Hotel was dirty. The room was old and carpet spotted. It turns out that the hotel is going thru renovation. Would never stay there again.

First thing, I noticed a big roach right by the window. I requested NON -SMOKING room, but the room I was given reeked of smoke & carpet had burn marks from cigarettes and there was a cigarette put out right at the foot of the bed. & i had my 3 year old with me & we had to sleep in a room that was smoked in regular basis. I went to reception desk & […] requested a room that was not smoked in, he was kind enough to show about 4-5 rooms and each and every one of them smelled cigarettes. Really unclean the management always sat in the lobby smoking and chatting. The blankets had holes in it and everything was so dirty. It was one of the dirtiest hotels I have lived in...and I have travelled to several different countries!

Not impressed at all. The place was absolutely filthy. The floors of the lobby, carpet of the rooms, the walls and baseboards of the halls---animal hair on sheets---they don't change sheets between patrons???

If you are looking for an overnight stay to rest before jumping back on the road then this is the place. If you are looking for a nice place to stay for a few days then you might want to rethink your location. I had to clean my kitchen area myself before anyone showed up. I must say that Kim who was on duty when we arrived was very friendly and did […] her best to accomodate us. She was the ONE glowing spot during our 24 hour stay. The gentleman who covered the evening shift didnt ask no questions when I returned the broom and dust pan so I made the comment about the kitchen not being cleaned and he didnt even respond. judging from the smell it was not. There were signs all over the room telling us not to smoke but the stench of stale smoke even managed to permeate our clothes. We brought in air freshener but that didn't help either. The lobby looks nice but the rooms need some TLC. They are a bit run down. Having a full fridge was nice though.

The price you pay for this hotel is a joke. No daily room cleaning, go to front desk for clean towels and coffe packs. There was a snow and ice storm and I almost fell stepping of the curb directly outside the hotel entrance. The hotel is old and run down and in need of repairs. The room was very cute with the small kitchen and tables. The bed was comfortable, but it made me a little uncomfortable to see a few hairs and stains on the bedding. I figured the stains were from the washing/drying machines though. Location was great for my needs, close to the movie theatre, the airport, a shoppers, And a sweet water (favorite resteraunt)! […] Again, the staff made it! One word "PERFECT"

Overall, I was not discomforted with the hotel. Unfortunately... the sixth floor is a "smoking" floor. That doesn't WORK! The smell came through the elevator shaft right down to the third floor. I also DEPEND on the internet for my work. The hotel's internet connection was abominable at best. I haven't seen a 1200 BAUD modem in years, but it would […] have been an improvement over the speed for this entire week I was there. The manager tried to explain it away, blaming the HEAT! I've worked with computers for 30 years and the heat (outside) has never affected the computers. Even their "tech support" could not ascertain the problem. Hotel was nothing like the picture and don't believe the star-rating. Bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and overall hotel were in terrible condition. Alarm didn't work, wake up call didn't work, getting clean towels was impossible, andI spent as much time out of the hotel as possible. Don't look for a bargain--this hotel is not worth it.

Beware of fraud. Do not stay at this hotel!

My friend went to get us a room where the man working the front desk gave us some large amount for a room and he then claimed to not have the room but thanks to Hotels.com we were able to purchase the same room he claimed to not have and for less money. So to me the front desk service was bad and he was surfing the net while we were waiting for service […] once again. Upon entering the room it was about average looking but good to have a kitchen setup, the toliet seat wasn't clean as someone had apparently peed all over it before we ever check in. The room smelled. The front desk clerk was not friendly. The name of the hotel is Extended Stay America... I would not recommend anyone staying here for an extended period of time.

For a no frills hotel, it completely meet our needs and expectations. Pots, pans, and dishes, enough for the three of us. Just about everything we needed during our stay was provided - Dish washing detergent would have been nice, but the hotel is close to the Giant grocery store. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I am sorry, this hotel just was not clean. There was the same mud on the hallway floors for days. They need to buy a vacuum. The room was semi clean, but not ready for a new guest as far as I am concerned. In between cleaning for the same guest...okay...but not a new arrival. Other peoples dirt is not acceptable.
