Kerrassaan upea satumainen sisustus vanhan ajan tapaan. Venetsian tapaa tuntemattomille hotelli oli erittäin vaikea löytää.Osoitteena oli siis kaupunginosa ja talonnumero, tämän logiikan hoksattuamme alkoivat paikat löytyä. Siisti ympäristö, tunnelmallinen hotelli. Suosittelen!

Venäläisten pitämä hotelli. Keskeinen sijainti. PIeni, mutta toimiva huone. Hissi pois käytöstä korkean veden aikaan. Suppea aamupala. Ei tietokonetta asiakkaille esim. lentojen check inniä varten.

Fairly ok. It is a bit expensive given the fact that the hotel room is small and not close to the canels. I think it is only 3 stars hotel instead of 4 stars.

Our "Superior Room" was clean and well decorated as described on the website. Daily maid and breakfast service was excellant. All staff we met were very helpful, polite and attentive. I was disappointed to be allocated a room in the annexe when I had specifically booked a superior room in the hotel itself - we missed the obvious ambience of the main […] hotel. My husband and I loved Venice (or Italy, in general). We had a wonderful and romantic time, in Venice. Overall, the hotel has a excellent location and facilities. But, a four star hotel should provide some help for the clients with their luggage. At first they put us in a small room with dirty walls and a bed with a loose headboard. If they wouldent have let us switche rooms the score would have been alot lower. We complained about the room not being what we paid for and then we got a much better room.

Venice is a fun city, and this hotel is great. We very much enjoyed staying there. We upgraded to have a canal view, and that was well worth it. A good location - a short walk to everything.

Having read a previous review of this hotel I had much the same experience.The room booked was not the one that was offered and was not in the main hotel but in an appartment across from it. None the less it was comfortable and extremely well located for exploring central Venice. location is not obvious, but u can go there within 10 mins if you have detail route with map. Facility is more better than my expect, the decoration is a real Italian classic style. the staff can be more friendly, but overall is OK

We had a wonderful time Ca' Dei Conti. It was very close to San Marco square at a very affordable price. Service was good, included breakfast buffet not so good. Our room was at the entrance of the hotel but we didn't have any problems with noise, it was generally quite. overall the hotel stay was ok. Bit of a disappointment with showers as hot water ran out after one person had a shower. Door to exterior came off its hinges. Toilet had a blockage but the hotel attended to it quickly. The wifi was the biggest disappointment as we were not aware on any of the web ads that you had to pay for the internet facility. Well equipped hotel and friendly staffs!

we already knew there's not free internet when we booked the hotel, but still a bit disappointed it's not offered the first-place. But overall it's a nice hotel; close to 'water' public transportation, good breakfast selections and convenient.

REALLY CLOSE TO EVERY THING, even difficult to find when arriving, BUT ASK ANY GONDOLIER NEAR THE SANTA MARIA FORMOSA CHURCH (right in the corner).

When we arrived were told we would be in the annex which was unexpected and a cause for concern. If you are booking to stay in the hotel that is where you expect to be. That said, our room was nice and the service was good. Wifi did not work despite a surcharge, we had to use the hotel computer for a fee. When we travel we need wifi, don't advertise […] it as available when it's not. And how about telling people that for the hotels.com price you are going to be in the annex not the main building. Great value for the price. 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square. Central, clean. It was a bit weird though as the hotel has an annex building where we stayed that was not a part of the main complex. This was odd at first, but was really good as we felt like locals, free to come in and out without a door man. One minor minus is that since the hotel was […] retro-fitted, the bathroom is a subroom inside a room. Hard to explain, but basically if you are shy about using the bathroom (such as farting very loudly), it could be slightly uncomfortable with a significant other. I highly recommend this hotel. Although we had a problem on arrival with our room not being ready our overall stay was very pleasurable. The room was not ready as the previous guest had not packed their things and not met the deadline of 1200 to vacate the room. We arrived at 1430 and they were still not back. We were offered another hotel for that night but we declined as we were […] only staying for 3 nights and didn't want to waste time changing hotel! After a few un pleasant exchanges of words we were offered an apartment in the building opposite the hotel. I was not impressed that we would not be staying in the main hotel but the room was absolutely beautiful! Breakfast was fantastic although there was a small surcharge for hot food. We enjoyed a bottle of wine on the hotel terrace on two evenings. This was delightful, a really beautiful spot and the wine was only fifteen euros a bottle, with an ice bucket! Quiet neighborhood. Close to everywhere in Venice. We were in a quad room (2 adults, 2 teens) and was perfect for 4. Breakfast was good. The only thing I did not like: Nobody can help us with our luggage at the check out time because they only have 1 person in the reception for 2 buildings early in the morning and we had to carry our luggage in the […] stairs between the 2 buildings. Rooms small but ok. Internet costs > 20 eur per day. Additional breakfast charge for ham and eggs - warm dish. Crazy. I think this ripping off has to stopp. Thanks

