Hotellissa Sheraton Hanoi Hotel on ulkotenniskenttä, kuntokeskus ja ulkouima-allas. Langaton Internet-yhteys on ilmainen yleisillä alueilla. Tämän 4,5-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja limusiinipalvelu. Hotelli, jossa on 2 ravintolaa ja myös kahvila ja baari / aulabaari. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: matkajärjestelyt/lippupalvelu, hääpalvelut ja tilaisuuksien tarjoilut. Tämän Art Deco -hotellin lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat lastenallas, yökerho ja kylpyläpalvelut. Vieraiden käytössä on huonehintaan sisältyvä alueellinen bussikuljetus (maksimietäisyys 7 km). Vierashuoneissa on järvi, kaupunki tai allas. Sheraton Hanoi Hoteln 299 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on minibaari ja tallelokerot. Televisioissa on parhaat satelliittikanavat ja ilmaiset elokuvakanavat. Huoneissa on työpöydät ja suoravalintapuhelimet sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Vieraat voivat käyttää lisämaksusta huoneessa langatonta ja nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Vuoteissa on Select Comfort-patjat ja nimetyt vuoteet. Kaikissa vierashuoneissa on kahvin-/teenkeitin ja pullovesi (sisältyy hintaan).Kylpyhuoneissa on erillinen kylpyamme ja suihku, jossa on käsisuihku, vaaka, kylpytakit ja meikkaus-/parranajopeilit. Lähellä oleva kirkko herätti aamuisin 5:00 ja kadulta kuului muutkin äänet huoneeseen. Huonekalut jne. kuluneita, suihkun hana heilui, mutta siistiä ja ystävällistä hlökuntaa. Englanninkielen taitoiset pväsaikaan töissä, retket ja kuljetukset, kartat onnistui. Hintansa arvoinen. Worth for the money. Clean and nice place. Not everyone from the staff spoke english even a bit. Church nearby woke us up every morning 5 am and you hear all the other voices from the street too. Trips and transport was like we wanted them to be. Kind and helpful staff. Some lights were broken in our room and shower wasn't newest one, but worked and did not bother us. Would recommend.

A small and quiet hotel in the center of Hanoi. A good location if you are interested in sights such as Hoan Kiem lake and the old quarter. Good service, working internet and well kept rooms. Only minus is the breakfast which is quite poor.

Being a business hotel, Shearton needs to provide in room internet service. All +4 star Hotels these days have this facilities. This is a fabulous hotel by any measure, admitedly we stayed @ club level which undoubtedly enhanced our experience, however, I would specifically reccommend the club level as worth quite a lot more than standard, as the unlimited drinks & delicious canapes are a memorable experience when enjoyed watching sunset over the city. The hotel was not as I would have hoped Sheraton would be. The location is about 20 mins out of the main old quarter town and the prices are not too low either. When we were there the Australian, Korean and Kuwait soccer teams were staying there as well. So it was good. Otherwise the service was good and the breakfast was good as well. "Two important things"
What I greatly appreciated in the hotel were 2 things: 1) the energy saving device using the key card to turn on/off electricity; and 2) reuse of plastic cups in the health club. It would have been better if disposable cups were not used at all, but I appreciated the reducing of waste. I stayed at the Sheraton for a week on business. It is a superb hotel. The staff is well trained, helpful and courteous. The facilities are excellent --marble in lobby and bathrooms. Commodious room. タイ湖のほとりにある高級ホテルです。落ち着いた雰囲気の非常にきれいなホテルです。部屋も清潔で高級感があります。周辺は街の喧騒からは離れているので静かで騒音は全くありませんでした。ただ、最初に泊まった部屋がエレベーターの隣だったので、わずかにエレベーターの音が気になったので、コンシュルジュに部屋の変更を頼んだら快く応じてくれました。隣にインターコンチネンタルホテルがあり、シェラトンが高層階のホテルに対して低層階の別の雰囲気を持ったホテルのようでした。

The Sheraton, Hanoi is very old hotel so, I feel antique mood. But I thought that it should be changed a bit modern and convenient facilities.

3泊4日の休暇でした。スタッフは皆親切。朝食ビュッフェも豪華で美味しい。特に朝食のフォーが最高でした。 町の中心から離れているため、1日3回の無料シャトルバスを利用しました。知られていないのか誰も利用していませんでした。シャトルの運転手さんは英語は話しませんが、行きたい場所を言うと通り道であれば途中で下してくれて親切でした。 お部屋は静かで快適でしたが、やや古く カーペットの染みが気になりましたが、全般的にお薦めの良いホテルです。

Their service was excellent. The food at morning buffet restaurant taste is not very good while they have relatively many sort of food. It was tightly packed business trip, so I didn't have chance to visit local shops around hotel. They looked fun and lots of stuffs interesting.

C est bien le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons fait durant tout notre séjour au Vietnam. Il est propre, assez élégant, confortable. La cuisine proposée est vraiment bonne et les boutiques du hall très intéressantes. A noter que le petit déjeuner n est pas extraordinaire.
