We were able to book a condo that sleeps 6 with a full kitchen and living room for a few bucks more than an average hotel room somewhere else. The condo was clean and beautiful. We hope to stay here again in the future, and would recommend to anyone!

We stayed at the Palazzo for 2 nights. Check in was a non existent. No one to greet us. We used a phone to access our key, room #. The key didn't work. Had to go back to the lobby and phone reservations central to get a room code. Disorganization. Christmas morning we were awakened by a siren going off in our condo at 9 am. It lasted for 15 minutes. […] Then the next morning a realtor walked in, with out knocking, saying he wanted to do a walk through, again at 9am. We were all in our beds. He did awake us. We really enjoyed our stay (July 2011) at the Palazzo in Panama City Beach, FL. The room was very quite, clean, spacious and right on the beach. Great location on the beach to all the fun activites.

Room was very nice and the balcony was large. We really enjoyed the complimentary beach chair service. The only problem was we came at the end of "Thunder Beach" (bike week) and it was not very quiet and relaxing. It was, however, very peaceful once the bikes left town. The free movies were great and came in handy when my husband came down with food […] poisoning (most likely from the Arby's down the street from the hotel). I would stay at the Palazzo again and think it was a good value. If you need transportation while in town use Rock 'N Roll transit. They were half the price of the other cab service we used. The View was GREAT! Right on the beach and a little quieter than down the beach a bit. We were concerned with the atmosphere for our pre teens. But, it was great! Wonderful stay. Will stay there again. There were no hidden fees. Just a cleaning fee to clean up after you leave. PS...Not a hotel- so take your own towels! And the service desk is not open […] on Sunday. We were here only three nights. There was a surprise 31% added for taxes and fees. The lodging tax is 11% so that left 20% for added fees. When we checked in we asked what the fees were for. The answer was that there was a $100 to $125 cleaning fee assessed based on the size of the unit. There is no daily maid service, there is no food service and the […] front desk is only there to check you in. The rooms do not have wireless but rather hook up using an ethernet cable. I paid a deposit of $10 for the cable but it did not work. When I called back down to the desk to figure out a solution, I did not get back a response. The front desk was closed. Each unit is clean, spacious and with a great view. There is a small pool that was sometimes crowded. The parking was inside the building and convenient to the elevators. It is a nice facility on a beautiful beach but given the added fees probably not worth the money. Lisätietoja

We loved this place. This was our first family vacation. We were nervous about a place that could take our wild 8,3, and1 year old, but this place worked. Very clean. Quiet. There was constantly security in the parking garage. The overall feeling was safe. I definitely recommend this place and will definitely be staying there again next year.

We went on our annual Girl trip. The condo was right off Front Beach Road and please take the scenic route. It was simple to find and had very nice access to the beach. The views of the beach were awesome. It was close to virtually anything that you would need. My suggestion, leave your car in the parking garage and go directly across the street and […] rent a "little beach car" for the day. Pier Park is close by and there are shops that you can reach on foot! The Winn Dixie across the street is great for little items like coffee and they have a wonderful salad and olive bar. OK, I am not sure I can write enough about this "Hotel"... I say that because it is more than a hotel, it is a condo.. I just thought I was getting regular room, got 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite, with full kitchen and Living room, plus balcony... 3 nice flatscreen tv's, all the extras of a fully stocked kitchen. Clean, with no frills! Beautiful view but overall nothing to get over excited about.

The rooms were great,they had the perfect view,good location close to all the things we wanted to do,i like the garage parking and friendly service.

A very friendly and welcoming stay once we found it. The mapping for it is not correct for several mapping sites but if you use the street address you will have no problems. The Parking garage and the elevators are a very welcome change from the usual experience of crossing a street or being charged by the hour to park. There were no low light areas […] in the parking and the elevators and the waiting areas were air conditioned for comfort. The fitness center and the pool and hot tub were up to expectations. The dvd kiosk in the lobby was an added bonus we didn't expect that really came in handy for our daughter who had a sprained wrist and spent most of her time in the main room of the suite. The Palazzo Condominium was wonderful. The condo was very clean, beautiful view and decorations and well stocked. The staff was very professional and organized. It was convienient to grocery and shopping. I can't wait to return.

I didn't know how exactly the apartment was going to be till I got there and I got nicely surprised. It is a brand new building with three fast and big elevators so you rarely wait long. Aparment was full furniture, cook ware, side by side fridge, huge LCD TV with DVD player and home theater, also other two TV with DVD at the rooms. View from balcony […] is great, you get the sunset! It was clean and everything brand new. Check in time was from 3-5 instead of from 3, so this one wasn't inmediatly available when we got there, not big deal but just misleading information. There is pier close by with a lot of shops, etc. The beach is very nice, but you may get some algae depending on wind/tide etc etc. Lisätietoja

Outstanding resort,great view of the gulf, enjoyed the beach, pool and spa. Plan to return soon.
