We loved this hotel. It was set on the river and was so peaceful and relaxing. Room was great with extra little touches at night, always the bed turned down, music on and a bedtime story. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The atmosphere right at the river bank is fantastic.

This Hotel was recommended to me and lived up to the task. A beautiful, romantic riverside setting and a staff that are always cheerful and helpful made for a great stay. They also organized several tours that were professional and relaxed so well worth considering. A short hop on their shuttle to downtown Hoi-An meant that you had the ability for some […] quality R&R at night yet were withing striking distance of Hoi An, MySon and the Marble Mountains. This resort had lovely grounds, attentive staff, good food, and just a pleasing overall ambience. We had a room (initially on the third floor) closest to the river however all we pretty much saw from our balcony were tops of palm trees. Rooms are old and need of repair. Stayed here for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were taken to our room which had small geckos on the walls and a cockroach on the shower floor. We called reception and asked to be changed rooms but we were told they would send someone to fix the problem. A lady came and we had to move the desk and everything on it so she […] can find the lizard. Then the shower drain had a sewerage smell, and after calling reception again someone came to get rid of the smell which didn't disapear. Hours later we were changed rooms to one on the upper floor. This room was better however we wasted 3 or 4 hours. They could have given us this room from the start. The food at the restaurant was of good quality and well presented however you can get the same level of service and quality downtown for one third of the price. There is a private beach which is 1 km away and you need to take the shuttle bus which is inconvenient. Taxi takes about 10/15 min to city centre. Staff however was friendly specially the guys working at the restaurant. The garden was magnificent and well taken cared of. Because of the floods the swimming pool was closed for 4 days. My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights for a relaxing part of our trip. I wish we had of stayed longer. It was so relaxing, the staff very friendly & accomodating. I requested a riverview villa & got exactly that. The room was very clean & tidy, everything one needed was in the room. I even had my favourite leather boots cleaned free of charge. Our […] view of the river was so peaceful. What really stood out was not having to use insect repelient. No mosquito's or anything to bite you, how good is that. The grounds are beautifully maintained & look a real picture. Beautiful swimming pool. They had a band playing most nights, they were fantastic, any song you requested they could play & did it so well. Hubby & I will definitly return to Hoi An Riverside Resort to holiday & relax again. This is a small and very nice hotel, 3 km from Hoi An city center and 1 km from the beach, just by the river. Perfect spot! And free bustransportation (A/C) several times a day and night. This is an oasis in a desert of not so great hotels in vietnam. Many luxury hotels are lacking either good sheets or good service, or cleanliness in Vietnam...but this resort has it all...good sheets and towels...great service ...a clean pool. The only draw back is the food is a little dull.
