Kaikki vastaanottovirkailijat eivät osaa kovin hyvin englantia. Huoneessa kokolattiamatto niukka perusvarustus. Huone ei ollut kovin viihtyisä. Lähin pikkukauppa oli bussimatkan päässä rautatieasemalla eli aika kaukana. Oksennustaudin yllättäessä oli vaikea saada henkilökunnalta siivousapua, lopulta onnistui. Aamiaisravintola tupaten täynnä klo 8.30, […] meluisa turismitehdasvaikutelma, ikävän levoton ruokailuympäristö, äänet kaikuivat kovin. Muina aamuina menimme syömään jo klo 7 jälkeen, jolloin oli siedettävämpää. Baari ei ollut halukas vaihtamaan rahaa kolikoihin. Kaikki lasten pelit toimivat vain kolikoilla. Olisi ollut mukava, jos edes ilmakiekko olisi toiminut ilman kolikoita. Hotellin kylpylässä ei pystynyt kunnolla peseytymään, koska miehille ja naisille oli yhteiset suihkutilat, voiko tällainen vesi olla puhdasta? Kylpyläreissu edelsi pienimmän lapsemme (7v) oksennustautia. Vaikka ilmaiset bussit kulkivat kohtalaisen hyvin noin kahdesti tunnisssa, emme löytäneet mistään aikatauluja niille. Yleiset hotellin vessat olivat epäsiistejä. Matka hotellilta Pariisin keskustaan bussilla + junalla kesti 1,5-2h. Toiste menemme mieluummin lähemmäs Pariisin keskustaa. Nettiyhteys toimi vain pätkittäin, mutta saimme sähköpostit kuitenkin luettua, nettisurffailu oli vaikeampaa. Baarin suljettua klo 23 ei kuohuviiniä hotellista. Lisätietoja

Huone ja hotelli oli siisti, mutta huoneen pesuhuoneen lattian laatat olivat irti ja vaatisivat korjausta. Huone siivottiin joka päivä. Suihkussa omassa huoneessa tuli käytyä vähän, koska käytimme uima-allasta tiuhaan. Lapset pitivät kovasti uima-altaasta ja sen kolmesta liukumäestä sekä muista kivoista yksityiskohdista! Samoin leikkihuone ja sen vieressä […] oleva laiva olivat lastemme (4,7,9) suosiossa. Huone sopi perheellemme, koska välioven takana oli kerrossänky, joten kaikkien ei tarvinnut nukkua samassa huoneessa. Yhteys Disneylandiin bussilla oli joustava ja ilmainen. Leikki-ikäisten lasten perheille suunnattu hotelli, jossa huone on oikeasti vain nukkumista varten. Kun kaikkea energiaa ei kulutettu Disneylandin puistoissa niin loput karistettiin hotellin seikkailuhuoneessa, merirosvolaivaa tutkiessa -kiipeillessä ja uima-altaan vesiliukumäkiä liukuen. Ilmainen bussiyhteys puistoihin 10 min. välein toimi moitteettomasti. […] Aikataulutus ruokailujen suhteen kannattaa miettiä tarkkaan, jotta välttää esim. aamiaisen kello kahdeksan ruuhkan, samoin illallisen jos aikoo syödä hotellilla, kannattaa ajoitus tarkistaa. It's an ideal hotel as far as sleeping only is concerned, in other words if you plan on spending most of your time in the Disney Park. However if you decide to inlcude some rest days in between it's not the best place to be. During the day, apart from a sandwitch bar there are no real facilities for meals. The luggage storage facility at the hotel turned […] out to be very useful on our last day after checkout since our departing flight was only later that evening, it allowed us some freedom to venture out back to the village to do last minute shopping. However and lastly, claims that there is free WiFi in the hotel is exagerrated. There is very limited and intermittent WiFi around the hotel entrance/lobby area. The children play facilaties are fantastis, there is so much for them to do & the pool is great! If you can get over paper & plastic cups for the rooms & no set tables at breakfast, tired decor in the rooms, it's not a bad hotel. Good Hotel Facilities. Very Poor Rooms for price paid. Staff never look happy. Breakfast time was a scrum. Happy Hour mobbed. I would stay there again if I had to, but I certainly would be reluctant to pay out for what I did!

Great location, great hotel and very efficient staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip, the shuttle service to Disneyland is regular and reliable. Only gripe.... A two euro charge per towel for swimming....meaning the pool is not 'free to use' and a crazy French rule regarding swim wear resulting in my husband not being able to join us in the pool....what […] could happen if he wore shorts instead of trunks which would be so bad?? Seeing as other guests were taking photographs on poolside and not being asked to stop, the trunks thing seemed very insignificant.... This hotel has a great location for going to Disneyland. Not anything else. The rooms were just ok. They were clean. But the power went out one day and the TV never worked. The shuttles were unreliable and didn't even come at the times hotel staff said. The pool was only open a few hours in the morning and a few in the evening. Never got to swim. The […] free wifi was spotty and only worked 10% of the time. The food in the captains library was excellent. Breakfast was pretty good too. The staff were nice. I would probably take the kids back. Hotel was all we needed it to be, but we found the staff quite unhelpful. We were also very disappointed that the wifi did not work on any of our devices, and were brushed off when we asked for assistance regarding the matter. we were very pleased with the value we got for our money. we are a family of five and the room had plenty of space for us. our kids went nuts for thebplayground and pirate ship themed pool. it was very easy to take the bus to disneyland. we would definitely stay there if we go back to disneyland

Very pleased with the convenience to Disneyland park and the availability of the shuttle bus. Loved the whole hotel set up with the play Center and the pool. The staff were really lovely and pleasant and helpful. Only downside was that our bathroom sink was blocked

the pool is good for children and has good slides, much better than you would expect for a hotel. The car park was busy one day. about 200 cars spaces and only about 10 free. the pillows are small and too soft. the breakfast was good with a lot of tables, so, there was never much of a queue.

