"Wonderful stay in a time of comfort"
We were in town for my grandmother's funeral. The staff was very pleasant and respected our need for privacy. The lady working breakfast was great with the kids!! My son even colored her a picture which seemed to mean as much to her as it did him. It was a great stay at a time when COMFORT was needed!!!!

Request your room be in the front of the building or the train noise throughout the night will be disturbing.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, the first time it was great, and I have no complaints. Though we arrived very late around 2 in the morning the service was good, room was clean and nice. The second time, the room was by the elevators so we were awoken several time during the night. Service was ok at best, the man who checked my in was impolite […] and was more interested in the tv show in the back then checking me in. The room was clean but smelled of smoke. This hotel was very good. I was quite shocked as the hotels in this area was very few and with such little selection often hotels lack quality. Still the quality was very good. The hotel itself was very nice, the room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The desk staff was by far the worst part of my experience. I waited more than 7 minutes to have someone check me in, even after I rang the bell 3 times. I was unable to set up a wake-up call because no one at the front desk would answer my repeated calls. "Nightmare"
I could not believe I had to listen to train whistles ALL night. I actually yanked the queen sized mattress off the bed and wedged it into the bathroom door so I could listen to the exhaust fan instead. If you are not deaf you may want to request a front side room. I was not forewarned.
