We enjoyed our stay at comfort suites. It was clean and convenient - right beside Atlantis, and the bracelets to Atlantis made it a good deal. It was actually nice to retire from Atlantis to a quiet pool at the end of the day.

I read by booking a room here, you get Atlantis Aquaventure wristbands, which can be cheaper than buying the passes directly. We were on a cruise and their cost was $169/person. I used my hotels.com "free room" credit, which knocked off $220 the room rate. For 4 adults, we paid under $400. Had trouble finding the hotel when walking in the rain from […] the ferry pier. Our room wasn't ready but they gave us vouchers to exchange for the wristbands. Hotel quality and cleanliness was better then expected by some review. Hotel was working hard to clean, paint and maintain the hotel while we were there and the show that they want to keep the hotel standard high. We were greeted by helpful, friendly staff, and this continued throughout our stay. Our room was immaculate, and it truly was a nonsmoking hotel, with no lingering odors as we've found in other "smoke free" hotels. Breakfast was a good selection of fresh fruits, cereals, breads, pastries, breakfast meats and eggs. Poolside dining was a plus. Very close to Atlantis resort, you can use all the amenities at the Atlantis resort. To get to the pool area is about 10 min walk thru the casino area. Overall not bad, you get what you pay for. the Atlantis resort is amazing, my 4 year old loved it.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great.. My mother & two daughters went on the trip as well & had a wonderful time. We took a cab everywhere from airport to hotel the cost of cab was $40.00.. I would stay in this hotel again! As for food Make sure you go to the fish fry & Anthony's..

I was very pleased with this hotel...it was just what I was looking for. Lovely,spacious, immaculate upgraded room overlooking pool and courtyard. Beautiful gardens and lovely artwork on walls.Friendly, attentive staff, free hearty breakfast. Short walk to Atlantis complex (free access to all facilities). Short ferry ride to Nassau.

The hotel is nice to stay in if you want to have a cheap access to Atlantis however when the family that was next-door was screaming at 5 o'clock in the morning the front desk basically told me they didn't care, didn't apologizing or do anything about it.

Good value for the money. Lots of children so be prepared for noise. Access to Atlantis is key. Front desk tried to switch my (higher priced) room with double beds for a king but I had my Expedia reservation details on hand and got the room I paid for.

The only "bad" things I can think of were the sulfur smell of the water out of the tap and the somewhat inadequate shower pressure. The hotel was convenient to Atlantis, the price was nice, unless you really wanted a view or did not like walking, it was not worth the extra cost in our opinion to book rooms at Atlantis. Great location right next to the Atlantis and close to the beach. Full access to the Atlantis is certainly a plus. Breakfast and Internet included, a luxury! Comfortable large rooms, no views. I had a small problem with the shower that needed to be fixed.All the rest was great.

Staying at Comfort Suites gives you free access to Atlantis without the price tag. The free breakfast is another bonus although this would quickly become repetitive for anyone staying more than a couple of days. Recommended overall.

This was the best for our buck! Close to everything. The free breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, waffles, and other normal breakfast items. Our rooms were clean. first night couldnt flush the toilet, the phone didnt work, they had to replace it three times. Lamp was busted, they replaced it. Another lamp was broke but we just didnt say anything second night no cold water only HOT. lady at the desk could care less. the rest of the staff was very nice but i would not stay there again.

Fair priced, especially in comparison to other hotels in the area. We chose it because of unlimited access to Atlantis. We were disappointed overall in the cost of everything on the island. Everything was overpriced but definitely as good as you're going to get for your money (with the exception of an all inclusive) on Paradise Island.

A reasonably priced hotel just steps from the actual Atlantis Resort. You are given access to most of the amenities available at the Atlantis resort while staying at the resort. Complimentary breakfast is included every day and there is WiFi available for free. On the surface, these are all great things, but they break down. In order to get the wristband […] needed daily to get to Atlantis, you'll need to take a 10 minute walk through Atlantis to get to the wristbands. Don't go to where the rest of the resort goes. That's the wrong place and about a 15 minute walk away. It gets tiring over a week. The breakfast is good for a few days, but is the same stuff (waffles, toast, eggs, sausage, juice) and changes very little. The breakfast area is a free for all every morning. The WiFi is pretty reliable, but it kicks you off of the network if you go idle for a minute or two. It's a great introductory way to get to Atlantis, but you'll get your savings back in additional time and complexity to take advantage of those offered amenities. Lisätietoja

We had adjoining rooms 277 & 279....terrible as the dumpster is outside these rooms and garbage pick up occurs between 2:30am and 4:30am, which woke up us every night. The first night, the garbage men were hollering to each other right outside our window. I called the front desk and we didn't have any more hollering, but we were still awakened each […] night. Hotel was very convenient to Atlantis, the staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was adequate, they could possibly add some kid friendly cereal to their selection. I would highly recommend the Comfort Suites Paradise Island to the Atlantis! The property is right across the street and you still have access to the Atlantis Resort (beach, pools, and water rides) via the resort fee at check-in. The staff was very friendly in a genuine way, being so close to walking to Atlantis with full privileges for the water parks was an great boost for us. The breakfast was very generous and being able to sit by the pool to eat it also a plus.

