We liked the location and cost, that the pool has two slides, but were surprised and frustrated that the slide costs $3. per person per day. The room was clean, but the beds were uncomfortable for all of three of us. The sliding bathroom door was heavy and hard to move. There was a resturant, but having to pay those prices for breakfast when elsewhere […] is free for a decent meal was the icing on top that made us decide we'd not go back there even though we'll be in Billings many times over the next months. I liked the motel. It was nice and clean, just a note the pool is not very warm, but if you are a kid and love the water slide, it isn't a problem. Otherwise very nice stay, very clean and great helpful desk!!

I have to say out of all the hotels I have ever stayed in, this has to have been my worse experiance yet. While the rooms were clean the noise at night was ridiculous, there were people shouting doors banging, in the room next door people were bouncing on the beds that hard that my bed shook, it sounded like people were climbing through the window. […] Had we not just got off the plane and been tired and had our 2 little boys with us we would have checked out that very night. The next morning i was leaving the room and I smiled and said hi to one one of the cleaners and she just scowled and walked off, when I checked out the lady at the desk never asked how my stay was, I think customer service is very important, after all you are paying money to stay at that hotel out of all the others in Billings so in my eyes customers should be treat well. I work in customer service and never would I not be polite and make sure the customer is happy. We did use the airport shuttle while we were there and the 2 different people who picked us up and dropped us off were excellant. I would never again stay at this hotel, I was very disapointed. A great location. Hotel is older and in need of some upgrades but is clean and comfortable. The TV was new but the reception was very poor.

Check in was great, and service was really good. Rooms are nice for the price. One issue on check in, one of the two rooms had a very strong pet/dog urine smell. The layout of the hotel makes it a little difficult to get to some of the rooms, and there is no elevator to the second floor.

The water slides were perfect for the kids and locations close to the mall, great restaurants, Walmart and the zoo. There was old food in our fridge which caused the room to smell, and bed wasn't very comfortable but overall great place to stay

This hotel gets a bad rap but is actually pretty good. The staff are very helpful and accomidating, the location is great, the rooms are fairly clean. The only issue I have is they actually charge to use the waterslide. I'd gladly pay $5 per night more to make sure my kids don't have to bring money with them to the pool. On the bright side, the pool […] is not always manned, so you can get away with it most times. But to me it seems kind of silly. It should simply be included in your rate. Lisätietoja

Our stay here was terrible. The hotel room does not appear to have ever been deep cleaned as there was dirt in the vents and in the cracks of the floor. We found bottle caps on the floor just under the bed as well as other garbage. We had to move rooms because the room we were put in, the deadbolt mechanism was broke off. Good overall, but rather silly to have to pay extra for the water slides when they are part of the pool. Also, the lady checking in ahead of us had reserved a pet room ahead of time, then was being charged extra because there were no pet rooms available. To have told her one fee and charged another was very rude and unacceptable. The boy at the front […] desk needed a haircut!!! He also needed some help!!! He appeared to be the only one there, he had two people waiting for him at the desk, and the phone rang several times while we waited. He did do his best but was getting very impatient with the people on the phone. My room was on the second floor. The location was a little noisy...and the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. The same hair and dirt was on the floor the whole 3 days I stayed there. I would have liked a soak in the bathtub but the tub looked and felt like it had not been cleaned with any cleaning liquids. I rubbed the tub with a washcloth […] and water and you could see the visible difference just with the simple wipe down. When I awoke in the morning I had bite marks on me that were not present before I went to bed. I don't think I will stay here in the future. Lisätietoja

The only downfall is that it doesn't offer a continental breakfast. This would have made the stay better!

While the room was nice and the location is quite good, I felt that hotel was overpriced. Maybe I just like a few extras... Nice place to stay, but I have to be back in Billings in a few weeks and I have booked another hotel for two nights for almost the same money as one night at the convention center...

Bed felt like it was broken and the TV didn't work. I didn't say anything to the front desk because I didn't spend much time in the room. It was handy to have the refrigerator and the wireless internet was fast. I was greeted with a smile and I'm sure had I mentioned something they would have accomodated for the TV and the bed. We stayed here because there were several conferences in town and not much to choose from. The room was really sad-the bathroom wasn't in good condition at all. The beds squeaked every time anyone moved and to top it all off there was no hot water to shower with the next morning. The front desk sent maintenance up-like I don't know how to turn on the […] water. His reply was wait ten minutes. Twenty minutes later we left without a shower or a good nights sleep. Won't go back. Excellent staff. Great shuttle service from airport. Room really nice, beds comfortable. Only complaint is heater very noisy and temp range too great- gets freezing then noisy heater kicks on then gets roasting. Repeat all night long....

