While the location of the hotel is a bit obscure, it's clean and the service was very friendly and ultimately it was good value for money. The family apartment was spacious, but located on the floor above an entrance hall with a heavy metal door, which kept closing with a load banging noise until late in the evening and again from early morning.

The hotel was ok, but didn´t look as the pictures. But the location is good. 8 minitues walk to the beach, and 5 minutes busride to the city Alicante. 15 minutes busride to San Juan where the beach is better and with a really nice area. Good cleaning at the hotel, a little walk to the pool. Ok rooms with balcony. We didn´t have breakfast but did order […] some sandwishes two mornings, but it´s nothing to recomend! Didn´t taste good! The most disappointed hotel over the 15 days that we spent around Spain. The hotel is part of a old bulky ugly building of apartments. The first room given to us was aged and dirty facing a big wall on the back of the hotel. Toilet having a disgusting smell and moisture all over the place. 20 minutes after the check in we were doing the check out. Staff […] very friendly and whiling to address our concerns managed to find a slight better room for us to stay the night. A train line runs 50 mts from the hotel making sleeping almost impossible. The Hotel and morning breakfast worked out well. Hotel cleaned daily with overall good service although not too accommodating with customer service as my parents were in another room and cracked open one of the windows due to the temperature in the room upon arrival and had a problem with mosquitos. Their experience may have been a little less comforting […] for them compared to US hotels with room temperature a bit warmer in Spain and a key required to remain in order for the AC to cool though careful with the maid she may remove the key. Close to a nice beach 8 minute walk by sidewalk and bus ride away to one of the best cities I have ever visited! Hot spots Mercado Central, Paseo de Toros block away from the Mercado, beach, spent some time near the casino, but little different than Vegas a fee and passport to enter, and the street markets in the evenings with a summer concert! if you like to listen to the ocean and stay in one spot this is the place for you. beach is limited to a 75 foot stretch of sand and about a 1/2 mile stretch of rocky breakwater. The hotel is literally glued to a hillside and walking to "town" required a climb to the bluff above. This is great little gem of a low cost, high value hotel experience for the discerning in the know regular plane hopper. My greatest compliments go to Rene whom was the most helpful concierge that I have met in Spain. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. Very customer friendly service, nice beach within walking distance, not far from the airport, It has seventies style as someone mentioned, but we liked it. The most important thing to anyone who would not agree I would like to remind that it is a 3 star hotel not 5 and it does not charge 5 star hotel rates.

We were booked in for 1 night originally, but ended up staying for 2, due to loving the city and wanting to spend more time there. The hotel was good, the room was adequate, not fantastic, but OK. The bathroom, looked old, the shower head looked like it would not be good, but I was quite surprised when using the shower that it was very powerful. The […] water temp of the shower was also good, hot and stayed hot. Our room overlooked the tennis courts and ocean, which was lovely. We had a small balcony, which you were able to use and sit on (2 chairs and table) We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant, the first night. It was very busy, due to a Judo tournament, but the food was nice, but was probably a bit over priced. Our waiter comped us 2 apertifs as the restaurant was so busy, so the service was a little slower. We played tennis on the courts there. There was a small surcharge, but it was worthwhile to hit some balls. Courts (cement) slightly uneven but playable. A little outdated the hotel. Great location with excellent tennis courts to play on if they were up to standard. The same for the hotel :( sad to say!

We came to stay at the Albahia for an overnight stop to visit the castle and Postiguet Beach in Alicante. I would reccommend taking taxi transfers as they are very reasonable, 6 - 7euros, as the walk from the tram stop is a little too far with luggage and small children in tow. We found the staff to be most helpful, the room clean and welcoming with […] good air conditioning. We loved the pool and the beach is just a little walk away. Good sea views from the balcony though. A really good experience. We actually arrived really early and they allowed us to check in before the time. The rooms were really nice, clean etc. Quite convenient to reach both marina and san juan beach!!! Using the tram you pay ~ 1.2 Eur to both locations.

Lo recomiendo, y si vuelvo por Alicante repetire. Ideal para descansar, practicar deporte, visitar la ciudad, sin problema de aparcamiento y con un buen desayuno, con vistas al mar. Buena terraza, cama confortable, personal encantador. Dos detalles, me levante tarde, corrí hacia el desayuno porque era la hora del cierre, cuando llegue, el camarero no […] solo no me puso mala cara, sino se preocupo de que no me faltara de nada, pedí el ultimo día quedarme un par de horas mas, de la hora de salida, porque quería hacer deporte, sin problemas por parte del recepcionista. las fotos de la pagina web no pertenecen al hotel al 100%, la playa que sale en las fotos es la de la albufera y esta bastante lejos del hotel. el baño de la habitación que me toco no estaba reformado.

Mal situado, habitación pekeña y la playa más cercana apenas tienes arena donde tumbarte. El hotel esta en medio de ningun sitio y el acceso al hotel es de lo más incomodo. Lo siento, pero no recomendaria este hotel a ningun conocido.

Het hotel was vuil, we hebben allen een allergie opgelopen het beddegoed en/of handdoeken. ongedierte in de kamer.vreselijke liggen net een sloppenwijk.receptie was wel mooi. De kamers lagen op -3 met uitzicht op garageboxen.Laat je niet misleiden door de foto's op het internet.

