In short - we had a great time during our stay at Hilton Arc De Triomphe Paris. The customer service at the hotel was impeccable and so were the rooms. I knew that the price for our room did not include breakfast, but was a bit disappointed to hear how expensive it would have been if we had opted to go for the breakfast anyway. We loved our stay here. Walking distance to everything. We were on our honeymoon and when we arrived to our room there was champagne waiting for us.

The staff at this hotel are charming, very helpful, and sincerely interested in helping to make your stay comfortable. Great concierge service, checking and checkout seamless. Would highly recommend .

For a 5 star hotel ? No turn down, had a cup of tea at 3.30pm no one collected dirty cups. Some building work going on above our room started drilling at 8am still not stopped when I checked out at 12. When I checked out no one asked me if everything was ok with my stay which is poor customer service. Breakfast was good.

A 5 Star Hotel on paper but not in terms of service. Needs refurbishment. Staff friendly but indifferent. Over priced drionks and food in hotrel and well OVER PRICED MINI BAR - 7.5 Euros for small bottel of still water!

came for the paris marathon. walked to the start. courcelles was the closest metro. restaurant was expensive but service good. overall i would recommend if you get it cheap enough.

loved it. we were only there one night, but we arrived on the red eye and showed up at the hotel at around 11:00 expecting to (at best) drop our bags and come back later for the room.to our great joy, they checked us in immediately and we were able to go clean up and take a quick nap.this made ALL the difference for us between having an exhausted weekend […] and fun one. The rooms were well maintained though the cleaner didn't make up the soft bed on a daily basis. Overall the service was good and we were fortunate to be upgraded and had full use of the Executive Club lounge which was excellent and the staff both helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and quite sound-proof. The hotel has a restaurant serving breakfas/lunch/dinner, but breakfast is only buffet, so it gets expensive. You're better off grabing an orange juice/coffee/muffin at the nearby Starbuck. I was displeased with my stay this time around. The only reason I booked was because I had a better stay once before and I was traveling with my American family who could not have stayed in a smaller, quaint, european hotel. This is a spacious hotel, but it neglects details. We had a junior suite with a pull out bed and once the bed was pulled out there […] was a funny smell in the room the entire time. The furniture just seemed old and unkept. The previous trip I stayed in a suite as well, but because it was on the executive floor, the room was nicer. This shows inconsistency in management and was not worth the price. However, the breakfast staff went out of there way to go to the supermarket to buy my family our morning fruits such as bananas that were not available, so I was very pleased. The hotel was fine and in a decent location but was not as good as the web site pictures suggested. Also irritating to be charged E25 per person to use the SPA which is just a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. It never tells you on Hotels.com that the spa is not included - that is the second time in 2 trips that has happened! Also booked a superior room […] but reckoned we got the basic. Great hotel, good rooms, fantastic service. Only criticism would be on check our day our door chapped 3 or 4 times by cleaners well before check out time even after explaining how long we would be getting ready

The name is misleading. It is not as close to the Arc de Triomphe as we thought. Nonetheless, pleasant stay - pleasant hotel!

Lovely decoration in the entrance lobby, bar and well maintained. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The room was for a five star hotel quite basic. Also we were informed that to use the gym and sauna there is an additional cost of £24 which I thought was unreasonable and we were not informed prior to our stay. On the whole a nice hotel.

The hotel is located approx. 15-20 min of easy walk from Champs Ellyses in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. I had a standard king bed room facing the courtyard (garden with Christmas decorations, still up). The room was good size, (for Paris) well maintained and very clean. I would not rate the hotel in the luxury category but is a good 4+ star hotel (for the standard room). The downstairs restaurant is great however I found it a little overpriced. If you want a drink or dinner (until midnight) there is adjacent to the hotel the Birdie which I found to have good food/drinks and half prices. Keep in mind that online booking price on the hotel site (without middle men) was twice the booking price of Expedia . If you are looking to be in a quiet area, have a good quality of sleep and still be within walking distance to the Champs Ellyses; this is the place. Walking distance to centre of Paris, less than 10mins to Arc d'Triumphe made this a great location for a sightseeing weekend. Snow gave the hotel a Christmas feel which added to the romance. Excessive prices meant we did not make use of hotel bar or restaurants but staff very polite and efficient. Room was spotless but no wifi.

The location of this hotel is second to none - on the doorstep of Champs Elysees. We have always stayed at this hotel in our visits to Paris due to the excellent service and location. very good hotel at the right location. The staff was very helpful and spoke very good English. Breakfast was not included but at 35 Euro per person was very exorbitant. Nice hotel but really expensive internet, even at the lobby (8.95 euros/hour). I guess it'd be attractive for clients to offer free internet at least at the lobby. Also, the bar is quite expensive: 26 euros for a sandwich+fries... Loved the hotel, the restaurant pumpkin soup ... Excellent. Fitness room was great also. My only issue is this hotel does not have wifi. They do have wifi in the lobby for a huge fee.

However the hotel staff where less than forthcoming with information on holding room deposits and when a problem occured did nothing to resolve it. Got 2 room and one smelled like cigarette smoke and they swap me out with no hassle. got charged for 2 mini bar items that I didn't use and again they remove with no fuss. Very clean and staff friendly. Def worth a stay.

I stayed here with friends to celebrate my birthday in Paris this past weekend. At first glance, the hotel seemed nice - smart art deco interior, dark but clean rooms and good location. The first problem came however when i opened the curtains to my room and found myself in the middle of a construction site - with builders who were working on scaffolding […] or a roof who could see straight into my room from only 3m away. I called the front desk to complain naturally and was told that the hotel was fully booked and that there was no alternative room, but reassured there would be no noise or builders working the following day (Saturday). This turned out to be untrue and i suspect a deliberate lie told to pacify us. Construction work commenced at 7am the next morning. When we spoke to the front desk about this again, we were not offered an apology at all, but dealt with quite impolitely and defensively. We were a group of three well travelled and smart young women. This is not the kind of service I would expect of any four star hotel. Not only am I appalled that no prior warning was given to us about the construction works when booking or checking in, which the staff would have fully been aware of, I would not expect to be lied to or be dealt with in such a condescending, unapologetic and unhelpful manner. I will be complaining to the Hilton Group about the quality of the front desk staff at this hotel and would never return. Lisätietoja

A charming Art Deco period hotel with good amenities. Staff were really helpful and highly efficient. Location was good for access to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées and if of reasonable fitness the Louvre. Would stay again if visiting Paris.

For half a day, we had no water. Then another day from 10pm - 7am no water. Unacceptable for a hotel. No wifi in rooms as well.

Overall, the hotel was pleasant enough and the staff spoke great English. It was business oriented and a great hotel for professionals. If you are expecting a younger crowd, you will definitely be disappointed. I would recommend the hotel even though we did have a day when the staff did not re-stock our mini fridge so that was a disappointment.

Everyone there was so helpful. Joodi at the front desk was so nice and really made us feel welcome. He was very sweet to our children also. He gave them colored pencils and papers to draw a pic of Paris that they hang in the hotel. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and definitely 5 star for Europe.

My adult daughter and I stayed at this hotel for six nights and found it to be in a great location...a fairly quiet street but within minutes walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the Arc de Triomphe . It was clean, up to date and the staff were superb. The hotel dining room and the bar served excellent food with a staff willing to please.

Beautiful and well furnished, but just try to sleep past 7 AM! I'd swear I could hear every door in the place slam shut as people left their rooms to check out. Very noisy!!!

5 blocks from the Arch, close to the Metro and wonderful staff.. 5 star experience. We felt very well taken care of during our stay.
