Saavuimme myöhään ja jouduin soittamaan ovessa olevaan puhelinnumeroon. Kaveri toisessa päässä oli ärtyneen oloinen, mutta saimmepa tietää missä huoneemme ja sen avain ovat. Huone oli siisti vaikkakin parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Aamulla uima-altaalle joka toimi hienosti ja nyt asiakaspalvelu oli erittäin kohteliasta. Alue, eli Carmel on todella siisti […] ja hieno. The staff is super friendly, coffee and tea in the lobby, premises are clean and rooms are very comfortable and stocked with water, teas, coffee and nice toiletries. Would definitely go back!

we have stayed many times and always enjoy it. Great location, friendly service, warm cookies, hot coffee and breakfast delivered to the room. I recommend this inn for your stay in Carmel.

Great bargain, great location. Could stand to have newer mattress

This was our second visit to this Inn. Nice, comfortable, close to great restaurants and galleries, and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach (a bit longer walk back up hill). Enjoyed our stay.

The front desk staff were pleasant, however the room furnishings (bedspreads, carpet and furniture) were all very worn and in need or renovation. The grounds and pool appeared to be clean and maintained. The breakfast delivered to the door was adequate. But I wouldn't recommend it because the value wasn't there.

The hotel is very close to central Carmel, all the shopping and restaurants. Didn't drive the car at all and was able to walk everywhere we wanted. Hotel staff was great, The room furniture is a bit outdated, but didn't really matter to us. Comfortable beds and very quiet. We got a great deal through Hotel.com. Very nice simple hotel at the edge of Carmel's "downtown". You can park at the hotel and not worry about driving to shopping, dinner, the beach, etc. (OK, golf's a bit of a drive). Dog friendly (a bit pricey relative to most, even fancier hotels since they charge per night per pet) as is most of the town. The beach (with plenty of room for the dogged […] and the dog-less) is less than a mile away and an easy walk that takes you past shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Rooms are a bit small although I believe that many of the "boutique" inns in Carmel have been built that way to accommodate patrons who probably do not wish to spend much time in a room when there is so much to do in this great little town - also making Carmel a bit more affordable than one might expect. This is an easily recommendable motel for a brief stay in the Monterey/Carmel area. Lisätietoja

After 7 hours driving along the coast, we were looking forward to arrive to a hotel where to chill before driving the day after, and Jim, the receptionist, was the the rudest i have ever seen in a reception. Not a family orientated hotel. Only for couples.

Everything about the hotel is great except for two things--the smell was kinda of dingy and the cushions of the chairs were soiled and dirty looking. I did buy a candle from the store to mask the ordor. The interior could use a makeover and it did look dated. Otherwise, the garden courts are beautifully outlined with gorgeous flowers and the receptionist […] staff were friendly and courteteous. This was a lovely place. The property, gardens and pool are beautiful. The room was comfortable and the views from our room were great. The one issue we would have liked to see improved is that the bed is due for replacement - it was a bit soft for our taste. But that's something we found up and down the coast, so it's probably us. I stayed there with my boyfriend of 7 years. We enjoyed the location because it was a few short blocks from downtown. It was great that the beach was far enough to enjoy walking to it and staying away from other tourists (like us). There is a great relaxing (yes relaxing) bar right across the street which was perfect because nightlife at Carmel was […] more mellow than anticipated. love the grounds but the furnishings need help! we have a dog and appreciate that she is welcome but we were embarassed to have friends visit us in room 8 last week. lovely toiletries but cheap toilet paper,flat pillows complicated remote(irrelevant instructions)and alarrm clock which was hard to read all need attention. lovely staff though and breakfast […] with paper was nice. It was a good hotel the reason I would not recommend it was that there was no microwave in the room. Seems quite trivial but we have a 10 month old and couldn't make a bottle of formula. Staff recommended heating water in the coffeemaker (smelt of coffee). otherwise I could get hot water from the main office when they were open. It was OK but difficult. […] If I hadn't had small children it would have been fine. Also the sink became blocked which they fixed promptly (but noisily) and then called us to tell us it was fixed, waking up the baby again! Oh well. You get what you pay for. Lisätietoja

Trevlig personal, hjälpte oss med TV-inställningarna som inte var det lättaste. Inte ens för honom som kunde och visste. Kul med frukosten i en kylbag vid dörren på morgonen + dagstidning. (även om den var i sötaste laget)

Zimmer sehr klein, kaum Licht! Lässt man das Rollo hoch, kann jeder in das Zimmer schauen. Wasser gibt es dort kaum. Zeit für eine Dusche - mindestens 20 Minuten, da der Schaum nicht abzuspülen ist. Man hört den Nachbarn schnarchen und jeder der an dem Hotel vorbeigeht, ist im Zimmer zu hören (auch wenn es nur ein flüstern ist).

Mycket trevlig personal, bra pool, bra läge i stan bara ett par minuters promenad till strand och matställen. Väldigt prisvärt boende!
