My partner and I spent 3 nights here. Good location half way between the old town and beach. The free bike hire is very handy. All the historical sites, restaurants and beach are an easy ride away. The downside is the hotel rooms are in need of updating. Tired inside, mouldy around bath/shower, old fittings etc. Even the a/c vents have surface mould […] growing on them. The hallways had a damp musky smell too. Our room over looked neighboring houses, which meant a little noisy at night and an annoying barking dog. this hotel was clean, tidy, cost competitive, reasonable location, the only thing I can say that is not positive was, the staff, although friendly, they become overbearing, only because the were trying to be too helpful, always at your feet, and oh!! those uniforms, please wash and iron them, uniforms were well below acceptable hospitality standards. food […] was average, nothing stood out for either the right reasons, or the wrong reasons. Excellent hotel, everything you need for a wonderful stay in Hoi An. The only drawback is that it's a little way from the centre of town but they have bikes (of varying quality) to use for free, a free shuttle bus service a few times a day or failing that, it's a fairly cheap taxi ride. If you want to get to the beach, they have a private beach which […] is lovely - again you can get there by bike, shuttle bus or taxi. It only takes 5-10 mins whichever way you travel. We were warmly welcommed even though we arrived at 6.30, at were given a room quite fast. We had a nice room (pool villa), which was really big. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but part from that everything was good. The breakfast is good, with a good variety of food. The shuttle bus to the city an the beach works really well, and is a nice service […] provided by the hotel. The private beach is one of the nicest we have seen in all Vietnam. It also has a restaurant, and we had lunch here almost every day. Hoi An is our favourite city in Vietnam. Beautiful beach and city centre and excellent shopping!! Staff alway pleasant. Reception professional and helpful Good English. Great asian feel in the rooms. Little balcony Windows with shutters. Afternoon as storms cam through Open windows and felt the breeze. Price excellent. We got a great rate when we stayed here. We took the villa option (which was very nice) and the hotel itself is well appointed with a good breakfast and nice rooms. The only annoying thing were the staff - I don't know if this is a general Hoi An experience or just this hotel, but they would not stop trying to sell us things. For example, we arrived […] hot and tired from the night train and taxi from Danang - all I really wanted to do was shower, but even the recptionist had to give her sales pitch for local tailors and the like. So did the doorman as we came in (for transport) and the bellhop inquired whether the (random) Vietmanese gentleman outside (who was trying to sell his driving service) was our "friend" or whether he could help us organise our holiday. It took us more than an hour to check in and be by ourselves. The one time we did use the reception to book our onward train tickets, it was a disaster. My wife spent more than an hour waiting at recption, with them saying they were sorting it out. Finally, when we were told they had found the tickets, they were the wrong class and type. We ended up by going to a local travel agent and had the tickets in under 20 minutes. All in all - the hotel is very nice and worth staying in for the right price - but don't let the staff "help" you out!! Oh, and I nearly forgot, the instructions on how to use the safe are WRONG (the English at this hotel is some of the poorest we experienced in all of Vietnam). Lisätietoja

This hotel made a lot of promises, but didn't follow through. The private beach is quite far away, and so is the town centre, so the hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to both the beach and town centre. Guests can also borrow bikes from the hotel for free. However, the shuttle service was unreliable and there was usually no bikes available, as […] they only had 8 bikes. There was supposed to be WiFi in the rooms and lobby area, but this didn't function. For the four days we were there, the staff kept claiming the problem was temporary and would be fixed in a couple of hours. The public computers in the lobby had a functioning internet connection, but so slow it was almost useless. The bathroom sink was burping loudly and continuously, the shower drain was almost clogged, and the in-room safe didn't function properly. beautiful pri\vate beach with extra pool; a little far to town in the heat.. and the shuttle didn't go very often. but we'd go back anyways! nice breakfast and clean rooms in a friendly hotel with nice pool.

