Sijainti.
Mukavasti lähellä lentokenttää, kaupungissa Mumbai (Andheri East) sijaitseva VITS, Mumbai on lähellä kohteita MIDC Industrial Estate, NSE Exhibition Centre ja Powaijärvi. Lähistöllä ovat myös Juhu Beach ja Santacruz Electronic Export Processing Zone.

Hotellissa VITS, Mumbai on täydet kylpyläpalvelut, kuntokeskus ja sisäuima-allas. Yleisillä alueilla on langaton Internet-yhteys (maksullinen palvelu). Tämän 3,5 tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus (auki 24 tuntia), kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja teknologiatukihenkilöstö. Hotelli, jossa on 3 ravintolaa, kahvila, allasbaari ja baari / aulabaari. Vieraille on tarjolla ilmainen aamiainen. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: kiertuejärjestelyt / lippupalvelu, hääpalvelut ja tilaisuuksien tarjoilut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: poreallas, kuntokeskus tai -sali ja höyryhuone.Vieraiden käytössä on huonehintaan sisältyvä lentokenttäkuljetus - menopaluu (käytettävissä pyynnöstä). Vieraille on tarjolla ilmainen pysäköintipalvelu. Hotelli saattaa tarjota vieraille laajennettuja pysäköintioikeuksia (maksullinen).
Vierashuoneet.
Vierashuoneista on kaupunki- tai allasnäköala. VITS, Mumbai tarjoaa asiakkailleen 190 ilmastoitua huonetta, joissa on minibaari ja tallelokerot. Ilmainen langaton ja nopea langallinen Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä. Huoneissa on LCD-televisio , jossa on satelliittikanavat. Huoneissa on työpöydät, ilmainen sanomalehti ja suoravalintapuhelimet sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Kylpyhuoneissa on erillinen kylpyamme ja suihku, meikkaus-/parranajopeilit, tohvelit ja hygieniatuotteet (sisältyvät hintaan).
Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat kahvin-/teenkeitin ja kattotuuletin. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni ja hiustenkuivaaja. Huoneen kunnostus on tarjolla iltaisin ja siivous on saatavissa päivittäin.

For a one star hotel this is good. Quite near by airport (15min). Free pickup from airport and breakfast. We (me, my wife and 4y child) stayed there only one night. No complains :)

Hotelli on hintaansa nähden laadukas ja palvelu on hyvää. Ainut todellinen ongelma turistille on hotellin sijainti. Se on kaukana kaikista nähtävyyksistä, joten kannattaa varautua riksan / taksin käyttöön. Liikenne Mumbaissa on aina ruuhkaista, joten matka keskustaan saattaa kestää jopa yli tunnin. Liikenteen äänet kantautuvat myös hotelliin.

Hotel was good. Lots of traffic in that area, getting to India Gateway or other places took lots of time, same getting back to hotel, almost 3 hours, but if you have nice car with nice driver and background music it's ok. The room service was goodl food at restaurant delicious, staff was kind. The neighbourhood not so good, but it depends on what you want to see, reality or bollywood type of scenery. Local people were nice though. If you plan on just doing tourism in Mumbai, this hotel is good for you.

The Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport, situated in Andheri East, is one of the busiest airports in India. The international airport is named after Chhatrapati Shivaji Raje Bhonsle, a 17th-century Maratha Emperor. This area is surrounded by shopping, authentic craft markets, and restaurants. Within a 10km radius from the area are prominent business districts like the Bandra-Kurla complex and the Santacruz Electronics Export Processing Zone (SEEPZ). Other popular local attractions include NSE Exhibition Centre, Borovilli National Park, Film City, and the Bombay Museum. Pre-paid taxis to the city centre are good value, and there are also less expensive (and slower) buses to travel around in.

convenient for one night before flight, but not very clean, if you have children, don't think of using the pool and they forgot to wake us up at 5am... but otherwise, nice staff.

The key card gets deactivated automatically after 3 nights. This was a great inconvenience as you get locked out of your room and then you have to wait a good 15-20 mins (get hold of the front dest, make the reqauest for a new keycard etc). This happened to me twice. When I asked for the duty manager they sent the engineer (technician) to talk to me. "Hotel VITS Mumbai"
My girlfriend and I where staying at VITS for two nights. We wanted a hotel in Mumbai where we could have an "okay" stay, but VITS was more than that. It was a very nice business hotel and had good services, so nothing bad to report on the hotel itself.They arranged a drive to the aiport upon departure, which came in handy. The travel desk wanted 1200 […] Rupees to pick us up from the Railway station in Andheri which we found quite expensive, compared to 80 Rupees we paid for an Auto from the station to the Hotel. The Wi-Fi in the rooms cost 660 rupees for 24 Hours, which is a lot more than we were use to, compared to the other hotels in India. But then again, everything is just more expensive in Mumbai. I would go there again, but not as a tourist. This is very nice and handy if you are going on a business trip, but not well suited for city sightseeing and leisure in general - mainly due to its location. Lisätietoja
"VITS Hotel-needs cleaning and painting!"
The staff were lovely and friendly and they have a reasonably priced restaurant next door. Sadly the rooms are really grubby. Tidy but dirty. It needs a coat of paint and a good clean! Size of room was good and bathroom was a decent enough size. Free car service to airport very helpful too. Only a ten minute drive away. Surrounding neighbourhood not […] good at all. A lot of rubbish skips nearby so air smelt of hot rubbish. Skips surrounded by dogs, cats and worst of all rats. Lots of them. "CHEATS"
We booked a suite as no deluxe rooms were available but got a tiny room with no refrigerator, no bathtub or anything. So we had actually paid the double for something much worse than the smallest room available, but the hotel staff refused that a mistake had been made. Furthermore, at check-in they gave us a voucher for the dinner buffet. We were surprised […] but the hotel confirmed that our room included dinner. We enjoyed the dinner, but afterwards the hotel claimed that this was a mistake and we had to pay for the dinner. VERY POOR SERVICE. Lisätietoja

"VITS hotel, Mumbai- not much to write about"
The hotel truned out to be dark and badly lit. The only window in the room opened to the covered courtyard. The room as well as the corrider wre dirty, specially the floor. "VITS Hotel"
If you are a business traveller, I would not recommend the hotel. The service is very moderate and nothing great about the place. The carpets in the rooms are dirty and the shower was just too basic . Though the hotel tariff was cheap the services could be a lot better for the price.

J'ai de loin préféré le Residency pas très loin. "网络和周边环境很差。"
周围都很乱，交通很差。打的回来人家大部分不知道这家酒店的地址。特别让人受不了的就是网络一天要修一次。而且每次等修的时间要一到二个小时才有人过来修。我们去做生意的没有网络根本就是不行的。所以对此酒店印象很差。以后不会再订这家。
