Hotellin palvelutaso oli hyvin korkea ja henkilökunta erikoisen ystävällistä.Kaikki palvelut sujuivat myös englanniksi. Sijainti esim. Pariisiin nähden verraten hyvä.Asema noin 1.5 km:n päässä ja junayhteydet eritttäin hyvät. Jonkun verran ääniä kuuluu huoneesta toiseen, mutta muuten ympäristöstä ei kantaudu häiritseviä ääniä. Nähtävyyksistä ehdottomasti tärkein on Versaillesin palatsi, jonne myös yhteydet ovat hyvät.

Mukava pikku hotelli, kätevä sijainti liikkumisen suhteen. Huone siisti ja asiallinen. Erittäin mukavaa henkilökuntaa.

Motel style with separate bedroom block. Notably modern and well maintained. Good dinner and breakfast.
"Great Location"
This Hotel is in a great location,5 minutes from the Airport and about a 20 minute walk into town and the Beach.We were told there is also a Bus stop opposite the Hotel which goes into town. The only downside may be if the weather was really hot as there is no Air conditioning.

Having read various Trip Advisor reports about how dreadful this hotel was, we were somewhat apprehensive on our arrival. We couldn't have had a warmer greeting, the staff, bar, dining room were all excellent and the room was functional and clean. We have no complaints and would definitely stay there again.
This hotel is very convienent for the airport. As one might expect from its location,there arent many bars and restraunts in the area. However I had stayed in this hotel previously and had no hesitation in going back, and may well return in the future. Biarritz centre is only 3klms away and less than a €2.00 bus fare. The taxi on the other hand at €10.00 […] for the approx.15 minute journey I found very very poor value. Recomended. Lisätietoja
Bien que proche de l'aéroport,l'hôtel ne souffre d'aucune nuisance. Le personnel y est accueillant et bienveillant.

"un bon séjour"
hôtel agréable, propre. ma chambre avait été refaite. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et très professionnel Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont très bien. Très proche de l'aéroport (5 minutes à pied). Un très bon accueil, merci à toute l'équipe !

"bien situé par rapport aux salons"
l'accueil est agréable. l'hotel agréable et propre.Pas de chance , le vendredi soir, il n'y a pas de restanrant. Nous qui sommes de la campagne, les bruits de la rue sont très perceptibles car les parois des chambre ainsi que le vitrage sont minces. Des bouchons auditifs étaient pour nous obligatoires.

Nous avons èté très bien accueillis , avec les explications données clairement, par un personnel très aimable. Chambre confortable. Restaurant avec un grand choix de plats et petit déjeuner copieux (très bonne cuisine). Hotel calme malgré la présence de l'aéroport.

"Un hôtel très sympathique!"
C'est un hôtel situé près de l'aéroport mais un peu loin du centre (voiture obligatoire pour tous déplacements). Cependant, il est calme et nous n'avons pas entendu d'avions de tout le séjour. Le service est impeccable, et la cuisine digne d'un restaurant gastronomique. Les chambres sont très propres et joliment décorées.

Hôtel trés bien situé. Service d'accueil de nuit (nous sommes arrivés à 1h30) trés compétent. Propreté parfaite.

L'hôtel est tout à fait correct. Bien que situé à côté de l'aéroport (ce qui est très pratique), je n'ai entendu aucun avion la nuit. Seul hic, il est un peu loin du centre-ville... Prévoir le taxi le soir.

Dommage qu'il ny avait pas la climatisation comme indiqué sur le site et photos un peu trompeuse...proche de l'aéroport mais pas genant . wi-fi gratuite demandez un mot de passe tous les jours a titre d'info!! Restaurant tres bon decoré avec goût!! Bon séjour dans l'ensemble!!

Confort minimum, accueil correct et la proximité avec ses voisins rendent cet hôtel idéal pour une étape entre potes pour profiter des soirées basques ! A éviter pour un couple.

L'hotel é molto costoso per quello che offre ed inoltre é capitato piu' volte che il personale entra in camera non fornendo nemmeno il tempo di rispondere dopo che bussano alla porta. La camera é piccola e senza aria ed inoltre essendo l'hotel attaccato all'aeroporto c'è molto rumore.

Un hotel qui aurait besoin d'un rafraichissment. En penture d'abord et en climatisation ensuite. Le cout de la chambre est élévé par rapport à la qualité.