We were very pleased with out stay. The lobby and rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, but the roll-a-way bed was not. I hope they consider upgrading the roll-a-away beds soon! We are a family that always request a roll-a-way. It doesn't seem fair that the child on the roll-a-way gets not much more than a 2 inch pile of […] springs. The kids had fun at the pool. I would prefer the pool wristbands be included with a stay at the hotel. All other hotels we have stayed at with a pool and/or water park have always included at least 2 wristbands. Motel very clean - rooms very comfortable - staff goes out of its way to assist - restaurant nice with good food. The only neg. the wifi was VERY poor. Connections bad with repeat drop of signal and charging for use of the waterslide after paying for room was a bit much!

This hotel is a exellent base for your trip. close to malls and the freeway. You can shop or head downtown, or to a event at the Metra or college. They have a nice pool for familys, and a exellent staff including Brittnay, and Victoria who were very accomadating on Thanksgiving.

We were very pleased with our stay, very clean room and friendly staff.

Excellent, knowledgable, friendly staff. Super pool and hot tub. Tasty food in the dining room, prompt room service with all the extras. Nice lobby, well decorated with an inviting fireplace. Well be back soon!

I always try and stay here when im in the great city of Billings. Its comfortable, great location, restaurant, water slide, beautiful courtyard, great rooms, etc! For this price for this kind of establishment....its a steal! :)

Great location. Fun water slide. Be sure and go in the courtyard to see the waterfall and ducks, we almost missed it .

Does not tell you that there is a charge for waterslides. service great but noisey halls after 10:00 pm did not gget a full nights sleep. Price good for Billings

i was very dissatisfied with the way we were treated upon check in..we had to pay an additional 200.00 deposite.the hotel personnel never told us before hand.when i called them directly.. they were very rude.when we checked in...we felt like me and my family were discriminated against...i do not wish for me and my family will not be guest there in the near […] fututre..... Worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Very impolite staff, uncomfortable beds and there is am extra fee for using the water slide per person. The failed to tell us, even though we checked in with a child...then asked us to pay after going down the slide for 15 min. Oh yeah, they couldn't charge it to my room, so they asked us to go get $3 per […] person from our room, which was not close by at all. Dissappointed Lisätietoja

The "fitness room" was a gutted out hotel room with machines probably 20 years old! 4 machines & the bike didn't work. If you were too far back on the treadmill the whole thing shaked & very dangerous. In a traffic area which was NOT ideal at all.

Our stay was great. The hotel is beautiful. The hotel staff were all plesant and helpful. It should be mintioned that you have to buy a pass to be on the slide at the pool.

Our biggest complaint would be how we did not have to use our key card to get into the hotel or swimming area, which the locals obviously know because it did seem like their hang out. The pool was packed, which was a disapointment to our kids who really wanted to swim and go on waterslides. There was a pool birthday party one day and no limit of people […] or alcoholic beverages in pool area. The courtyard area was nice until we realized it was a smoking/drinking hangout for the locals, pool patrons, and hotel staff. Since this is located outside the pool, everytime you open the door you have to smell cigarette smoke. I would recommend to the hotel that if they choose to open pool parties to the local community to limit # of bday party swimmers and no alcohol in pool area as well as a 2 hour limit so hotel guests can enjoy the pool and waterslides. It's too dangerous for all of those kids and to have that many adults on the slides as well. I would also recommend to activate security so locals can not have as easy access to hotel/pool. It did not feel safe. They did a little updating, I would not consider this a remodel. Our wing smelled like Asian food the whole time. The hotel staff were friendly. Lisätietoja

The pool area needs to be cleaned up; the slide gives full view of a roof area which was strewn with towels and trash.

It was a burden to the hotel clerk to check us in. Even though the place wasn't filled the room they gave us was at the back of the hotel--very far away and confusing to find. Weird set-up of rooms with inconvenient stair and elevator access. The room was shoddy, the bathroom drain didn't work and the bathroom was old and not well kept. The A/C blew […] on you & we froze since we couldn't direct the flow. The blackout curtains were torn and the light came through at 6a--enough to read by so that it woke us. The room had a fridge only--no freezer and it wasn't even cold. There was a charge for every amenity--exercise room, water slide, etc. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was for free. Lisätietoja
