Parkside Inn at Incline - Incline Village, Nevada

We booked a room that was supposed to be accessible. It was not, nor were there handles for the shower (it was inside a tub). There was a step to get into the room and the wheelchair could not make the entrance. We had to find a piece of wood to enable entrance.

No breakfast. OK room ~ 2 1/2 stars.

The room was updated with new floors and was pretty large for a single room. Very clean. I found one large ant on the floor but that was the only one. The chairs out front are nice to sit at. Free Wifi and was a great in and out hotel.

good value, breakfast is only on weekends. Our bed had some sag to it was it was comfortable with the foam mattress top. All newly renovated.

A very lovely little inn with some great features--indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna, lovely room with a Tahoe-themed decor, friendly staff and easy to find location at Incline Village. Only downside was no continential breakfast during the time of our staff--off season. Otherwise, would love to come back again.

a short drive, or shuttle ride, from Diamond Peak, and close to the "center" of Incline Village, this motel is perfect for a long skiing weekend in North Lake Tahoe. We did not try, not even saw, the pool/sauna but the rooms are big, and the excellent beds a godsend after one day on the slopes.

If you are looking for 5 star hotel ammenities, well you will not find it at Parkside Inn. However, if you are looking for a clean room with a memory foam mattress that allows you to get a great night's sleep, then look no further! For the price, Parkside Inn was great! Real close to Diamond Peak! Clean rooms, flat screen,board games available in the lobby and a pool and jacuzzi!We are definitely going to stay at Parkside Inn next time we visit!

Good location, free shuttle to diamond peak, breakfast and wifii included. Fairly bare bones, but clean with large rooms.

If you're looking for a rustic, quiet, inexpensive room for the area, this is a great place to stay. The indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna was very nice.

Nice place to stay for weekends, would go back again

The Parkside Inn was a wonderful find for us in the last ski season. We have stayed again this year and will be staying again in a week. The quality of the room was way beyond the rack rate; and the maid service was just excellent. The location for 3 ski resorts we love cannot be beat. SkierSteve

I booked my stay through Hotels.com and specifically asked for 2 ajoining rooms with 2 queen beds. I paid for the rooms on-line, but, when I got there they had 2 rooms with 1 king size bed in each room. I was very disappointed, as this is not what I paid for. As a result, they did have 2 rooms with two queens in each room, but, I had to pay additional […] dollars to have the two beds. I needed an overnight lodging close to Lake Tahoe ski resorts. Parkside Inn was priced within my range and I had very good reviews. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and how comfortable it was. My only complain would be very thin walls, so you can hear almost anything from the next room.

This hotel far exceeds its start rating... especially for the lake Tahoe area! I have stayed at many different hotels around Lake Tahoe over the years and for the money this is one of the few i would return to. large rooms, comfy beds, clean and not musty.

I was very impressed that the owner of the hotel personally called our room to address a problem we experienced upon arrival (arrived after midnight, and a long ride, to find our toilet had malfunctioned). I expressed my discontent and the next morning I got a call from the owner offering to compensate us for our inconvenience. We were moved to another […] room and compensated for a portion of our bill for the first night. He assured us that the malfunction was unusual and offerred no fuss. Classy move. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I do wish they had a mini fridge in the room, and the breakfast could have been better. I need to start a day on the slopes with something heartier than cold cereal and fruit. Knowing that, I just won't count on breakfast next time. I will be back!

This is a great place to base your ski trip out of. Close to restaurants and not too far from all of the major ski resort. The inn was very affordable and the rooms were comfortable, with Thermapedic Foam matress toppers! We have stayed here four times in two years during the winter. It isn't glitzy or fancy, but has everything you need and the most comfortable beds, I have the best nights sleep here also due to the blackout curtains. It is exceptionally clean and central to Diamond peak ski resort,the shuttle picks you up right outside every morning, incline beach which […] is stunning and many superb restaurants. The bonus is an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, the pool is a little cold for my liking but the children are okay with it. If you are looking for great value then this is the place for you. This is a nice motel, nothing spectacular, but worth the price for a Tahoe area motel. The bed was okay, a little soft due to the memory foam top, and the TV was mounted on the wall at a funny angle from the bed, but still viewable. The shower head was terrible; one of those environmentally correct low flow shower heads that make you take showers three […] times longer, so no net water savings. My daughter had a race at Diamond Peak. This was a great value and super convenient. The rooms have recently been remodeled, which is great because it's pretty clear that this place has been around awhile. We did find a chicken bone on the floor though, when we first checked-in. That was a bummer and grossed-out my daughter.

2nd time I've stayed at Parkside Inn. Room this time was 2-room space, each room has queen bed, with one room having TV, and other having bathroom and sink. Heater is on the floor, old style. Breakfast only served during Sat/Sun. Hotel 4-min from Incline Village restaurants/grocery (Raley's). Clean, safe place, at moderate price.

We used the hotel because we were going to a wedding in Incline. It served our needs perfectly. However, please note that the walls are paper thin so if you are a light sleeper or loud talker beware. The room was clean and had an AMAZING shower! We would stay there again and we would hope that are neighbors were quiet!

We stayed from 12/27/11 to 12/29/11 - This motel is very close to Diamond Peak Ski Resort, and for the price is quite amazing. The rooms were large and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. For Incline Village - the price was great! If you're looking for a clean, basic, reasonably priced accommodation in expensive Incline Village, this is it. The rooms are simple but clean and well maintained. The breakfast provides decent coffee, yogurt, fruit, breads. Request a room away from busy Tahoe Blvd and you'll enjoy your stay.

Stayed here while doing a few days work at Diamond Peak. it was very clean, very convenient to dining and to work and the price was right where i needed it to be. the TV worked, the internet worked, the heat and power were on... that's what i needed!

Wonderful area. Clean, comfortable room. A little warm...couldn't control the heat well. Overall great stay. Loved the fancy folded towels and tissues everyday!! Very fun. Would definitely stay again.

They let us check in early and gave us an upstairs room (per our request) with no problems whatsoever! Helpful staff and over all a nice quiet time. We would stay there again.

Nice and clean Inn. Free high speed internet and flat screen TV. I also like the wall between 2 queen beds for privacy and lots spaces for clothes, ski boots and ski packages. Also have small round table good for laptop. All items are equipped as regular Inn but much better cleaned and neater than other Inns I have stayed.

interior and exterior were very clean and neat. Rooms were comfortable, and in good repair. Staff keeps the hallways and common areas very clean. We were visiting our son at college (SNC) and it was a short walk and very convenient to the campus.

Hotel and staff very nice. Only problem was when I made the reservation they assured me I could bring my dog just to find out on arrival no pets allowed.

I stayed several times, and always planned to stay there even if it's 10-15 miles from any events that I attend . it's always very friendly, and clean specially the pool,hot tub,sauna. Great free Breakfast. When you're on the north side of Lake Tahoe, that's the place to stay... no complaints here.

Everything about the place was "OK". I had asked about a secure place to store our bicycles and was told they had an area but upon arrival they said they only had one and it was previously reserved. Shower head needed help. Flat screen TV was nice. Our king room was large enough to feel everything could be put out of the way.

Room was just OK, but way over priced. They charged Hilton prices @ a less than motel 6. No microwave. 70's style fridge. The bathroom door didn't close because the hinges were broken.

Went to a wedding and needed a close place to crash. Very comfortable and clean. Great for the price!
