The woman who helped serving breakfast was outstanding! She went over and above what would be expected, and made us feel as if we were dining in a full service restaurant. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly, including the receptionist at the front desk(a male.)

We had an excellent stay during our visit in Commerce, TX. We were there for a funeral and on short notice and the staff accommodated us so efficiently and with such good attitudes. They were so helpful with directions and in making sure we had the handicapped accessible room we requested. The room was clean, and very easily navigated by my elderly […] mother. The staff was friendly and hotel clean. The clock radio was broken and they replaced it and it was also broken. The curtains had holes in them and the sheer was droping( off the bar). The Lady for breakfast was very nice and waited on us (Cindy)

This hotel is always clean and the staff is very accomodating. One time the hot tub was not working so they upped the temp. on the pool for us. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in in a hotel. It is very conveinient for us becasue our son attends the Texas A&M university commerce. Its right across the street.

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was great! The breakfast was much better than what you would normally expect for a "continental breakfast." The beds were wonderful and we didn't hear anything outside of our hotel room.

This hotel was great. Hot tub and indoor pool was very relaxing after a long drive. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was terrific.
