We stayed one night here. it was convenient for us bc there were restaurants right in the area. There was a odd odor coming from the front desk. But staff was.friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel in general could use an update but overall it was a pleasant stay

They gave me a smoking room that stunk with cigarette smoke when I requested non-smoking. The window was broken and would not shut. Drain in tub was slow and filled while taking shower. The kitchen and desk area had ants. Beds had hair in it. we were told no house keeping only when you check out. Had to shorten my stay because it was unbearable.

ive been here several times i return whenever i can staff is efficient & make my saty always a genuine good time thanks

The parking is minimal. The garage is baracaded off and people had to illegally park. That was the only major draw back, otherwise the staff was fantastic and the rooms were nice.

Had broken shower no parking stains on box spring

Wonderful staff could not be more helpful. Unfortunately we had the opportunity to find out just how helpful they could be. Parking is a significant distance away from the hotel if you are not one of the first cars there.....arriving late night or in the rain is a real problem (5-10 min healthy walk......very difficult if you have any physical issues). […] When we were there it was VERY noisy...so much so I had to call about it at 12:30AM. Had to get shampoo from the front desk. Multitude of other issues, but they seemed to be unique to us. I travel a lot and stay in less expensive hotels frequently....this was a double thumbs down. Don't look for frills, but the staff were very pleasant and the accommodations quite comfortable. Mapquest could do a better job of directing me from central Norristown, but all things considered, I would welcome a repeat performance.

I had read so many bad reviews, but decided to take a chance anyway and my stay was terrific. The room was big, the kitchen was super convenient and the desk staff were more than nice and accommodating. I'd definitely return and request room 214 again!!

If you keep in mind that this is an Extended Stay hotel, this place works. Full size fridge, burners, micro, dishes and utensils were a big plus. Not much within walking distance for meals other than Starbucks - no restaurant or coffee in lobby. For travel to a family funeral, this worked out fine and I would stay here again.

This was our section stay at one of the hotels in this chain. The only problem we have had in either one was that since my wife and I always read in bed, it is nice to have two pillows each. At the Extended Stay outside of Chicago we were able to get extra pillows from the desk, but not in Plymouth Landing. Otherwise, no real complaints. The hotel was outdated but had everything I needed - Internet was extra and I am used to at least having an alarm clock with a radio. The location of the hotel is the best part. It is right around the corner from the turnpike or 276. Shopping center located right across the street (mall). I feel that I paid more for the hotel than what I was given […] - I can get a comfort suite hotel a half hour away with updated tv, lights, furniture, alarm clock with radio for about $20 less. Love the facility and location. My only thing is that the Front Desk staff might want to be a little more clear when providing arriving instructions. Secondly upon checking in I was given a room that's wheelchair accessible...Not sure why that was done because I was there for a Fitness Competition... I always like this hotel - I stay there every time I visit Philly. It's location is one of the few (outside center city) that allows you to walk to coffee, dinner, wine tasting, a great grocery store...location can't be beat. And clean, comfy rooms plus very attentive and helpful staff...I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It was honestly very bad... chain to avoid in the future. Will stick to Hampton or Hyatt next time around.

This was an okay hotel. Our room didn't have the correct bed size that I paid for. I had paid for a queen and had a full size. I didn't realize this though until it was late and the desk was closed. The kitchenette had a few issues though. The coffee pot was dirty and needed to be washed before I could use it. Some of the silverware was also dirty and […] had to be washed before we could use it. Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean; I wish the inside of the toilet had been cleaner.

Very poor housekeeping ,in the room there were stuff that belonged to the previous gust!!! Dirty rooms with bad odor.Too expansive for the conditions.

There was an old moldy coffee filter in the coffe pot when I went to make coffee. The shower drain was clogged. The Hotel was very noisy and it seemed like there was not a quiet hour.

As other reviewers have mentioned this place just shuts down in the evening (no towels, etc). In fact, it's near impossible to find a front desk attendant or even to get one on the phone! To make matters worse I was charged for 5 nights of another traveler's stay on MY credit card. It took three days and several people for them to finally resolve. When I tried to check in at 11:05 PM there was no one at the front desk. It took over five minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. The lobby was totally empty. (Kind of spooky) The lobby and interior halways looked shabby. There was no hair drier in the room and for 25 minutes the bell staff couldn't find a spare. I stayed here 10 days for business. I thought it's close to the office and shopping,gym, etc - why not try it? Whoa. Business Travelers Beware! The evening staff does not have change for coin laundry, cannot provide additional towels and cannot even provide toilet paper! Multiple front desk employees explained that management locks it up at night so […] the employees don't steal it! The card keys to rooms are constantly being flushed "out of the system" so you need to go to the front desk to reactivate the card - it's incredibly annoying. requested a non-smoking room, apparently the cleaning lady smokes, it stunk and there were ashes in the toilet... i was given two other rooms to look @ but the AC did not work. There was no manager on duty and the front desk was less than accommodating. Terrible experience.

If you don't need room service (we never do)this is a perfect place to stay.Each room has its own kitchenette so you can cook for yourself or reheat that stuff in the doggie bag. The mattress (queen) was on the hard side but it didn't keep us awake. All of the staff we came into contact with were very friendly.

I guess you really do get what you pay for and hotels are no exception to that. There's plenty of parking, even a below the hotel parking garage which was useful during my stay since it rained the two days I was there, however the lighting could have been improved. And there was a weird musty smell which was also noticeable in the room I stayed in. Quick observation of my room: - uncomfortable bed - stained furniture - sidetable covered in dust After the first night, I experienced/developed a scratchy throat which led to a minor cough which I attribute to the air condition of the room. Maybe I should have left the window open to air out the room first or turned on the ac, but that probably wouldn't matter after discovering the sidetable had dust/grime on it, looked like it was there for about a 2 weeks or so. Arrived - desk service was very friendly. First room had a broken AC, but front desk moved us immediately to a second room. Interior was extremely plain/boring. Room smelled like fried chicken. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. IT WAS MY 1ST AND LAST TIME STAYING THERE. THE PIC LOOKS OKAY ON THE WEBSITE. ONCE YOU ENTER THE LOBBY, AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!! The staff at this location is above wonderful. They informed me of great places to eat, where to find a pharmacy, were prompt to service requeest and were just generally happy helpful people. They made my stay.