Hoi An Pacific Hotel has everything you expect from a 4 Star hotel. Great and friendly service, wonderful rooms (get a Villa room which has excess to the pool and the lovely garden). The rooms were spacious and very clean and everybody was very helpful. Good breakfast buffett. We will come back next year for sure.

We stayed here with out family of 5, visiting Hoi An. Nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast buffet. Free shuttle to town and nice private beach. We would go here again!

We got excellent help from the front desk with the planning of our trips around the country. Gave some good hints about what to do, and at the same time it definitely saved us a lot of time. On the negative side, the location of the hotel in between the city and the beach is a bit annoying.

Superior rooms dated and in need of a revamp, negociated an upgrade given we were staying multiple nights, Gym machines not working, staff mostly friendly but lacking professionalism & some with little or no english, good buffet breakfast, free bikes (in dire need of a service!) Private beach very nice but closed for private parties from time to time, […] Pool excellent, best rate available on line in house rate over-priced.All in all we would go back but feel they need to service a few amenities & enroll their staff on a few training programmes apart from Ms Tam one of the managers who was excellent in her job & always willing to help. We were very happy with our stay in this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The hotel has a free regular shuttle into town which was very convenient. To walk to town takes about 45mins, but taxis are cheap. This hotel is situated about half way between the beach and the town. The pool area was very attractive, and we enjoyed the evening dance performance, […] although the meal was quite expensive compared to eating in the local restaurants. We found a delightful little restaurant next door but one to the hotel where the owner couldn't do enough to please us! We went back there more than once. Hotel très agréable avec de grandes chambres. Le petit déjeuner est en buffet, beaucoup de choix avec des crêpes et omelettes (en préparation minute) délicieuses. Dommage que les jus de fruits ne soient pas des jus de fruits frais.

I just loved it!

Ett mycket trivsamt hotell beläget mitt emellan beach och centrum. Bra rum (Villa room) med alla bekvämligheter som alltid blev väl städat varje dag. Bra restaurang som serverade en utmärkt frukost och hade smakfulla rätter till lunch eller middag. Väl fungerande WiFi på de flesta ställena på hotellet. Mycket trevlig personal. Vi fick ett rum på femte våningen och när vi kom in så luktade det jätte mycket mögel. Bytte till ett rum på tredje som var mycket bättre. Mindre lukt ju längre ner man kom. Personalen var jätte trevliga och hade inget problem med att vi ville byta. Annars så är vi nöjda med hotellet och speciellt då personalen.

Very nice people and the staff is always helpful. The hotel need a refresh but it's still ok for the price. Breafast is good. Nice walk by good weather but a little far from town (20 minutes) when it rain.

Det første rommet vi fikk hadde tett vask og en safe som ikke fungerte. Vi fikk byttet raskt til et annet rom hvor dusjen hadde dårlig og sakte sluk, men ellers var rommet helt greit. Frokosten helt ok. Det var slitsomt at de ansatte hele tiden skulle hjelpe oss med å finne frem, og vi følte at de hele tiden ønsket å selge oss tjenester alt fra skreddertjenester […] og souvenirer. Vi opplevde også at de ble innbitt når vi sa at vi allerede hadde vært hos en skredder. Det positive med oppholdet var at vi opplevde at de til syvende og sist igrunn bare ville vårt beste og beskytte oss fra de mange svindlerne (vi hadde bla en luring i taxien fra flyplassen som kunne kjøre oss til 'sin søsters skredderbutikk'). I tillegg hadde de gratis shuttelbuss inn til bykjernen (3 min kjøretur). Vi bestilte også taxi fra hotellet den morgenen vi skulle dra, kl 0330. Dette kostet to dollar mer en taxien på gaten, men var til gjengjeld puntklig og behagelig. I tillegg fikk vi frokosten med oss i en taxeaway-boks. Lisätietoja

ホーチミンから一泊二日で利用しました。 価格で決めたホテルでしたが、予想以上の施設＆リゾート感で大満足でした。 スタッフの対応も凄く良く、片言の英語でも全く不自由なく過ごせました。 旧市街へのシャトルバスの感覚が少し物足りないですが、タクシーで行っても２～３ドルなのでまー大した問題ではないです。 今回は旧市街での観光がメインになったので、次回はビーチリゾートメインでまた利用したいと思います！ 朝食は他のレビュー通り満足のいく美味しさ＆景色でした。

Vi bodde här 2 nätter i sept 2011, i villa med poolutsikt. Ett mkt trevligt hotell, mkt fina rum, bra service och en fantastisk frukost. En oas att komma till efter all shopping. Skulle gärna stannat här fler nätter. Ett hotell att komma tillbaka till.

