this hotel does not have the standard that it's supposed to have, but it's still stay-able for it's location is good ( right on the pedestrian walk where the shopping is gathered at).

Good, convenient locations but not after 10pm, needs to have better security and I don't mean from the hotel but the city. The area around the restaurant/breakfast room needs maintenance and some house keeping.

Very good rooms, but I couldnt access the internet from the room, so I couldnt work, It has a very good location, weak breakfast, and no internet at room. Carefull with elevators, they can close suddenly.

The staff in this hotel is very friendly and helpfull. The service is pleasant. Questions and requests are acted upon promptly. The location is excellent and right in the city on Florida Street. The city is easy accessable by foot or a very short taxi ride. All the major sites e.g. congresso, casa rosada, plaza mayo, cafe tortoni, porto madero, ave. […] 9ve julio, corrientes, florida, and santa fe are all in easy reach, so are plenty of good restaurants, shops, and internet cafees. I thought that only 50 meters into the Florida pedestrian only street was going to be okay, but at night this area really gets ugly and i was returning to the hotel at night. it wasn't a very good experience as the people who frequent this area at night are just hanging out and smoking and drinking and begging. make sure if you stay here you dont walk […] around Florida alone at night. The Florida street is very busy, it is an advantage and disadvantage of the hotel - noises at night etc. on the other hand - it was a great location. central for everything. the staff is super nice, the room was large, spacious and clean

O hotel tem uma localização ótima. Limpeza e arrumação dos quartos impecáveis. Sentí falta de uma sala de ginástica.

Muito bom hotel. Sua localização é excelente, o quarto é amplo, limpo, com cama e travisseiros confortáveis. O banheiro também é muito bom. Café da manhã bem servido e gostoso. A minha única crítica negativa á a falta de um verdadeiro restaurante (com almoço, lanches e jantar) que eles mencionam no anúncio do hotel.

O hotel é muito bem localizado se você quer fazer compras na Florida, ele fica exatamente em uma galeria situada na Calle Florida, em frente a um Mc Donald's (ótimo para quem está com crianças e tem que se virar com lanches, como foi o meu caso) e bem próximo ao shopping Galerias Pacífico. Escolhi este hotel por estar perto do transfer do Maunel Tienda Leon, porem com depois resolvi ir de taxi para o aeroporto. Nao utilizei esta funcionalidade. Quanto ao hotel, tem a recepcao no primeiro andar, o quarto é de bom tamanho, espacoso, porem o banheiro precisa de uma reforma. No check out pedi para chamar um radio taxi, eles disseram que […] nao atenderam, isto depois de ter acabado de chamar um taxi para outro hospede. Hotel com excelente localização, bom seviço, limpeza dos quartos muito boa, porem o acesso não é muito bom, visto que o carro não para na porta e como cheguei a noite não havia ninguem do hotel aguardando embaixo para nos orientar. Ficaria novamente e indico esse hotel

Pelo fato do hotel localizar-se no calçadão da florida,quando se regressa ao hotel à noite tem que se andar meia quadra ,pois os taxis nos deixa,na esquina da praça S.Martim,ou na rua Paraguai,e fui assaltada as 3 horas da tarde,imagine se andar mulheres sozinhasà noite,porem gostei bastante do hotel,este foi o unico senão.

Hotel limpo, moderno, confortável e bem localizado. Café da manha bem servido e internet rápida, funcionarios educados e prontos a servir.

excelente ubicacion y super bien atendidos

A experiência como viajante para Buenos Aires foi boa. As fotos do site não reproduzem a realidade. Os quartos são antigos, o hotel como um todo é bem antigo, o banheiro ainda é de cortina de plástico e o café da manhã é razoável, sem nenhuma opção além do necessário. Eu não recomendaria.

Bueno espero que logren instalar otro ascensor en el espacio que tienen vacío, así lograran dar mejor servicio hacia las habitaciones, la escalera mecánica debiera funcionar automáticamente.

The only bad thing is the elevators, only two, with a carrying limit of 4 people. Sometimes it takes a while for the elevator to come. But this is not really serious. Its very nice to have internet included, not a common feature in BA. Otherwise it is good. Breakfast could be better though, but it is not bad compared to other hotels in BA or the US. […] No muesli nor oats, for example. But staff is short and sometimes the tables take long to get cleaned. I found it weird and totally uncessary to receive a call at 9 am about the need to leave the room at 12 AM. Expected some noise but windows are efficient and in my room in 8th floor i experienced no noise from Calle Florida whatsoever. Lisätietoja

Est a el Hotel en una etapa de refacción, la cual no incomodó para nada,nos sentimos seguros y muy cómodos .Gracias

Reception staff was not helpful or professional in that they told us they "were too busy with their new system at the moment" to help us. Breakfast was not tasty so we ate elsewhere... The location in the walking district was great, depsite all the vendors trying to get you to come into their stores.