Great hotel for exploring Disneyland. Great for children, fab breakfast. Excellent shuttle bus service. Poor pillows, but got extra when we asked for them.

Staff very welcoming on arrival. Explained all about the hotel and the where Shuttle bus goes from. There is a separate area for guest services which is great. The swimming pool is brilliant and open times are excellent. Breakfast was delicious and fresh.

The toilets were extremely foul smelling, which resulted in a strong aroma of septic pervading the room. Despite our placement of the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, the hotel cleaning staff completely disregarded it, and entered the room, failing to adequately clean it each time.In fact,they do not clean the rooms at all. Obnoxious noises of children […] running the length of the hallways and slamming doors, disturbed us late at night throughout our stay. We realised that this was a 3star hotel but the hotel was even more shabby than expected especially on the level 1 near swimming pool area! Highlights... Dirty under beds, pillows were inadequate in size and comfort, empty toilet rolls nor towels not changed each day despite 'please make up my room', Edge of bed dropped out and sheets not fitted well! […] Corridor leading to and outside room very messy, room also felt a bit damp in room 106 as heaters not on. This was however a handy location to visit from with good shuttle bus, cheap place to sleep in between Disney visits ( Disney which was great) but for a similar price or a bit more money we could have had a better experience...my advice is - try another hotel like Circus which is next one along... Basic European hotel, the rooms are no frills. Morning buffet good start to the day, not your typical American breakfast light but filling. Bring your own washcloth if you are accustomed to using one. Kids would enjoy the pool area. Shuttle service was very good.

Good hotel that really catered very well for our young children with Large Softplay, Activity Swinmming pool (Slides/Pirate Ship) and Childrens rides. Given we were in Disneyland for best part of the day and at night, the hotel was really somewhere to chill out for a few hours and ultimately re-charge ready for the next visit to the park - the hotel […] all things well and we feel that we got value for money for what we paid and had a good custimer experience - we would most definately return to the hotel in the future. Nice, comfortable stay for 3 nights. Nice pool, decent breakfast and very convenient location if travelling by Eurostar with free shuttle bus every 15 minutes from and to Disney parks and train station.

Kids love this hotel for the playground and pool but it is lacking in some of the basics that are fundamental - most particularly any noise proofing between rooms or rooms and corridors. If you stay when it is busy (as we did) expect to hear your neighbours, impacting on sleep quality. I'm surprised Disney put their name on this hotel. The room was the size of a large closet, for a family of 4, we could barely move in the room. There was a tiny bathroom in which the only outlet did not work. There were no hand towels or wash clothes or soap to wash your hands! There was one restaurant that opened for breakfast and a few for dinner. […] Not much choice and very expensive. The pool was fun but they charged 2,00 euros per each towel, and you could not use the ones from your room! The staff was friendly at the front desk, but the house cleaning staff was inadequate! Not only did they not change the sheets the next day but we still did not get towels and soap we needed. It was so disappointing! They had a video game room that was outrageously expensive. They made it seem like it was a great hotel for families and it was nothing I would ever stay at again much less refer to a friend. Beware military community! By American standards, Hotel 6 is 10x better. This place has skinny mattresses on spring boards. Hotel's restaurants all closed except for 1. Pizza they make comes in a pile of manufactured dough with tomato paste to which full of himself cook puts cheese on top and shoves it in the oven. Overall experience was good but felt the breakfast buffet was very limited especially for vegetarian and halal options. Also very hard to get hold of drinking water for free so take bottles with you.

We were very impressed with the swimming pool, it has water slides and a bucket that dumps water every few minutes, our children had a blast! We were in the pool twice a day! We were so happy with the bus connection to the train station and Euro Disney. We flew, but we think the Euro Star would have been just as cost effective as you have the free bus […] etc. Hotel Staff were always helpful, helping our teenager connect her phone to wifi etc. Games room was ok,as some games not working, but were fixed by the next day, air hokey a hit with our kids! Hotel has a few places to eat, but this was not cost effective for a family, and food was not the best, however the breakfast was amazing! We just had a standard room, which was fine, beds comfortable, room was small for 6 of us, but was fine for the price. Overall, I would diffidently recommend this hotel for a family! The hotel was basic (food and rooms) and the service was disappointing with unfriendly staff and often unorganised at peak times, however the major plus point for this hotel is the swimming pool which the kids loved. If it was not for the kids facilities, I would not recommend this hotel but because of this our stay was enjoyable.