very nice location and really authentic room. we booked one room for two adults and two kids- we got two huge rooms that were connected with a nice bathroom. beds were OK, not super comfortable but definitely worth the price. breakfast was good and plenty, staff was very friendly. we would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was beautiful and was right on one of the canals. Breakfast was included and was very good. There were some issues in our room with a couple of lights and outlets not working but other than that, the room was huge (we had a family of 5 and there was room to spare!) and decorated beautifully. I stayed in this hotel before and the room was okay therefore I book it again, but this time they allocate two rooms that are in another building, which that building is not fully furnished. After that we asked the reception the change rooms for us. They are willing to change but with bad attitude, and they allocate a room which is in the roof, and […] it's poorly furnished. The hotel gave us a SUITE! We needed two child beds, but we were assigned a large, beautiful suite. It was suitably ornate and clean. No smells and no mosquitos were discernible. We enjoyed the hotel Ca' Dei Conti but it was very difficult to find. The hotel is seperated in two buildings and they are not next to each other. We wandered the streets with our suitcases for an hour asking for directions to the hotel. As in most of Italy, especially Venice, the hotels are not suitcase/handicap friendly. I would give this Hotel 3 stars at most. Room was big but very old, only 4 channels TV and no telephone.

The hotel was cheap, however very hard to find. I followed the exact directions on the website and didn't find it. I told the hotel clerk that the directions should be more precise and he disagreed with me. Our room was right next to the cafeteria so it was a bit noisy in the morning. this palce was great. It is uner renovation. It did not affect us. It will be great in a month or two. Two of the recetionistis were great one was very tired... not so good. Breakfast was enough for us. Extra for eggs and bacon.

Great location...easy to find from water bus stop...beautiful big room and good breakfast...only downside was we paid extra for a bed for a third adult and it was the most uncomfortable rollaway imaginable...the king size bed was pretty firm but not uncomfortably so.

Staff was appreciative of my 1 Euro tips. Helped with directions, and even sent an international fax for free. Bent over backwards to service us. Hit my head on the beams in my room, but bed was comfortable. This is Venice, rooms are small. 4 minute walk to San Marco square. The CA" DEI Conti in Venice was lovely.....very beautiful rooms.....breakfast was good...they let us check in early and they kept our bags stored on our last day so we could wander around Venice

There is an annex to this hotel an some rooms are in this annex that does not have a lobby or an information desk in it. So, it doesn't correspond at all at what you see on internet Our room was clean but very small whit a low ceiling. It was really not a good ratio quality-price it was relatively well situated near the points of interest

We stayed here on the last night of our honeymoon after having been on cruise. The hotel was very very hard to find and the front desk just scribbled their location on a map since the map is printed incorrectly. When I complained, they got very defensive. When we were finally able to check in, they offered us a room that was not much bigger than a closet […] and smelled like smoke. When I asked to be moved to a non-smoking room, they brought us to another building all together that wasn't part of the hotel, or any hotel for the matter. The room was nicer and with marble floors, there was no smell of smoke. The problem was we felt like we were grounded from the rest of the hotel. The room was on the bottom floor right next to the entrance and we couldn't actually open our curtains because we were right in the middle of this piazza. There would have been no privacy. Due to the fact that we were in a building and not a hotel there was not front desk which created a problem at about 1 am when someone had apparantly locked themselves out. There was buzzing and screaming and phones ringing, but nobody there to help them. Needless to say I slept horribly. The final straw that made this into a negative experience for me was the fact that the front desk gave us the incorrect time for the vaporetto to the airport. They had told us that if the time was different than they thought, they would let us know. They didn't and we were an hour late. We almost missed our flight. Earlier in the week I had stayed at Al Duca di Venezia. The room was much nicer, the rate was significantly better because its a little further away, but it was also much easier to find. Like everything in Venice the hotel is over-priced, but the location is great and everything works pretty well. Less than 5 minute walk to San Marcos square, but down a side street that is not busy with touristy noise. The room was very large, especially compared to European standards. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good. I have already recommended this hotel to friends.

Once this hotel was found which was not easy due to poor directions, all was well. Though the room felt as if we were staying in "grandmas attic", it was good size and had a lovely bathroom.
