Hotellihuoneessa ei ollut kasvopaperia eikä vesipulloja, kuten kaikissa muissa hotelleissa. Mietimme, onko 4 tähteä hieman yläkanttiin verrattuna moniin 2 tähden hotelleihin. Ero käyttämiimme hotels.comin 2 tähden hotelleihin ei ollut ihna niin merkittävä.

A really good (nice and clean) place considering the price and location. Alongside a commercial street with lots of food joints, safe location.

"Comfortable Stay"
We found the B & B experience warm, friendly and convenient. The breakfast was good too.
This is a nice BB that has great value. You get a wine tasting card that saves a bunch of money. Very nice people running. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

"RUDE FRONT DESK OR OPERATOR"
I called this number to confirm a reservation and the rude man who answered the call called me an "IDIOT" because I called at around 5:30 in the morning. Since you are doing business, no matter what time it is. You should treat all customers well. I will never ever recommend your FREAKIN hotel to anyone.

"Nice place"
Very clean rooms, well maintained, nice staff. Didn't really use anything in the house, we were out enjoying wine country. The one downside is that it is on the main road through town, not a lot of noise but a bit.

This is a great B&B to stay at. In addition to the great location, not from the square in Sonoma, the B&B is very quaint and clean. Our room was a nice size. The staff is great, and the hot breakfast every morning was delicious. I would highly recommend the Cinnamon Bear B&B.

Very nice Bed and Breakfast. Charming craftsman decor. Delicious hot breakfast. Very welcoming innkeeper. Reasonable price. Located 1 mile from Sonoma square. Right on HWY 12-which will take your right through wine country. Front rooms get traffic noise - need to use airconditioner and sleep with windows closed. Would definitely recommend.

Darla the innkeeper was pleasant & helpful. Room was very clean & comfortable. Close to downtown, easy to find & get around. Easy to ask for & receive minor things like a corkscrew & wine glasses, etc. that made our evening on the porch more enjoyable after dinner. "traffic noise, nice accommodations, so-so service"
The B&B is nice & clean, but it sits right on Sonoma Hwy, so the traffic noise in the morning was loud! The folks at the B&B were fine, but did not go out of their way to be hospitable. My cell phone had completely broken down so I asked to use their phone to leave a message for my sister who was going to pick me up from the airport later that day. […] The woman there let me use it & then a few minutes later I asked if I could use it again to check messages and she acted a bit put out. I was on the phone both times less than 2 minutes & considering I had paid for 2 nights and only stayed one (because I had to cancel the first night 3 days before so I wasn't entitled to a refund), I thought she could have been cooler about me using her phone for 2 minutes to make 2 calls to southern California (it's not like I asked to make an international call!). "Adorable B&B with amazing service"
Everything was great. The Hotels.com pictures feature a pool, which doesn't exist. A hot tub is available bit myself and other guest I met were under the impression it did. I switched to this B&B just for the pool so was disappointed. Everything else was meticulous.

"Too Much Traffic Noise"
The hostess is very friendly; however, the room was very small with insufficient lighting and the very loud traffic noise from the highway made it very difficult to sleep. A tasty breakfast was served.
"Wonderful Stay!"
This is a wonderful B&B and staff members, Darla and Terry, were very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I only stayed for one night but wished to stay longer! Our room was clean, cute and comfortable, and opened up onto a nice patio. I enjoyed being able to stay up late by the fireplace and read a book - and breakfast in the morning was perfect! Beautiful Inn with a wonderful host. Great location, very close to the Sonoma plaza. Breakfast was very nice and the rooms were very comfortable.
It is a tired old house on the highway in a seedy part of town. Do not expect clean linen if you stay longer than overnight.
"Sonoma"
We had made plans to stay at this B&B after our visit to Infineon Raceway and enjoy the wine country. Unfortunately, we did not make it to either one. We got stuck in Central California with car problems that had us turned around riding home in a flatbed tow truck. This was to be a special treat for us and to celebrate a birthday. I called the Inn keeper […] as soon as we knew that we could not make it and they were nice and gave us credit for a weekday night when we get back up there to visit. "Royal Treatment"
We stayed at this little jewel for one night but would love to have stayed longer. We were greeted by Darlene, innkeeper with a warm smile and yummy brownies. She spent time showing us this loveley home, beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. Darlene gave us information about the local regions, restaurants, wineries. It was like staying with a friend. […] The room was very comfortable as was the bed with a private bathroom. (the b&b is located on a main road so there is some road noise. We live on a very quiet street so we may have noticed it more) Morning came as did a hearty and delicious breakfast skillfully prepared. Vegetable frittata that was an mouthwatering experience, sliced oranges from the tree outside, freshly bakes stawberry bread, delicious coffee. All served with a smile and wonderful conversation by the hostess and staff. They have a lovely quiet area in the back filled with flowers, trees and is very tranquil for sitting and reading. They are doing improvements along the creek to allow guests to enjoy that area as well. My only advise is if noise bothers you, ask for a room at the back. Otherwise they are all fine! "Fantastic Place and Great Value"
Beautifully updated character home with lots of comfortable places to sit in the garden under a massive bay leaf tree or in the lounge. Our room had a great bed, huge bathroom and super clean. Darla was a fantastic host and knows the area well and provided us with maps and wine tasting discounts for the area. It is on a main road but I did not find […] the road in sleepy Sonoma to be an issue, we slept extremely well and woke up to delicious breakfasts. Very good value for the quality of the property. Everything is great about this B & B, especially the service and the great breakfast. The only thing is that the street noise is a problem when trying to sleep. I recommend that they install one of those white noise machines in each room, or something similar, and that would solve the problem and I'd then give the B & B a 10 out of 10.
"Urban setting, small rooms"
The inn is located right on the main road going through Sonoma, so you can hear traffic noise in the rooms. Room size is rather small, also. It was very clean,though, and the innkeepers were very friendly & helpful, letting us store items in the kitchen refrigerator.
