pillowtop mattress and extra pillows. The chairs in the room were also very comfortable and the business desk was convenient. We rented the Jacuzzi suite and the rooms were nice and the location was excellent. The complaints I have are the beds!! They are so hard. We stayed for 3 nights and my back hurt so bad I couldn't wait to get to a different bed. The breakfast was not anything appetizing either. The rooms were nice though. "Good room for the price"
The room was big enough for a family of 4. The breakfast was ok, its free & will feed a family. There are 2 small hot tubs & a small indoor pool. The kids liked the pool. The beds were good.

Thank you, Grand Oaks Hotel, for a wonderful stay in Branson. We had fantastic beds, extremely clean room and bath, all the amenities needed. Breakfast was hot and a good selection. We even had a refrigerator delivered to our room for water and cold drinks. Easy access to all the shows on the main drive, and close to very good restaurants, and Walmart. hotel is located in a great location. never everything but off the busy hwy 76. they put us on the 1st floor three doors down from the pool. kids loved that. only upset was we had 4 people in the room but the house keepers would only leave 2 towels for showers. so ask for extra towels and keep them in the closet. if lefted in the bathroom, they will […] take them and not replace them. we will stay there again next year Lisätietoja
"OK for inexpensive one night stay"
There was sand? in the bathtub and the faucet quit working in the sink shortly after we arrived. Maintenance came quickly to fix it. Hotel rooms definately need work but it is ok for an inexpensive one night stay.

Bed and couch were very comfortable, air conditioning works good, the room was clean, and breakfast was alright. I forgot my cell phone in the room and they mailed it back to me only charging me what it cost to ship it insured. The negatives.. I like the pool house, however the water was freezing. Our sink didn't drain very well. The tub had whirlpool […] jets which was cool if you wanted to take a bath, however I was less than impressed to take a shower. "This hotel very accessible to the main strip"
Really enjoyed our visit. Very clean. The staff was wonderful! 5 stars for their service. The only complaint I have is, the chlorine level in the pool was to high. Breakfast was good and the service there was great! Will choose this hotel again and will highly recommend it to everyone!

"Grand Oaks Plaza just off busy 76 strip"
Grand Oaks Plaza is a wonderful, family oriented hotel. Very clean, looked to be recently remodeled with modern decor. Great continental breakfast, healthy choices and fresh foods. Nice indoor swimming pool for the kids, young and old. Have stayed here 3 times now, and will definitely be back again, great value for the money!

(1) the breakfast was unsatisfactory with toasters that did not stay on, no fruit, and poor coffee. (2) the room had only one small bar of soap at check in. (3) outdoor pool area was strewn with wet towels.

"not exact what was expected"
the pillows sucked, they were flat and uncomfortable. the bed wasn't that nice either. There were "drip stains" on the head board. Also,dried urine was on the toliet when we first checked in (the toliet paper wasn't folded to ensure the bathroon had been cleaned either--because it hadn't been). We stayed in bldg 1. It has the indoor pool which our kids really enjoyed. Our room was very comfortable. Really liked the double sinks, one in the bathroom and one on the outside of the bathroom.
