Very friendly staff, good location on the beach with security 24/7, rooms all freshly painted, tour desk and lots of activities, would stay again for sure.

We liked it. The staff works hard and made us feel welcome. Shavon the lifeguard, the bartenders, and the security personnel were especially good to us. The food had a different theme every day which we appreciated. The only bad thing we can say is we had asked for a king bed and they only had doubles available and the beds were too hard.

We did not have water to shower most of the time. It was a hit and miss for the hot water. the cold water worked most of the time but the hot water didn't even come out of the taps! The bed was not very good, old, soft, gave us a sore back. Our room faced the road, we heard the horns all night long till morning. We stayed at Grand Pineapple for ATI. The room needed some updating but was adequate since we spent little time there. The food and drinks were great and the buffet varied. Security was great and we had a nice uncrowded portion of the beautiful 7 mile beach. This hotel was great for ATI because it is within walking distance of most of the events. This was my 2nd time visiting Jamaica, and I love Grand Pineapple. Very old, low quality furniture in the room. Old paint touched up too many times. Low water pressure at the bathroom faucet and you can’t tell the color of the grout between the floor tails. Personalen gjorde hela vistelsen. De var verkligen måna om att alla ska ha det bra och de är förbjudna att ta dricks, så de har ingen extra tillsyn på någon som har mer dricks att spendera än en annan. Maten var av god kvalitet om man föredrar brittiskt, men tyvärr dåligt med jamaicansk mat på hotellet. Går man över gatan till Smokey Joes (inte mer […] än en grill gjord av ett gammalt oljefat) så har man något av det bästa man kan hitta i smakväg, riktigt fantastisk jerked chicken till en billig peng. Slarvigt och fult upplagt, men det är lite charmigt, smaken är fantastisk och den killen rekommenderas även av de som bor och jobbar lokalt för hans goda kyckling. Stranden är väl underhållen och vakterna håller säljarna på avstånd. Rummen har mycket sköna sängar och daglig room service. Tycker du att något saknas så gör personalen vad de kan för att ordna det. Wifi kostar dock extra, men fungerar bra. Observera att Rum vid Stranden inte innebär strandutsikt per definition, det innebär bara att rummet är på strandens sida av vägen utanför. Lisätietoja

this private beach is clean and safe and confortable.you can see very beautiful sunset from this beach. free food and drinks are ok. the horrible point is they have no free wi-fi.the price is us$14 about per 1 day.its quite expensive.......! also the presser of shower in bathroom was horrible.they should improve it as soon as possible.

Hotel hat div. Bungalows mit je 4 Einheiten auf der Gartenseite und auf der Strandseite. Beides ist durch eine Hauptstrasse getrennt. Wenn man überqueren möchte, wird aber der Verkehr angehalten vom Hotelpersonal. Gartenseite ist sehr ruhig, ohne Musik- oder Autolärm, dafür aber laute Schreie von Pfauen und Hundegebell. Auf der Gartenseite befindet […] sich auch der kleine Pool, aber keine Möglichkeit, Getränke zu bekommen. Beachseite hat Rezeption und das Restaurant mit Bar. Liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden.
