Mukava hotelli erittäin hyvällä paikalla, hinta-laatusuhde paikallaan.

Our room was quite small, but clean and the bed was very good. Hotel breakfast was ok. There was a problem with the internet. It didn't work for sometime. The hotel staff was unable to help with the connection, just gave a number to call (which did not pick up). Later on the internet connection started to work.

Kaikki hotellissa loi täydelliset puitteet lomallemme! Huone oli ihana, sängy todella mukava, henkilökunta äärimmäisen ystävällistä, aamupala herkullista (ja erityisbonuksena pitkä tarjoiluaika eli klo 11 asti!)... Majoittuisin mielelläni tässä hotellissa uudelleen. Sijainti on täydellinen, aivan rautatieasemaa vastapäätä. Alakerran perinneravintola […] oli myös todella viihtyisä ja ruoat olivat maukkaita. Hyvää: Keskeinen sijainti päärautatieaseman vieressä, josta mm. kiertoajelubussit lähtevät. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huonoa: Huoneet aika pienet, tosin kylpyhuone erittäin suuri. Aamiainen ei kovinkaan kattava. Ei ilmastointia.

Small room.

I had one night in this hotel, and for the purpose it was perfect. I travel a lot and for me a good night sleep in the center of where I have to work is always very conveinient. The quality is "standard", but it was newly renovated,and clean. In and out of hte hotel was quick and professionel. For those who want a quick stay in Hamburg this is worthwhile. […] Recomended. I had a very satisfiying stay in this hotel. Easy to get access to public transportation as it is only 1 minute walk from the Haupbahnhof. Bty, it has a small hotel sign, so it is easy to miss when visiting first time.

As with most other low-cost hotels the rooms are very dated and basic. However, the room i stayed in was clean, quiet and a decent size. The breakfast was good and the staff very hospitable, especially those working in the breakfast room. unfriendly staff , internet doesn't work, even the tv was not working, the smallest room I ever stayed in, and the staff has no clue how to deal with customers and fix their problem,

The hotel is located just opposite the main station which was great for getting to and from the airport and a great base from which to explore the Christmas markets. The area the hotel was in had some great resturants close by and it served an amazing buffet breakfast.

Near the railway station and the underground connections

Perfect location next to main railway station. Nonfunctioning heating and mould smell in the bathroom plus trouble accessing Wifi less nice. Maintenance was going on so let's hope these drawbacks are seen to in the near future.

Plus pts- Very good location if you are travelling on trains. Its super near to the HBF, any nearer you need to stay in the HBF itself. There are lots of nice food in the area. For homesick traveller like me, there are a good chinese restaurant nearby too. Back to the hotel, its actually build more than 100 yrs ago, so got that old feel. But its […] seems to be renovated not too long ago. So it is not too bad. So got that old but not too old feel. e.g. TV is old (nokia brand) but window is new. Theres a lift in the hotel, though a bit slow. (Some old hotels in that area dont have lift) Cons- The hotel room doesnt have an aircon. So may not be the best choice during summer time. I went in Oct, so its actually quite cold. Heaters are provided in the room and toilet, but its not turn on by the hotel yet. Over all its a clean room with great location. This place is a bargain! Literally opposite the central train station and spotlessly clean. And the breakfast was better than what I've had at much more expensive hotels.

The Hotel was directly across the street from the Main Train station. Easy walk to all shopping. The Hotel has a free breakfast every morning from 6;30 a.m. to 11;oo a.m. The staff in there was the best .When we return to Hamburg next year we'll stay there just because of the staff there. I highly recommend this Hotel.