Muy buen hotel - buenas intalaciones, buen buffet en el desayuno y muy buen servicio. Muy buena calidad - precio. Totalmente recomendable.

Die Wände sind extrem ringhörig. Man ist morgens um sieben wach wegen dem lärm von anderen Gästen. Zimmer ansonsten sind ok. Das Frühstücksbuffet sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus stellt sich aber als Flop heraus. Die Gebäcke sind alle sehr trocken und scheinen Tage alt zu sein. Wenn man nicht heikel ist geht das. We spent 4 nights at this hotel during our stay in Hoi An in the Villa apartments overlooking the pool. Great room, with O.K bathroom. The free bike rental this hotel offers is genious, 10 minutes on the bike and you can get to the center of the city, or to the lovely beach. We used these every day. If you can't be bothered with biking around, the hotel […] also offers shuttle service to the city center or to the beach. The staff at the hotel was warm, kind and welcoming. Especially Lily! The resturant at the hotel is very nice, good food. Even though it was a bit pricey compared to the rest of the resturants you find in Hoi an, it was well worth a try. The Cham Dance show they put on every night was however not that interesting. All in all a very pleasant stay, at a hotel that makes you feel at home. Definitely NOT 4 starts These people are more interested to guide you to the nearest tailor (which is someone in their family) than to give you good service. The 4 stars must have been given for quantity not quality. Internet yes, but no printer that works, no bicycles available although we were promised free bicycles, no iron to borrow, but laundry […] service for dollars, fitness room and billiard room in one. Tiresome techno music in the lobby bar all day. The only plus is the breakfast buffet with the OK view over Hoi An city. Do not go to this hotel, unless you are prepared for probably the worst service you can get in Vietnam. Lisätietoja

Fin beliggenhet med god busservice til både strand og sentrum. Sykkel man kunne låne var perfekt, morsom detalj med pålagt sykkelparkering før stranden. Nydelig og sykle ut til stranden. Das Hoi An Pacific ist ein nettes , ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die AC blis warm, keine Türe lies sich schließen. Der shuttle-Bus des Hotels zur Altstadt und zum Strand ist schwer in Ordnung.

Bon hôtel mais qui ne mérite que 3 étoiles car les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées des bruits intérieurs et extérieurs. Hormis cela, le personnel est accueillant, la piscine est splendide, le petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. Une navette gratuite assure le transport vers la centre ville et vers une très belle plage privée gratuite. ホイアン市街とクアダイビーチの中間にあるのでどちらへ行くにも少し離れてはいましたが、無料レンタルサイクルや無料送迎バスを利用できるので地理的な問題は気にならなかったです。 ベトナム旅行ではミニホテルばかり利用していたという前提ですが、スーペリアルームに泊まりましたが、必要なアメニティはほとんど備えていますし、空調、シャワー等も良かったと思います。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。レストランは朝食でしか利用しなかったので味は分かりません。朝食は最上階（５階）で眺めが良く、ビュッフェ形式でおいしかったと思います。

ホイアンの街から少し離れているが歩いていける距離、無料の送迎もあり、ホイアンとは逆方向のビーチ行きの送迎もあり楽しめます。 ウエルカムドリンクにランブータンのフルーツのサービスまであり至れり尽くせりのサービスがうれしい。 部屋も十分広く今回一人での利用でしたが十文家族で行ってもＯＫな広さでした。是非また泊まってみたいと思います。
