Great place to stay for families, housekeepers are out and about early, and free breakfast ends promptly at nine, I would stay here again though plenty of room all 4 kids had their own bed, the bathroom is small tho, but for price and location can't complain too much

I thought it was a great value for the most part. I like the spaciousness of our room (1 king bed, bunk beds, queen sleeper.) However, the breakfast was super busy during peak hours and they needed more room for sitting. Overall, it was a good stay at this hotel. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel.

The lobby of the hotel and outside of the hotel is very beautiful and elegant! The inside of the room on the other hand is not, it looks like the inside of a Motel 6 with the same comfort level. My spouse and I were tossing and turning on the springy matresses.

Great experience. We are very satisfied with the hotel and the staffs professionalism. They even extended our check out time because one of our family members had a surgery at the nearby hospital and it took longer to get released from the hospital so we called and they were happy to let us check out a little later because of it. My family and i had a blast only small things is that I wish you had a constant shuttle that ran until 1am from the hotel to disneyland park and hopefully in the future you can have a better veriety in the continental breakfast but besides that we enjoyed our stay very much:) Thank you

We enjoyed the hotel, but it was nearly impossible to find parking each night. We had to park in red zones most of the time. It was frustrating after returning from a long day at Disneyland.

This hotel/inn was adequate for all our needs. It was a short walk to the Anaheim Convention center, so convenient if you are there for a convention. The place is clean, rooms are comfortable. Free breakfast was a plus - not fancy but satisfying. I would stay again for the next conference. Value for the price. In short, the hotel, location, condition, night comfort, cleanliness, etc were all good. The desk staff were also good. The big problem was with the cleaning personnel. In the AM (0700), all of the cleaning ladies parked their cleaning carts right in front of our door and decided to have a loud, Spanish speaking, conversation for well over a 1/2 hour, […] waking us up. I had to get up out of bed, and yell at them. 10 minutes later, it started up again, right outside our door. There were at least 6 of them. Upon complaining to the front desk about the issue at checkout, they apologized and said they would talk to their supervisor. We were up late, and checkout was much later, but thanks to the cleaning staff, I got less than 4 hours of sleep. Lisätietoja

The only thing that I could complain about is by the end of our five day stay the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Not horrible though, and most nights we were so exhausted from playing all day it didn't matter. The free breakfast was very convenient and best of all it was free! Like some of the other reviews say not very many tables, but if you get there […] early, no later than 7:30, most of the tables are open. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!!!!!!! Great place to stay with family if coming to any resort park. We loved it. Got a suite room, 2 queens in room and sofa sleeper in living. Very clean. Great continental breakfast

Our family of six stayed here during our trip to Disneyland. The staff was nice and super helpful. The rooms were clean and cleaned everyday. What I really liked was it was close to Disneyland but also not right next to it so we didn't have to deal with the huge crowds like some of the closer hotels. Front desk staff were amazing and friendly but the service from the breakfast staff was disappointing. ( the selection of breakfast items never changes and they run out early and don't refill the items that go empty in a timely manner). The room was clean enough, with the exception of some hair that was occaisonally missed in the bathroom. The space […] was much smaller than I expected with most of the room going to the kid space in the back and the king bed being cramped into the tighter front room. Beds were comfortable and everyone had their own which was nice for our family of 5. We found the bathroom small and the towels very small size and run out quickly, 4 beds but only 2 towels?? Really? For the price I would have went with adjoining rooms at a cheaper hotel next time for sure. It's a 20 minute walk to the park, doable but not with kids under 6 for sure. You walk ALL day long at Disney, it was nice that the transit stopped directly in front of the cortona if you want to pay the 10 bucks(per family)we enjoyed our trip overall, the best part of this hotel was the friendly front desk (except the one girl who forgot to call our cab making us miss a show) I would try a closer hotel next trip. Good location near Disneyland. Also good breakfast. Has cable, microwave and fridge. Was not given a suite.

