Nice location, staff cordial, rooms adequate, biggest complaint is the skimpy towels.

The property is old. It was clean and convenient. I did have to wake up the clerk because breakfast wasn't out at 6:35. It was supposed to start at 6:00. (Cereal, orange juice, coffee and a box of donuts) It was cheap and decent for the price.

The management parks there cars under the awning, and it makes it hard for quests to check in. The breakfast was horrible, Dried out doughnuts and old ceral, THIS IS NOT A CONTIENTAL BREAKFAST! The alarm clock in our room was shorting out and started going crazy at 4AM. There also was no hot water to take a shower, unless you let it run for 30 mins. "travel lodge rawlins wy. Ok for the price"
The east ended rooms up stairs got crappy internet. The west room downstairs got good wifi. You get a different size and quality of TV's in every room . Their is spider nest in the halls I have a photo of a huge spider that built a big web upstairs in the corner by the exit sign. Their is always a little trash left in the room from the visiter before. […] I am going up their to work and will continue to stay because the price is right. "Travel Lodge,Rawlins. Dirty and big spiders"
The trash out side is always full. The hall looks like it gets vacumed once a month. There was a big spider web with a big crab looking spider in the corner infront of the stairs. I took Pictures. The price is right and its not the worst spot to stay in Rawlins
"If there's no other option"
I'm not a light sleeper and I was woken up by the sound of running water from neighboring rooms. It's almost like the walls act as soundboards for the pipes they house. As for the breakfast... it was more like what you would feed to birds: dry bread and a sad plastic container of plain dry doughnuts. I chose not to wash it down with the jug of whole […] milk sitting out on the counter. I also didn't drink the water. A traveling mate of mine tasted it and proclaimed, "hard water." "It was just ok."
I came in and was over come with wet dog smell, you ring a bell to get service, the wifi in the room didn't work even after calling for help. This hotel was just ok.

Bathroom was clean. Needed to be vacuumed better. Mattresses were old with no evidence of bedbugs. Sheets were thin and stained. Coffee in the room. Breakfast was only cereal, juice, toast, and store bought donuts.. Coffee and some tea available. Nothing fancy but cheap.

This hotel needs some major attention to just making sure things are clean! The "breakfast" was a loaf of white bread and a plastic box of donuts....
"Good facility for the price, but..."
It was convenient to I-80, and the price was right, the breakfast was not all that impressive, bur the worst thing was that at 7:03 AM, I got a knock on my door by this old foreign guy that either owned the place or cleaned the rooms verifying that I would be checking out that morning. "Stay Away from Travelodge in Rawlins, WY"
I thought Hotels.com visited every hotel they offer. I doubt that anyone has been to the Travelodge in Rawlins, Wy or Hotels.com would not even be listing this hotel. It's dirty, dingy and the managers only come out of their private area behind the office when you ring the bell, then they do the minimum they must and scurry back to the private area. "The boonies"
There is nothing in this town to do. Even the hotel attendent was so bored of it all, that he dint care to be welcoming or ready to talk. It seems that their strategy to attract business is cheap rates and thats it.

The outside of the Hotel needs work, the hallway inside was cold. It was an ok Hotel, if you want to pay a little less.

Wouldn't have been so bad except there was soo much trash everywhere outside. Couldn't take the dogs out to do there business anywhere because of all the broken bottles and trash.
breackfast was a few opened donut packages. coffee was horrible. room had holes in the carpey and stains all over bboth the carpet and ceiling. Towels and sheets were threadbare. send the people you hate here.
This hotel is old and has had no updating in the rooms. The free breakfast was 2 kinds of cereal and a few doughnuts that didn't even look very good.

"It was Rawlins"
The hotel was easy to find and the dogs liked it. Breakfast was a little dissapointing. I've stayed at one other Travel Lodge and that one gave a better selection for breakfast. For passing through, it wasn't too bad.
"One Star"
This is an older motel on the older side of Rawlings. Therefore most of the food stores and restaurants have to be driven to. There are a few “mini marts” and fuel stations close however. As I said, this is an older motel. Not much has been done on the outside except for a little paint now and then. The inside is a little better. As for our room, it […] was clean, and the beds were very comfy.The fridge and microwave came in handy, and the T.V. was alot bigger than expceted. Don’t look at the repairs that were done to the walls and the paint. All looks as it was done by a six year old. All said and done, you get what you pay for. They advertise free breakfast, but I would hardly call coffee, cold cereal and a few donuts breakfast. There wasn't even any milk when I went down at 7am and a breakfast attendant nor a guest services representative was present. This is not a great place to stop late at night if you're hungry as there are no open restaurants near the hotel. However, […] I will say that the beds were very comfortable. We were directed to this hotel because Hotels.com said that it came with high reviews. This hotel and the grounds around it are in need of attention. It is apparent that only what is absolutely necessary is done on a daily basis. We truly expected more from the Travelodge name. We accepted the rate sight unseen because of the name. I really question […] the true cleanliness of the facility. The milk pitchers had old milk built up around the spout. On the surface, things appeared ok, I question everything else. For the price that we paid, I expected to be comfortable, but to have to check things to make sure it was clean, is not alright with me. I will never trust booking with Travelodge ahead of time.
