Sijainti.
Tämä kaupungissa Milano (Duomo) sijaitseva London Hotel on perheille sopiva hotelli. Lähistöltä löytyvät muun muassa Teatro Dal Verme, Orto Botanico di Brera ja Sempione-puisto. Lähistöllä ovat myös Milanon katedraali ja Sforzescon linna.

Kävelyetäisyydellä oli kaikki toivomamme kohteet - Metroasemaa myöten. Taksi maksoi < 10 €, jos tarvitsimme sitä. Hyvin nukuimme vaikka huone olikin kadun puolelle ja ekassa kerroksessa.

Oikein toimiva ratkaisu jos haluaa käydä San Sirolla katsomassa futista. Respan henkilökunta oikein auttavaista ja joustoa löytyi mm. aikaisen aamiaisen järjestymiseksi. Oma parkkihalli!

Pieni hotelli sijaitsee Brunatessa aivan funikulaarin vieressä eli jännittävän köysiratajunamatkan päässä Comosta. Söpö kylä, mutta ei juuri palveluja muutamaa ravintolaa/hotellia lukuunottamatta. Hyvät ulkoilumaastot ja yhteys Comon kaupunkiin. Vaikutti perheyritykseltä tms. jossa ainoastaan yksi työntekijä puhui englantia. Huone modernisti sisustettu ja siisti. Hotellin hintaan ei ainakaan meille kuulunutkaan aamupala, josta sitten maksoimme erikseen 7e/hlö, mutta ihan maittava oli! Söimme myös illallisen yhtenä iltana: ruokalistaa ei ollut, ensin kysyttiin mitä haluaisimme syödä ja sitten kerrottiin mitä oli - ja vaihtoehtoja oli aikalailla tasan yksi. Hyvää ja perinteistä italialaista ruokaa kuitenkin oli ja ilmeisesti joka päivä vähän eri valikoima:) Perushyvä hotelli, mutta jos Comon keskustassa enemmän haluaa seikkailla, voi sijainti alkaa vähän rassaamaan.

The magnificent sculptural detail can be seen from the roof, and on a clear day there are stupendous views as far as the snow-peaked Alps. Hotellin todella hyvä sijainti korvasi hieman ankean huoneen ilmeen. Myös halpa hinta kalliissa kaupungissa oli mukava etu. Huone oli siisti, vaikka kokolattiamatto ei miellyttänytkään.
"Unfriendly staff"
We wanted a room with a view and thought that is what we ordered. Instead they put us in a room that felt like we were in a dungeon. The front desk staff was VERY unfriendly and very unaccomidating and they charged us an extra 70 euro a night!
"Good location but not much else"
The only thing going for this hotel is its location. We had room #20 that was next to the shared bathroom (since there was no toilet in the room), next to the elevator, and next to the chinese restaurant next door (so we basically had one quiet wall). The beds were less than comfortable and you had to walk outside your room to use the shared bathroom. […] Although the bathroom was suppose to be smoke-free, people still smoked in there making terrible to use. However, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly but I would not say I got a good nights rest. "Right across fro the Castle"
Easy access to the Metro. Friendly staff. Wifi was 5€ for 48 hours. Continental breakfast brought to our room. And great recommendations for restaurants fro the staff.

"Hotel London in Milan"
A small two star hotel situated in the heart of Milan - midway between the Duomo and the castle. The rooms are not spacious but are adequate, particularly as little time is spent in them - there is so much to see in this exciting city. The staff were very helpful in answering all our numerous questions.

Excellent situation close to the Duomo. Pleasant helpfull staff. Small rooms and basic breakfast, but good value for money considering the central location in a large city. Will be staying there again.

Hotel agréable, personnel très sympathique, chambre et lieu propre, salle de bains minuscule mais propre. Idéalement situé. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Small cozy clean hotel, nice persjonal. Very central, quiet street, right next to the main streets to the Duomo kafedralen. train station 10 minutes to go to, do not need for transportation than trains from / to the airport. Walking distance to La Scala, and all fansy stores. Ever super good choice for small money.

"London Hotel milano"
L'Hotel è assolutamente inadeguato per il prezzo che chiede di pagare per dormire. Non posso indicare la cifra che però risulta totalmente inadeguata per quello che offre l'hotel, giudizio che esprimo visto che dormo almeno 110 notti all'anno fuori casa e di alberghi ne vedo molti in ogni parte d'italia. Ho dormito una notte in una camera singola con […] letto matrimoniale. In camera ho trovato un bagno di 1,5 metri quadrati, nel lavandino di dimensioni minuscole fai fatica a lavarti persino il volto, manca il bidet, ripeto manca il bidet particolare che non ti aspetti mai e poi mai in un hotel che chiede quelle cifre, il bagno è talmente piccolo che non hanno neanche il portarotolo della carta igienica, non perchè sia fondamentale ma per farvi comprendere le dimensioni dello spazio. Pensate che per farsi il bidet esiste quell'apparecchiatura inserita direttamente nella tazza del water . . . indecente. Manca il frigo bar. Infine, in quella cifra non era compresa neanche la colazione, che per quello che ho visto nell'area definita bar era veramente minimale e comunque a 8 euro. Non ho mangiato lì, me ne sono andato e ho immediatamente disdetto le altre due giornate che avevo in prenotazione. "Very good and well centered hotel"
Very good hotel with nice and comfy room (including AC that saved our life from the heat wave!) Very well located and centered: close to a shopping street and yet very calm. Very nice staff, helpful. Rate very affordable. For a hotel in a big European city, no doubt I recommend it.

La posizione è davvero invidiabile, in 5 minuti si arrva a piedi in P.zza del Duomo o al castello sforzesco. é un due stelle e pertanto le camere sono un pò spartane ma pulite.

Bagno molto piccolo, simile a quello di un camper: la tazza del water è dotato di rubinetto per fungere anche da bidè (scomodissimo). La stanza interno cortile non è consigliabile per il rumore dei condizionatori e l'odore di cucina del sottostante ristorante cinese.