Hotel was ok but they really need to get new beds!!! The beds were hard and old....we did not get a good nights sleep because the beds were so UNcomfotable & the pull out bed was a joke....it sunk in the middle!!! Do not waste your money @ this hotel, it's worth paying a little more else where like the Double Tree which is a block down!!!

Hotel is great,Service is great.We purchased local bus tickets and took that to Disney everday,very handy.The only thing i would change is the pool and hot tub staying open later so one could relax after all the walking!

The only negative could use more lights in bathroom .. Clean rooms, excellent service... This is the second we have stayed here and will definetly book again.

We arrived late at night, and the hotel had a problem with overbooking. However, they had set us up at the portifin, a hotel down the street. It was very comfortable. They went out of their way to make things up to us, and it was appreciated. Hotel staff was very friendly.

If you need quiet to sleep, this is not the place for you. You can here everything from walking to talking. If you're fine with that, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent too.

We were only at this hotel for one night, but we will definitely stay again. The room was very nice, fridge and microwave included, very clean, friendly staff, plenty of parking (one parking pass included with stay). Location was perfect. Our only complaint was the beds were a bit stiff and caused us to toss and turn. Overall, great stay!

Hotel had a great location to Anaheim Convention Center and to Disneyland. The City of Anaheim has shuttles running every 20 minutes for a minimal fee (less than parking fee). Room was clean and comfortable with small refrigerator and micro wave. Beds were comfy, the kids enjoyed the bunk beds, but the sofa sleeper was not great, which is probably true […] for most sofa sleepers. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is close to Disneyland. We were very satisfied and will stay there again when we go back to Disneyland. A great hotel for the price!

Even though the sign says 'Disney tickets here' they didn't have them there!!! No movies to order in your room, slowest Internet ever, no Disney shuttle, very thin walls and bath towels the size of a Hand towel. Below average breakfast for sure.

We were suprised this was a motel with outside entrances instead of an inside enterence, no pictures online showed that. They did not have enough parking and we nearly got a ticket from the police after a manager told us to park in a red area. Other than that it was relatively quiet and an ok place to stay.

Good place to stay, only one little issue I found the bed a little firmer then normal still slept ok as I was tired after so much walking.

The hotel was great! I would stay again. We got two rooms for our stay. One king and one with two queens. Both rooms were very clean, and rooms are very good size. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The only downfall to this hotel is the cleaning staff starts right away, and they can be rather loud with the cleaning carts. when i read waffles i assume them to be batter and a waffle iron. these were pop in the toaster. but they were eaten by my family and tables full of children as well as adults. EVERY employee i encountered was cheerful and helpful.

This hotel had a good price and on the ART route for Disney. I was pleased with the stay and the only complaint I would have is the bed and noise. The bed was as hard as a rock. We were on the second floor of three and could hear people running on the walkway above us throughout the night.

The hotel was clean and convenient to the convention center and Disneyland. It also included a decent breakfast with both hot and cold foods.

Reasonable priced, clean, their definition of a family suite is two rooms with a pass through connecting door. Very small rod, no lounging common space you would expect with a suite.

Got a good deal on this through Hotels.com. If I had paid regular price (about $40 more), I would have not been happy about it.

The stay at the Cortona was very good. It was close to the toy story parking lot. The breakfast has been upgraded. You can now make breakfast sandwiches with egg and sausage. Lots of other items too. Why pay for a high price hotel you will be at the Disney parks most of the time. Very friendly here too.

Same block as Anaheim convention center made for great location at great price. Very convenient for trade shows. Hotel was clean, but not much luxury. Although, I wasnt expecting too much. Would recommend to business purposes and decent family accommodations. Staff was very nice, but breakfast could be a bit better.

The bed was a bit squeeky but the room overall was a pretty decent size. However the breakfast they included was pretty good. They had an assortment of bread, sausage patties and egg patties, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, donuts, oranges, and apples. They also had milk and cereal, and coffee. Wasn't all that great....could have been cleaner. Breakfast hour was too short. Was over at 9:30. Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors showering, flushing toilet and talking. Bed wasn't very comfortable. I would not recommend this place.
