Hotel Puchet - Sant Antoni de Portmany

The Puchet looks nice but the rooms are not cleaned properly. On arrival there were hairs in the bed, stains in the toilet, splashes over the walls and dust and dirt on the phone. The aircon doesnt get cold enough and the staff are no help at all. Around the pool they play weird music like if you were at a spa but after a certain time they turn it up […] loud which is really strange, not relaxing or partying music. San Antoni is located about 20 mns drive from Ibiza city. The hotel is well located and allows to walk to the beach (15 mns). The rooms do not look as nice as the ones on the pictures, but they were overall ok and clean. They are very small though, so it doesn't leave much room to move around if you have 2 large suitcases in the room. During the first […] 2 days, the front desk staff was not very helpful as we were trying to book excursions. They kept referring us to the brochures, which didn't help. The pool is very big, and the area around it is very nice. They have showers you can use after you check out of your room and after you go to the beach, but they were not very clean. Top quality clean hotel! very friendly staff!!

This is like a 4* hotel, the staff are really friendly and the prices in the hotel are almost the cheapest on the island! 1.50 euro for a san miguel in hotel but 5.50 at cafe del mar. I would definitely stay here again & recommend it!!

This hotel is really cozy and comfortable after the renovation with a nice and relaxing poolside although the aircon is the only area where not just this but the hotels across spain need upgradation since the cooling is not enough.

We were very pleased with our room, we stayed in a room which had recently been refurbished (from looking at other reviews on the site). The room was spacious, modern and clean, with fresh towels daily. Our balcony overlooked the main room, which proved a little noisy (with traffic) even at early hours in the morning. The pool area was clean and tidy […] (although we did not use it). Our reservation was for bed and breakfast, however we never got up in time for it, so can't comment on this! The staff seemed friendly and approachable and helped us out in our final day when there was a problem with our return flight. It takes about 10/15 minutes to walk to the busy area of San Antoni, however we didn't mind the walk in, and it was nice to be out of the hussle now and again. There is a tv in the room, however no English channels. There is no radio or cd, so I recommend taking your own. One of the great advantages was that the room had a fridge - what a godsend for water and cold beers! There is a spar just down the road so you can stock up!! I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again here as long as I could guarantee getting one of the refurbished rooms! Lisätietoja

personnel agréable et toujours souriant chambre confortable, espace piscine tres agréable, petit hic, la musique est parfois un peu trop forte tres satisfaisant ds l ensemble

kom precis hem från en trevlig resa, bodde 9 nätter på hotellet.. modernt för att vara spaninen, kanon pool område (därför jag bokade detta hotel) dock ganska mycket folk på eftermiddagarna. men rent o frächt..trevlig personal. det enda negativa e väl att städerskan vara väldigt slarvig och glömmde bort balkongen..bädda ej rent ..men i övrigt bara  […] bra Lisätietoja

acceuil correct Savoir parler la langue est plus qu'un atout compte tenu des carences de certaines personnes à l'acceuil déjà...et même la patronne étonnant pour une activité touristique ! Heureusement il y avait Sido et Lucie !!! Sinon la nourriture, le confort et la propreté caractéristique à l'espagne ! l'ensemble est correct mais j'ai un peu peur […] que l'été il y soit difficile d'y dormir a cause des portes qui claquent la nuit ( elles sont lourdes et la fermeture fait du bruit !!) Camera completamente rinnovata. Personale gentile e utile connessione WIFI gratuita. Rapporto qualità prezzo altissima. Cena a buffet discreta. Peccato che la Piscina non fosse ancora pronta! A 10 minuti d'auto spiagge bellissime.