Since the personal at the hotel didn't speak English very well, there were a lot of misunderstandings. We had half board, but they tried to charge us twice for the meals. A lot of discussion before that was sorted out. The food was not good and we chose to eat elsewhere even thou we had already paid. I would not recommend this hotel. The surroundings are terrible. The Hotel is a small part of a big ugly private apartment building. The service at the hotel is rude, and the breakfast not worth it.

Svaret kom ofte på spansk. Det var noen på hotellet som snakket greit engelsk, andre svært dårlig. Beliggenheten til hotellet er svært dårlig. Man kan gå til byen på 20 min dersom man er topptrent. Ellers kan man ta Tram'en (trikk) til byen som koster 1,25 euro. Renholdet var bra, og renholdsdamene var hyggelige og flinke. Noen av de snakket til og […] med engelsk. Noe negativt med renholdet var at det stinket såpe på hele hotellet til enhver tid. Betjeningen uansett, var imøtekommende og hilste på deg. Restauranten er ikke å anbefale. Dyrt, og maten er ikke av det bedre slaget. Bra retter på menyen, men maten vi bestilte var ihjelstekt og smakløs. Hotellet ligger i en gammel og slitt leilighetsblokk, og hvis en bor i tredje etasje, blir man ofte forstyrret og gjerne vekket av barn som leker høylytt i etasjen over. Mycket prisvärt. En bit in till stan , men det gick snabbt med billig taxi. Perfekt om man spelar tennis, flera banor -billigt.

Venlige og servicemindede personaler på hotellet. God morgenmadsbuffet i restauranten. Dårligt at hotellets pool allerede er lukket midt i oktober. Ligger lidt for sig selv. Området og hotellet er meget dødt i oktober. Kun en lille, men fin strand. nogle min gang fra hotellet.

O hotel é simples, mas limpo e confortável, perto da praia e de estação de trem e ônibus. Ideal para quem quer descansar e passear em Alicante. O preço é satisfatório, mas poderiam melhorar colocando frigobar nos quartos.

God service i resepsjonen, godt renhold. Greit rom, ok størrelse. Hotellet ligger litt avsides i forhold til byen i et boligområde, men du kommer raskt inn til byen ved hjelp av en ny TRAM som hadde avgang 4 ganger i timen. Det var en 7 minutters tur til sentrum. Det var en veldig god restaurant like ved siden av hotellets tennisbaner.

HOTEL TRANQUILO, PARA FAMILIAS, EL SERVIO DE COMEDOR Y COMIDA ESTUPENDA. LOS CAMAREROS MUY AMABLES Y ATENTOS. SOLO FALLABA LA MAQUINA DE CAFÉ, PERO LO PEDIAS Y LO TRAIAN DE LA BARRA. TODO BIEN.

Parkering foregår på en meget trang parkeringsplass noen meter unna hotellet, litt skuffende. Personale snakket lite engelsk. Meget lytt mellom rommene, men grei størrelse og rengjøring. Kort vei til et par ok små strender, for adkomst til Alicante senter kan tram (trikk) anbefales. Få restauranter i nærheten.

Hotellets beliggenhed var lidt kedelig. Hotellet ligger i et kæmpestort højhus, hvoraf hotellet kun har en lille del af bygningen. Personalet meget venligt og hjælpsom. Maden ikke noget særligt. Der er desværre ikke så mange steder i nærheden hvor man kan spise. Man kan sagtens gå til Alicante, en tur på ca. 1/2 time.

Vi syns hotellet var en skuffelse ut i fra hvordan bildene forklarte hotellet. Rommene var forsovit det samme som på bilde, men med forskjellig stander. Det kunne absolutt vært bedre, syns sengene kunne vært bedre konfort i. Beligenheten til hoteller er midt i en boligblokk, man får ikke den samme hotell følelsen som man burde ha fått. Stranden ved […] hotellet er mer stenrøys enn strand, det er pen utsikt, men kunne vært finere sand og bedre strand mulighet. Negativiteten til hoteller for oss var stor, vi var ikke stort fornøyd. Syns at om man skal ligge på hotell burde man føle at man ligger på hotell også, ikke på et rom i en boligblokk hvor man blir vekt om morningen av borring og diverse.. Hjælpsom og venlig betjening på hotellet, der ligger lidt uden for Alicante bymidte, men med gode taxa- og busforbindelser - også til San Juan stranden, der er en af de bedste i Spanien. Samlet set god valuta for pengene.

Resepsjonsfolkene var alltid behjelpelige med spørsmål, hjelpe til med å ordne med utflukter, og det å fortelle litt om hvordan vi kom oss litt rundt. Restauranten var ganske tom da vi spiste der, dermed også mindre utvalg enn gjerne andre restauranter. Og det var litt dårlig engelsk. Men om man er sliten en dag, ikke så kresen, og ikke ønsker å dra […] inn til sentrum, så får man seg et greit måltid her.Madrassen her var kjempe hard, noen liker det, og noen ikke. Ellers var det et helt greit hotell, mulig for tennis, ikke langt i fra byen, og mulighet for strender både i område der og femten min. inn til Alicante. Lisätietoja