The location is great, right across from the main train station. The breakfast was good. The room and bathroom were large, both adequite but sparce. Plenty of hot water for the shower and bath. This is a great hotel in a great location (right across from the train station, U&S bahn, and the hop-on-hop-off buses. My room x05 was extremely large by european standards and the *very* large bathroom had both a bathtub and a standing shower. The king size bed was a real king (not two standards pushed together), and the ceiling hight was great. The […] only problem was that the walls were paper thin. Excellent location... but questionable value... my single room was extraordinarily tiny - even by traditional European standards; old TV didn’t work well. Paper thin walls allowed for every little sound on either side to come through... you could hear the people snoring at night... was as if the walls weren’t there. The best way to describe the hotel is old fasioned and pokey.the room was quite expensive but was very small,dark and had no A/C.Try some where else if possible.

A great hotel in central Hamburg (right opposite the Hauptbahnhof). Clean tidy room, big comfortable bed, clean large bathroom. Good breakfast and polite helpful staff. We think some rooms haven't been refurbished yet, so try to get one of the new ones.

This hotel must have been renovated 4 hours before I arrived! Meticulously maintained, comfortable with a good dose of history (have a close look at doorframes, windows, etc if you're interested). very good breakfast in a prestine dining room. Location is perfect - opposite main station. Definitely recommended!!

Et jævn hotel til prisen. Vi havde værelse lige ud mod hovedbanegården, hvilket gav en masse støj når vinduet var åbnet. Der manglede airkondition på værelset, så støjen fra gaden var et nødvendigt onde. Hotellet er centralt pladseret og det er let at komme rundt. Der er billig parkeringshus meget tæt ved hotellet, 8 euro pr. døgn.

Allgemein ist das Hotel sehr schön, das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber die Betten sind sehr hart!

Forhalen lugtede af kloak, måske også lidt i 1. etagen, da jeg bookede hotellet, jeg synes at jeg betalte for morgenmad også(at den var inkluderet i prisen), men ved checkind blev jeg charget for den igen og de mente at jeg ikke har betalt! Ellers pænt og rent værelse, god beliggenhed, mægtig god morgenmad. Hotellet manglede i øvrigt skilt, det tog […] mig 20min at finde den, selvom jeg havde passeret den flere gange! Lisätietoja

Et super lækkert hotel og total stilhed, helt perfekt trods det ligger lige ved siden af banegården kunne man intet hører! Hyggelig og lækkert hotelværelse med helt nyt badeværelse. Fantastisk.

veldig gammel dålig lukt dårlig utvalg av frokost

Hotellet liger perfekt over for Hovedbanegården. Vi brugte hotellet som overnatningshotel. Vi skulle flyve fra Hamburg lufthavn og kunne derfor tage S-banen fra Hovedbanegården til Lufthavnen.

Vi boede på dette hotel i 4 dage. Kan absolut anbefales. super beliggenhed og dejlig morgenmadsbuffet - som var med i prisen!!! kommer helt sikkert igen...

til en weekende var værelses fint på trods af at det vendet ud til en lukket gård. obs. på at der faktis findes billigt parkeringshus i nærheden til 8 euro pr døgn.

Hotellet har en meget central belligenhed lige ved siden af banegården, og ved "indgangen" til den indre by, hvor der er mange gode shopping og spisemuligheder. God morgenbuffet - så alt i alt en oplevelse af virkelig "at få noget for pengene".

Unmittelbar vis-à-vis des Hauptbahnhofs ideal gelegen. Sachgerechte Ausstattung, freundliches Personal. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet im Preis imbegriffen. Hervorragendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Bei anderer Gelegenheit gerne wieder!

Hade en mkt trevlig vistelse på Hotel Kronprinz. Hotellets stora pluss är läget och att de serverade frukost. Kan varmt rekomendera hotellet. Ett minus är dock det heltyska tv-utbudet.

Hotel empfehlenswert, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Fijn hotel op een zeer centraal gelegen lokatie (recht tegenover het station). Ontbijt is prima en de kamer is gemiddeld genomen goed. De douche werkte niet goed, waardoor er afwisselend koud en warm water kwam, maar de rest van de voorzieningen was goed en de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is prima.
