The hotel staff was wonderful, helpful, and very pleasant. Great location. I do think the room could have been a little cleaner, floors mopped in bathroom. You could see coffee spilled on the floor next to the trash can and we don't drink coffee. The only real disgusting moment was when we were leaving and found an old wadded up black piece of gum down […] in the sheets/comforter, but we had already been there two days when we discovered that. Average one night stay on a summer weekday. Everything was about what I expected for a La Quinta. Beware of check in discrepancies from actual hotel website to 3rd party website. "Convenient and Clean"
We stayed at the La Quinta New Braunfels after a day at Schlitterbahn. Very convenient location with plenty of restaurants/stores nearby. Would stay again.

The staff was very courteous and the room was great. Also good location with restaurants close by.

Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a large variety for breakfast and it was extremely crowded in the morning. The young lady who was keeping up with the large demand did an amazing job. I would definately stay here again with my family.

"Hotel in New Braunfels Texas"
The room had a musky odor to it. The refrig was froze up and I called front desk and was offered another room. I went and got the key and found that room also had the same musky odor and that frig was also froze up. I decided to stay with the room I had because it was close to the end of the hall and the other was right next to elevator which I knew […] would have lots of traffic. "Close to Schlitterbahn"
The hotel was nice and close to Schlitterbahn. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always hot and readily available.
"Great Location to say and float the river"
Great hotel to stay at for floating the river with a group of friends. Less than 3 miles from Rockin' R and Gruene Hall. Continental Breakfast was legit too - waffle maker, muffins, kolaches, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc... there is also a Chili's, Taco Bueno, etc in the parking lot which is convenient for not drinking and driving. Only complaint was […] that the bathrooms only had soap and a shampoo/conditioner mix, so be sure to bring your own lotion etc... I guess you really shouldn't expect a bunch of freebies at this level of hotel anyways... just a heads up. Would definitely stay here again for next river trip! Lisätietoja

"Internet Problems...."
The second night of our stay, the internet would not work--we tried several laptops and when I called the front desk I was told that "oh, someone from the 3rd floor called and said the same thing, but it is working in the lobby. The hotel is full, so maybe that's why..." I thought they might try to figure out what was wrong, but they never did anything […] about it! The hotel was easy to get to, right off the highway. Room was clean and comfortable. The lady that did the cleaning was excellent, giving me extra coffee and bottled water. Definately would use this hotel again next time I'm in the area.

Very good experience. Clean room with a nice table for using my laptop and doing work. Adequate fitness facilty and business center. Staff were friendly and helpful.
"nice room for the price"
We were visiting Schlitterbahn and need a couple of nights stay. We found that the rooms were nice for the price and that the staff was very accomodating. We also enjoyed the full breakfast. A great start to a busy day at the water park. The location was very near restaurants also. We walked to dinner both nights. Very convenient.

"Good Value"
A nice clean hotel that is close to the Schlitterbaun and other attractions. We would stay here again.
Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hwy 35, Kreuzung US 46 und ist deshalb leicht zu finden. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die historische Altstadt von New Braunfels ist nur ca. 3 km entfernt und das sehenswerte Städtchen 'Gruene' ist in ca. 10 Auto-Minuten zu erreichen.
