If you are looking for a quiet stay, this is not the place. We could hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms. Thank goodness we could turn the heater fan on. Room service was good. Food was good. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have the bed in another room. Nice sitting area.

Warmest hotel pool we've ever experienced. 91 degrees... perfect!! Great place to stay with kiddos. We'll definitely be back.

First time staying at a Homewood suites. This will be my new hotel of choice when traveling with the family! The stay, staff, and room were awesome! Only complaint was the lack of snow plowing in the parking lot.

It's nice and quiet. The bed is comfortable. The free breakfast was nice and convenient. Housekeeping hours are unreliable. We'd come back after a day's sight seeing at around 4:30 and find that they hadn't done the house keeping. The kitchen was missing some utensils. Overall, fairly pleasant although not superb.

We really loved our stay at the Homewood Suites. This was actually our second stay because we enjoyed it so much the fist time, we chose to stay again. It was wonderful. The children loved the pool, the room itself was comfortable and we all enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning. We only stayed for one night, but the staff was very welcoming, the atmosphere was friendly, and our room was clean & comfortable. The little kitchen will be great for longer trips. We will be traveling next month for a four day stay and we will definatley book with them again! My family (2 adults and 3 children) recently stayed at the Homewood Suites, Anchorage location. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of variety and plenty off food. Room was clean and well appointed. The hotel pool was wonderful... nice and warm... but not too warm. Only problem we encountered in our two […] night stay was that the hotel hot tub was down for repairs. Bummer! It would have been nice to enjoy a warm soak on a cool autumn day. Loved everything about this hotel! The rooms, the service, the front desk were all fantastic. Would recommend that you have a car to stay here and Ancorage is very easy to drive around.

Great service. Wonderful breakfast. Beautiful rooms with a great hot tub to relax in. Hotel is easy to find and within just a few miles of some great restaurants.

The bedroom being separate from the living area was amazing! The little kitchen has everything one would need. We ordered pizza for dinner and had plates right there for the kids to use instead of paper towels or napkins! The bathroom was so clean, probably the cleanest bathroom I have ever had in a hotel.

Great location and hotel!! They offer free breakfast and dinner during the weekdays. It was clean and beds were comfy!!

first time and for surely not the last time. very good place to stay. desk help was ready and waiting for us. room very spaciuos and clean. breakfast made me full and was stocked with lots of food. it will be the first hotel we will look for next time we are in town.

Stayed overnight with my four kids. The room was clean and comfortable. My children enjoyed the pool. We all enjoyed breakfast the next morning which consisted of a good variety of cereal, yogurt, bagels, waffles, eggs, potatoes & bacon. When we first arrived to our room I was very satisfied. Then we went to the pool and it was very difficult for there to be ample amount of towels. it was quite crowded and never enough towels. Strike one. Then at 6am the fire alarm had been set off by someone in the kitchen so we evacuated as quickly as we could out the nearest exit. Then after awhile […] we came back into the hotel thru the front door and were told "oh sorry, someone left a pan in the oven too long in the kitchen." How is it that we were not met outside and told that it was ok to come back in? Strike 2. A few hours ago we went to the pool again and again there were not any towels. We were told that they went thru 70 towels the night before like that was supposed to be a good excuse for not having any towels in the am. Strike 3. Later that morning I called the front desk to request towels so that I could take a shower seeing as how we had to take our room towels to use at the pool. Thirty minutes later after I had already showered and used a dirty pool towel to dry off did they show up with clean towels. Strike 4. If it is so hard to keep up on towels then maybe the pool should be removed. Friday evening I stayed next door at the Hilton Garden Inn and i was VERY impressed and would definitely recommend it. There is a certain standard associated with the Hilton name and it was not even close to reaching it at Homewood Suites in Anchorage. Lisätietoja

We were there on very cold days, either zero degrees or below. We were on the first floor and the cold air rolled in around the windows making the floors cool and the top of the room much warmer. We miss the ordering of a movie, when we wanted to stay in and watch what is still in the theaters. Otherwise all else was fine. Hope they bring that back to the hotel services.

Nice and clean hotel. The stuffed animals in the lobby reminded me that I was in Alaska. I found this a bit tacky, but most hotels in Alaska have these. The room was advertised as up to 5 people. I have 3 boys and a wife. Well, the room had a king bed, and queen sleeper. Even though I requested 1 additional single bed, it was not ready. The worker […] who brought the extra bed was polite, but confused as too how to fit the bed in the room. We had to move around furniture, block the kitchenette, and obstruct the exit to get the extra bed in place. Breakfast was very good and the cheesy/bacon hash browns were fantastic. This hotel is convient to mid town locations and restaurants, extremely friendly staff, check in and out is seamless, breakfast changed on different days. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

This hotel has all the amenities you want, including amazing customer service. The front desk was extremely helpful with everything. The only downfall was that the hotel is away from the shopping and attractions of downtown; however, they offer quick shuttles to almost everywhere in town, from downtown, to the airport, and even Walmart. All the staff was very friendly and quick to bring you something if you needed it (towels, blankets, ETC.).  Room was very nice but it needed a very good cleaning (long black hair in kitchenette/bathroom and ceiling fan was really dirty).  Breakfast was good and always different every morning. Waffle maker was awesome. :) But unless you like waiting […] for a table either get there early or take it back to your room. Very clean, Up to date decoration, outstanding linens, super friendly staff. Our stay was equal to a hotel at twice the price. Free shuttle service downtown and airport allowed us to visit without needing a car. Five minutes to anywhere in town. Pick this one!!

Stayed for hotel extras and pool. The room was clean and neat. Food was awesome and quite the layout. Grandkids would have like the pool alittle warmer tho. The staff was polite and courteous around the clock. Shuttle vans were clean and on time. Went out of their way on a phone mishap. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, amenities were adequate. The room heater was too hot, and then it was too cold when it was off. It was 0 degrees outside though. Nice continental breakfast with waffles, sausage, and omelets and everything else. Would stay here again.
