The room was clean. Even though it's close to highway, the sound was mostly blocked with the door closed. Simple but decent breakfast, well worth the price.

Very good peps, clean, good location and most of all was very good price. Conviently loacted in decent downtown area. Deffinetly would recomend to others....

You get what you pay for...it was ok for the price. They accomodated us, we had a fifthwheel to park.

The lobby I waited for a guy to give me key a guy were sleeping I have knock window very hard to make enough loud he was saying short we arrived around midnight. Booked this hotel for 5 days for a business trip. Nothing but prostitutes & junkies. They say they have free wireless internet. Could not access the internet my entire stay. Called the front desk on numerous occaisions. They never fixed the problem. Stay away. This place is a hellhole.

This is an older building but was clean & staff were very friendly. It was conviently located for getting to the concert we were there for. Mattress was a little hard for my taste, but overall - it was a good room for a good price.

My sister and I had been at Baptist Hosp. when we made reservation.The lady we talked to gave us an intirely different pitch than the lady at the desk. When we got to the room it looked as though the former guests had just walked out, and all they did was make the bed, and put in clean towels. The carpet wasnt vaccumed, the tub was dirty, and was nasty […] under the mat. The toilet tried to overflow several times.The room was all around so dirty we were scared to sleep in the bed. We slept on top of the bedspread. We were there a week but didnt come back there.My sister and I were exhausted and it was 1100 at night or we would have cancelled the room and left. I was given a non smoking room, which reaked of smoke. I was able to change rooms the next day. The rooms in the front of the motel are better cleaned than those in back. Juliet the receptionist went above and beyond in providing customer service. recommend, only if you check the room out first.

This hotel is in good distance from downtown and the beaches. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. Just somewhere to chill and get some rest while on vacation or just traveling through. This is a good quiet spot.

This hotel says that it's in the downtown area but it's more like hood area no secenery and its hidden.

I would not reccommend this to any one,the room had biggg roaches& a/c wouldn't work.I would rather spend xtra money & be comfortabler& have clean room! Will not reccommend to anyone save money go to nice hotel!

Pay 10-15$ more, choose another 2 star hotel. They have no sense of responsibility, they are not aware that they are in service sector.

It was good for the money you pay for a one or two night stay, room was clean but the shower head need some cleaning and the towels was small and hard, but I would stay there again for a short stay.

The Super 8 Downtown Jacksonville is very convenient in price and location to downtown without paying downtown prices. If you are more concerned with saving money than a high end hotel experience than this is the place.

Good outlet to interstate.

cheap hotel right off of 95. The room was clean and the staff was accommodating.

I searched for hotel with zip code close to highway and it was the first one popped up, but it was located in downtown in an unfriendly environment neighborhood. Not close to restaurants and for people new to the area, a bit hard to find. The room floor seemed dirty, but importantly, we didn't feel comfortable staying in that neighborhood and got the […] heck out of there early in the morning. customer service was very friendly and helpful very nice and clean

Rate was very very good. It wasn't the Hilton but hey, you get what you pay for. I was very happy with the staff. Had a light out in the bathroom, it was promptly replaced. I would stay here again it was very close to downtown Jacksonville and the rate was CHEAP! :)

Excelente para una corta estancia , limpio, buen servicio al cliente, economico y con seguridad en los alrededores . Excellent for a short stay, clean, good customer service, economic and security around.