Price, location, and customer service was OUTSTANDING. Wish the water pressure was a little better. The free breakfast was hot and good.The ladies at the front desk were friendly and beautiful. Matter of fact ALL the staff members were friendly as well including the cab and bus drivers!

We stayed here to be close to the Atlantis, which worked out great. However, the beds were really uncomfortable and the tiny pillows added to the discomfort. There are two shopping plazas across the street, so there's a good selection of places to eat as well as a 'pharmacy' and 'grocery' store.

Just got back from a wonderful 5 night stay! As others have mentioned, Comfort Suites is a good deal. You can't beat the price or location, and access to Atlantis is a huge plus (we ended up spending the majority of our time at Atlantis). I really don't have any complaints, but a couple minor things I might mention are the beds and the shower. The beds are a little hard, but we were so tired at the end of the day from the water rides I really didn't have any troubles sleeping. And the shower would run hot and cold, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to travel somewhat on a budget. this hotel is a great option if using the Atlantis resort. The continental breakfast is a great way to save money as the food prices at Atlantis would be crazy for a family with children. Would stay here again unless Atlantis really drops their prices in the future!

My family stayed at this hotel over the Christmas holiday. We liked the close promiity to the Atlantis resort and the fact that we were able to enjoy use of their "water playground" without having to be a resort guest paying their incredibly high room rates. The Comfort Suites hotel was about $100/night cheaper to stay at. Their staff was outstanding. […] All are very friendly and courteous. A very nice young girl at the front desk helped us get reservations for Christmas dinner, at the last minute I might add at a wonderful restaurant. The cleaning staff was regularly available if you needed something. There is a room to store your luggage if you arrive earlier than check-in which remains locked. The complimentary breakfast buffet was also a plus. They offer the usual....eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, toast, fruit, oatmeal, etc. And there is staff right there to replenish. The rooms are OK. This was the perfect location. The Hotel staff were exceptional. Rooms were very clean, and if we needed anything they were right there. All the ementies of the Atantis without the hefty price tag! Be prepared for some walking distance. Rooms/hotel smelled very damp and pull out sofa's in rooms very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly and met several families that have visted more than once. X-mas decorations were beautiful. Always a band or some kind of function going on at the hotel […] if you did not want to venture out. Taxies easly accessable as well as the ferry a short walking distance. Affortable shopping nearby as well as high end shopping at the Marina. Overall vacation was splendid. Check out Island World Speed Boat for a day trip to the Exuma's. The highlight of the v-cay. Rooms were OK for the $. We had a few mishaps i.e. door dead bolt did not work, door to balcony (if you would call it that) did not open, Blow dryer didnt work-called 3x while trying to get ready to leave, took them quite some time to get there.Msgs on phone didnt work- couldnt retrieve msgs. They said IT would have to fix it & would be in after 9. […] We had a trip sched to leave at 820. Needless to say our msg was that the trip was canceled!! If i had several kids in my party, this hotel might be sufficient due to breakfast. Personally, we didnt get up and around early enough to take advantage except twice. I chose this due to breakfast, free wifi & proximity to Atlantis w/free access. I had read not so good reviews on the Atlantis rooms so this choice seemed like a good idea. The stay wasnt horrible, but I would probably choose somewhere else the next time. DO NOT pay the $70+ for the bbq on thursday night. It was awful. Actually our best meals were poolside and Sharkbites. 2 can eat for $25ish and it was good food. The pizza place in the Marina was good as well. Anthonys was OK, nothing to write home about & expensive. We heard rave reviews about Twin Brothers. We took the walk over the bridge & let's just say, no thank you. Rat ran across the floor behind us, which i'm sure is typical being on a dock, but it did me in. Also, maybe it was the grease, but ughg, boy did I feel bad after. we had to have the maintenance man come to our room to fix the shower, but he was prompt and very cool about it. we kind of liked the whole gig.
