From was non smoking, but smelled like cigarettes, and had burn holds in bedding. Bathroom was dirty.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel... we normally don't travel with our dog; however, this time we brought her with us. It worked out great! There is a farm across the street and a nicely lit street for walking. They were helpful and friendly at the desk. We'll go there again!

I've stayed here before and loved the hotel un the past! My parents live nearby. But this time my visit there was a very unpleasant one beginning with the cold customer service which was surprising in contrast to my previous visits. The room was okay until I looked on the headboard and noticed a wad of "beef?" Or chewed up hamburger I hope that's what […] it was... The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. The bread was stale, the waffle was horrible and its a mixture of water and waffle mix, how they messed that up is a mystery! The pastry was stale and my husband and I couldn't wait to leave. in an out of the way location but easy to find. very quite street, slept well. a little disappointed with breakfast, would rather gone to a local dinner. will stay there again when going to cowtown rodeo.

Staff very helpful with getting reservations changed due to an error in the date. The person we spoke to at Hotels.com was equally helpful. I believe his name was Maurice.

Not a bad place overall. But none of the soda machines worked. Had to drive to a very seedy truckstop to get a soda and the area around Carneys Point is downright frightening.

I'm not sure if we were given a completely different type of room than previous guests, but our experience at this hotel was not a particularly good one. We booked this hotel thinking that it was in the Philadelphia area, but it was 45 minutes from the heart of the city. The main problems were not with the commute, but with the cleanliness of the hotel. […] Our bathroom was filthy. Unfortunately we arrived later at night and went straight to bed so it wasn't noticed until the next morning when it was too late to request a room change. Hotel was fine. A bit tough to get to if you are tired and driving with no GPS. Only problem was the one tv channel that I wanted to watch had no sound. As a bonus, it is across the street from a farm, a nice thing to see in the morning if you have a bunch of little kids.

I have enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everything was just right, clean, neat, just nice. The breakfast that was provided was great. The receptionist was very helpful with advising me about nearby restaurants. I will remember this place and go back whenever I am traveling that way.

The hotel itself was GREAT! The front desk personel were all helpful, polite and very effecient. As for the room itself, I felt the bathtub could have been cleaned better. It had stains that should have been removed. The pillows were way too firm. The night before staying here I stayd at another hotel and I noticed they had the pillows embroidered […] with Soft or Firm. Having a "choice" made a big difference w/my quiality of sleep. This hotel is difficult to find and not located near any restaurants or shopping. Even with our GPS we got lost trying to get to it. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. The bathroom was stocked with a minimal number of towels. The complimentary breakfast was also minimal. We would not stay here again due to the hotel's location.

The hotel was well kept. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was a little musty until the air conditioning kicked in and the specific location was a little more challenging to find than average but we had a good stay.

We arrived quite late, but the front desk person was right there to greet us. You walk in and it feels quite oppulent. Everything looked really nice about the place. Our rooms were comfy and clean. Of course, we forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste, and the front desk was kind and courteous and quickly supplied us with these needs. Our rooms were clean. The hotel was quiet. If we asked for something we got it. The breakfast selection was great. The view from our window was a nice farm. I loved seeing the deer in the field in the morning when I awoke. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact I have recommended it to my sister.

If you don't mind being out in the middle of no where, this is the place to stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again, without hesitation.

Great experience. I read all reviews for this hotel and surrounding hotels and decided on this on. Clean room, no funky smell or stains. Fridge and microwave and a GREAT continental breakfast!

The room was very clean. Nice bed linens, although towels were a little rough. Only drawback was the shower. There was very little water pressure. It took me much longer to shower & rinse my hair out than it normal does. The breakfast was great.

The people at the front desk were nice enough. The place was in decent order. It was clean. The room was good and a nice size. The problem is that there was an obnoxious odor in the lobby that emenated all the way to the breakfast room. It was overwhelming. The breakfast room was completely empty both days that I was there. Courtiuos staff, nice morning buffet, quiet clean room. Very comfortable stay ! Needed a place to crash that was close to Dover Intl. Speedway. Will probably look to stay here again next year.
