We spent two nights at the B/W Plus in Moncton in early December 2011.The hotel was very clean and super quiet with many ringette hockey and basketball teams also staying there.The hotel was located next to a very large mall with easy access to different venues.Will stay there again.

The staff were really nice to my kids. They took the time to talk to them and make their night a fun one. I was really impressed by the clerk at the front desk. Thank you and this hotel will now be my first choice if I ever get back to Moncton.

The room was very warm and took way to long to cool off to comfortable. The room also had a cigarette smell when you entered it. Otherwise very nice and staff was very helpful.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very accomodating with our room (as I was walking with a cane) and put us on the first floor. This was necessary as the elevator was not working. The Best Western staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless and smelled very clean. But we had problems with the television. It kept losing signal from the provider. When we contacted the front desk, they said it might be bad weather coming in (which there was). When we checked out, I mentioned the TV problem and asked if there had […] been any other complaints. There were none. They gave me a discount on my bill without my asking and spoke to a maintenance person to have the problem looked into. Overall our experience was a positive one. Easy to get to off the highway. We were given smoking rooms and were unable to get a non-smoking room when we checked in. The general area was poorly lit and roadworks made it dfficult when trying to get to the recommended restaurant. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
