Hotel is to old, rooms are dirty, towels and linens must be 10 years old.
The worst hotel experience ever! Hyatt was suppose to be a 5-star hotel, but we didnt get the 5star treatment. The hotel was not of 5star quality! We booked for a non smoking room but our room stink of cigaret. The ventilation was bad. We complained to the staff but all they did was sprayed air refresher. The towels were not clean-there were stains […] on them! We told the staff to replace them. But when they turned up at our door, they had bucket of ice instead of cleaned towels. The staffs were clueless. It took them half an hour to come up with our requests. Also, hotel is located in the seedy and run down area. So we saw a few seedy characters in the lobby. Yuck! its our first time to stay in Hyatt but im not happy because of the ref is not working ang even the toilet flush is broken but infairness the party in 34th floor was so good ! The swimming pool is not to big!

Hotel staffs are helpful and great. Casino is not so great as compared to other ones I have been. One big set back was that we can buy Philippine pesos with US dollar, but cannot convert back after the winnings. Where do you expect us to change the winnings? Very nice , comfortable luxury style hotel. Had a very nice room - however compared to other hotels in the area there was lots of hidden extra charges such as internet . 850 pesos per day for internet compared to free internet at other hotels in the area. For this reason alone I probably would not stay here again .

I enjoyed the hotel but found your desk attendants to be incompetent. They made me contact AE when in fact the hotel machine for using AE was not working. They wasted my time and never admitted their mistake.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times over the last 7 years. This experience was a disaster. We got a non-smoking room and when we walked in, we walked into a smoke cloud. They had someone come up to spray air freshener so it smelled like smoke and air freshener! They moved us to another non-smoking floor. It was fine until we turned the A/C on. […] Then we were transported back to the offensive smoke smell. Our clothes smelled like smoke. It was offensive. I was very disappointed with this visit. こんな値段でいいのっていう価格で広い部屋に泊まれ、よかったです。しいていえば浴室の水はけが少し悪かったことだけが残念ですが、不足しているものへの対応もすばやく満足です。また機会があればぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。

공항과 거리는 보통인 편입니다. 그러나 인근 다운타운이 거의 형성이 되어있지 않아 그 부분이 조금 아쉽기는 하나 로빈슨몰을 이용한다면 어느정도 만족되는 부분입니다. 가격이 조금 센편이기는 하나 편의시설 청결등 그러한 부분은 좋은편이기는 하나 카지노는 별... 그렇게 좋지 못한듯 싶습니다. 기계가 많고 게임종류가 다양하기는 하나 직원들의 서비스가 별로인듯 싶습니다. 혹 다음에 다시 카지노를 가게 된다면 하야트로는 가고 싶지 않네요... 식사는 보통인 편이고 룸서비스 24시간 되는 부분은 마음에 들었구 수영장 시설 비교적 마음에 들었습니다. 4살백이 아들과 함께갔는데 택시로 15분정도 거리에 있는 스타시티인가 하는 놀이 동산을 […] 갔는데 꼬맹이들 놀이기구 할만한것이 많고 가격도 저렴하고 해서 마음에 들었습니다. 아이들과 함께하는 가족여행이하면 한번 가볼만 합니다. "カジノはあるが・・"
カジノ目的で泊まりました。不規則な時間に寝てたので、毎朝９時にベッドメイキングで起こされてつらかったです。以前クラブルームのときはドアノブにdont disturbのラベルをかけておけたが今回はありませんでした。 日本食レストランやロビンソンSMも近くて便利でした。 セキュリティは万全だと思います。

宿泊初日、観光から帰ったら部屋が使ったままでした。フロントに電話しクリーニングを頼んでやってもらいましたが、少しルーズです。 トイレに温水洗浄があればと日本人的に思ってしまいます。

所用によりフィリピンへ行きました。 入り口のセキュリティーはあったのですが、それほど厳しくなく、チェックインもスムーズでした。 ２日目の夜に近隣のホテルへ出かけた以外はホテルに滞在していました。 全体の感想は、可もなく不可もなくといったところ。 アメニティはほとんど全て揃ってました。 エレベーターは４基ありましたが、朝食時は混雑しているせいか、なかなか来ず、たばこを数本吸う始末でした。 朝食のビュッフェは種類は豊富でしたが、なかなか口に合うものを見つけるのは困難でした。
