Hyvää: Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu, myös suomenkielellä ja kaikki toimi hyvin, huone saatiin heti mentyämme puolilta päivin, vaikka virallinen vaihtoaika on kolmelta. Hyvä keittiövarustus ja hyvät sängyt. Tilava parveke jossa iso kuivausteline. Siivous toimi erinomaisesti. Iso uima-allasalue, tilaa oli runsaasti. Huonoa: Huoneissa oli huono äänieristys, ja meillä oli pieni ja epäkäytännöllinen huone. Tosi pieni TV. Huoneessa oli kuluneisuutta, kaipaisi kunnostusta, keittiön alakaapeissa oli huono haju (home?) Muuten yleistunnelmaltaan ihan hyvä, ja voisin mennä tähän hotelliin uudestaan mutta isompaan huoneistoon.

Hotelli on kaunis ja ainutlaatuinen. Asuimme hotellissa myös muutama vuosi sitten ja ajattelimme että menemme sinne taas. Uutena ilmiönä oli lapsiperheiden paljous, pidämme lapsista, kyllä, mutta portaiden, siltojen ja jyrkänteiden takia emme tajunneet miten homma oikeasti voi perheeltä toimia. Meteli oli kova samaisesta syystä. Huoneemme oli tosi pieni, ei jaksettu valittaa, mutta kun huonehinta on huomattavan hintava toivoisi hieman enemmän kokoa kuin vierashuoneesta kotona. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta.

Isot huoneet, tilaa enemmän kuin tarpeeksi. Huone varustelultaan hyvä. Tyylikäs ja siisti hotellialue. Uima-allasalue viihtyisä, vaikka tie menee vierestä. Ehdottamasti voi palata uudelleen.

Famous for its boisterous nightlife, Playa de las Américas attracts youthful revellers, as well as budget family holidaymakers, from all over northern Europe. By day the young slumber on the black-sand beach while families can enjoy one of the many attractions such as the dolphin show at Octopus Aquapark, or Parque las Aguilas (Eagles Park) to see free-flying birds of prey. A boat trip from neighbouring Los Cristianos to La Gomera is recommended.

Lähi rannat olivat lähinnä surffaajien käytössä isojen aaltojen vuoksi. Lähimmät uimakelpoiset rannat sijaitsevat vähän etelämpänä tai pohjoisempana. Hotellin omien altaiden vesi oli aika viileätä, […] mutta allas- ja piha-alue oli erittäin hyvä ja viihtyisä. "Right on sea front"
Very good hotel, ideal for walking along seafront to Los Christianos. Food very good, plenty of choice. Staff very friendly.

"Lovely hotel in good location"
This is a lovely hotel with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. The pool area is laid out very well with plenty of sun beds and a large swimming pool. There was always plenty of entertainment at night and lots of activities if you want to take part in the day. The food was varied but was not of a high quality. The staff were very pleasant […] and very helpful. The only downside was the hard beds,otherwise the rooms were very comfortable. The location was excellent and was only a minutes walk to the beach. "Lovely hotel, staff and location.."
The hotel was close to the airport, it was clean and the staff were helpful. We stayed there on a All Inclusive basis and enjoyed the drinks, cocktails and bar side food throughout the day. We got upgraded and had great spacious rooms with huge balconies! My only issue with this hotel was the food in the main restaurant - it was a little bland and boring. […] All in all a ood stay, i would recommend this hotel to others if they got themselves a good deal. The H10 Casino down the road was amazing but I dont think it had a All Inclusive option. "H 10 Las Palmeras was close to beach"
On arrival our room was not available as the hotel was overbooked so we were given a bungalow instead. We had to wait until mid day the following day to get our room. After the initial set back we settled in for our weeks stay and really enjoyed the holiday. The food in the hotel was excellent with a wide choice of food to suit all tastes. "Las Palmeras H10"
Jak na czterogwiazdkowy hotel standardowe pokoje bardzo male i dosc ubogo urzadzone - wanna laczona z prysznicem, stary telewizor poza tym stare i powolne windy, WiFi dostepne tylko przy recepcji.
"Varierande service"
Hotellet ligger perfekt, god standard om än lite bedagat (som Kanarieöarna i sin helhet?) Det som irriterar är personalens attityd - man känner att man stör personalen i receptionen, verkar alltid vara 20min kö där, affären stänger 5 min före utsatt tid och man blir bryskt utkörd etc. Dock finns vissa undantag - en vänlig servitris i buffe matsalen […] och en trevlig städerska - men tyvärr mera undantag än regel. "Reservation"
Ved ankomsten ville hotellet ikke accepterer hotel.com reservation af værelset. Der var ingn værelse til os og de satte spørgsmål ved 3 senge. Vi fik et værelse med 2 sengepladser og 1 opredning . Opredningen svarede ikke til det der var lovet. Efter jeg havde booket kontaktede jeg jeres kontor for at være sikke på at der var 3 senge og svaret var at […] der var 4 på værelset. Det ville måske være en god ide at stramme op overfor hotellerne, da jeg har nogle venner som lige har være t ude for samme problem i Tyskland. Lisätietoja

"Kaffeautomater"
Det enda som vi var missnöjda med var kaffet på Hotellet. De använder kaffeautomater och det var nästan omöjligt att få en riktig esspresso/cappucino på Hotellet.
