We liked the hotel very much. It was in a quieter part of Toledo but very accessible to the square, many shops and restaurants, and the trail along the river.

Great hotel, very roomy feeling due to the light colored halls and rooms. It is an old building but is modern inside, but keeping the old style that makes this a very pleasant blend with the rest of the old Toledo. The location is also very nice, towards the south of Toledo's historic center, but easy access to any place. There is even a small supermarket […] a few meters up the adjacent street. The room was very comfortable and roomy, and even though the room had a window to the hotel's main entrance, it was quiet at night. The bathroom was very clean and neat. Staff could be nicer, but they were nice enough for my needs. Of all my Spain trip, this was my favorite hotel. Definitely recommended. Lisätietoja

Un hotel pequeño pero totalmente acogedor, combina lo moderno con con total respeto a la arquitectura de Toledo, me gustó mucho la limipeza de hotel todo nítido, nuevo, ropa de cama excelente, muy amable el personal, buen bufet de desayuno, regresaré a el, un 10 para el hotel

Está muy bien emplazado pero algo descuidado. Mobiliario de la habitación muy justito y poco cómodo... mesa que cojea y molesta si quieres escribir, una sola silla, armario pequeño, etc. La atención es buena. Demasiados ruidos por las obras,,,

Velholdt og charmerende hotel i ældre bygning centralt i Toledo. Yderst venlig betjening i reception og restauration.

Situado en el casco histórico de Toledo, tiene todos los lugares de interés a poca distancia. Siendo el lugar ideal para realizar visitas a la ciudad, partiendo desde el mismo. A 30 metros el Museo de El Greco, a 100 la Sinagoga del Tránsito, a 150 Stº. Tomé, a 200 Stª Mª La Blanca. Lo más distante el Puente de Alcántara y El Alcázar que están a un […] km. aproximadamente. サントトメ教会まで3分の場所、部屋からは川の対岸が眺められました。カテドラルまで10分、街中はどこへ行くにも徒歩で不自由しません。 古い建物二棟を利用したクラシックな作りで、家庭的で落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルです。

Er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Kjempehyggelig personell og koselig hotell. Ble litt skuffet over at vi ikke fikk et av de avbildede rommene, som er sååå stilige, men... Sengene kunne kanskje vært noe mykere. Frokosten kunne hatt et par alternativer til, f.eks kokt egg og mer forskjellig ost? Men, frokost i andre land er jo ofte enklere enn vi er vant […] til! Gode rundstykker, bacon og egg gjorde susen det :) Hotellet lå flott til, gangavstand til gamle Toledo. Litt ensformige butikker, solgte mest sverd, kniver og keramikk, klær og andre ting måtte vi reise med taxi for å shoppe. Men da fikk vi jammen shoppet også!!! Resepsjonen på hotellet var veldig behjelpelige med taxi, åpningstider i butikker/handlesenter etc. Drar gjerne tilbake, men da på sommerhalvåret når Toledo blomstrer. Lisätietoja
"Pintor el Greco. Opción no recomendable"
Mi experiencia fue negativa. Viajé un fin de semana a Toledo con mi mujer. Sólo indicaré como positivo su ubicación y su desayuno. Por lo demás, el hotel no corresponde a sus 4 estrellas. No es mejor que la mayoría de los hostales de 2 estrellas. Es caro, las habitaciones estaban sucias y no tenián una buena ventilación. Bueno, es que no tenian ventanas! […] Cierto es que el hotel está en cuesta y nos dieron una primera planta, con lo que unos minúsculos ventanucos, no se podían abrir. Solicitamos una habitación de fumadores y nos la dieron de no fumadores... En fin, que podía haber protestado, pero mi idea de un par de días de descanso no pasa por ahí. Por la mitad del precio que desembolsé, probablemente tampoco volvería. En fin, que Toledo es maravilloso, pero os recomiendo hoteles de la periferia, más modernos, confortables y económicos, y seguramente más limpios. Muchas gracias. Lisätietoja

Cet hotel est très bien placé, et très agréable. Sa décoration et architecture intérieure sont originales et soignées. Le confort d'un très bon niveau, avec le charme en plus. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible (et parle un bon anglais!). Wifi dans la chambre (il suffit de demander à la réception), parking souterrain dont une partie est réservée […] à l'hotel, petit déjeuner de qualité. Vraiment, une très bonne adresse. Lisätietoja

Prima hotel, nette kamers, vriendelijke bediening.
Bon rapport qualité/prix, hotel ayant gardé un cadre super de l'époque, personnel satisfaisant, chambre confortable. Petit déj satisfaisant.

The hotel is well located, but the instalations lack maintance and the reception personel are not willing to listen to complaints. We stayed for two days and after the first night we complained that the AC dident work in a room with out windows except to a small light shaft, they promished to fix it or change the room. We came back late and since they […] didn't say anything we trusted that the problem had been fixed. Needless to say nothing had been done!! Next morning we complained again, they sayed that the maintenance personel had checked and that it worked fine, no other explanation nor apology. It's a very expensive hotel with bad service, I hope that the rest of the Sercotel chain is better but I would not trust it. Lisätietoja

Lítið og virkilega notalegt hótel sem kom skemmtilega á óvart og bauð upp á alla þá þjónustu sem ferðamaður fer fram á að nettengingu meðtaldri. Staðsetningin frábær.
