I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was wonderful and very clean. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Everything about our weekend went very well, there was 12 of us staying in 6 rooms at the hotel, we requested our rooms close together, rooms were all in one area on 1 floor. Only problem was one of our group had a charge for the room and it was prepaid and it will take 3-5 days to put back. Went to this hotel for a weekend away with my wife for our anniversary and it was great. the hotel was clean and rooms were very contemporary. Service was spot on pool and hot tub clean and the buffet breakfast was a more than adequate. The location was less than 1/2 mile to major highways and near two large malls. It was the greatest stay ever ,the room was comfortable and the service was great.

Our stay was very fantastic. My children told me that they will like to stay in that hotel whenever they visit NY.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is friendly, and it's located a few miles from downtown White Plains. The TV remote only worked if you were approx. 1' to 2' away, and the phone in the room didn't work so you couldn't call room service. However the overall condition of this facility get my grade of an A-

The hotel was great and clean. The only thing I was unaware of was the 250 security fee that I was charged when I reached the hotel

We really liked the room it was large enough and the beds were very firm and comfortable. The room was decorated nicely and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was okay better than the usual continental breakfasts.

Stayed for a couple of days to be near Westchester Medical, Staff was very nice and the Hotel was clean and comfortable.

we arrived late in the night and were given the room right next to the elevator. we asked whether it is full and no other rooms available. they told us they are many. it was so nooisy that we barely slept at night. the very next morning, we arrived at the breakfast place around 900am, which is their closing time. the lounge is full of people having […] breakfast. the lady serving the place literally forced down the place with people with half baked bagels, empty cups, and nothing. Good hotel, great location for going to NYC. Includes shuttle to Tarrytown train station. Nicely-kept A/C room during a very hot weekend in NYC.

Rooms were spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 small children. Nice surrounding area. Clean rooms. Pool is a little weak, but that's just a minor complaint. Would definitely book again

When we were trying to check in at 10:00pm, there was not a room with 2 double beds available. After a 20 min, wait, we got our room with two double beds but the rug was filthy,

The two bed suite was beautiful, and clean. I traveled with my hubby and our 3 kids and we had plenty of space!! They was doing some renovations but it wasnt distracting. the pool had just reopened and the kids loved it!! The free breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and friendly! we would defiently stay here again

This hotel has many reasons why it should be recommended. The hotel was easily accessible and easy to find. I appreciate the fact that because it's built onto the side of a hill you can actually park on the same level that your room is located on. The staff was welcoming and very friendly both at the initial registration and at other various times […] when I needed their assistance. The suite was comfortably appointed with distinct, sleeping, working and relaxing areas. I wish there had been a little more lighting in the room, but what lighting there was was adequate. I just like things a little brighter than many people. The gym facilities were clean and well maintained. Sadly, I didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it looked very nice. The complimentary breakfast was well prepared and well stocked both with hot and cold options. Overall the hotel was very nice, clean and convenient. It even had underground parking which is great when you are in NY in the winter. It was also within a mile of 3 highways. We didn't get up early enough to see the breakfast selection, but there was always fresh fruit and cookies in the evening. My only complaint was that the sleeping section of […] the suite was small. This was a great New Years weekend get away.We live in Manhattan and my husband works upstate. The check in went quickly and the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and confortable. We had the Continental Breakfast, free High-Speed Internet, comfortable bed, flat screen TV, microwave and fridge, we enjoyed it all. Can't wait until the next holiday weekend he has to work. Very nice hotel for an overnight or a week stay. The staff is very courteous and always willing to help. Large rooms adequately equipped. Very pleasant and clean. Good coffee and breakfast.

We used this hotel to bring together our visiting relatives with kids to meet up with our family. Check in was extremely smooth and our room was ready and clean and plenty roomy for our family of 5. We were lucky enough to stay on a Wednesday night when they have a free manager's cocktail hour in the lobby. They offered free wine and beer as well as some nice appetizers. The fitness room is small but offers a good mixture of cardio equipment as well as tvs. The pool and hot tub are right next to the fitness room and although small were well used by our family. It was a special treat to swim indoors while there was so much snow on the ground outside. There was a nice continental breakfast offered in the morning but, as with anything free, there seemed to be a lot of vultures swooping around being seemingly very greedy with certain items. I really liked the suite set-up, with the bedroom partly set-off from the living room area and with convenient table/desk and kitchen area. The extensive free breakfast was great. My girlfriend and I were looking to go away for the weekend for our anniversary, and we chose Sleepy Hollow as our destination, being that it was close to drive to yet just far enough away from home. We booked the hotel, and when we got there, it had everything we needed. The staff was friendly, the room, although maybe small for some, was just enough […] for us, and they had a nice little breakfast buffet in the morning. It was also very close to Sleepy Hollow, so the location is very convenient. There was a pool and the like, but we never got the chance to utilize them since we forgot our bathing suits. Perfect ammenities for the price. We just stood one night but would have liked to stay another. The pool and sauna were a welcome treat and very relaxing. Nice restaurants 5 mins away so we didnt have to go far. Although multiple hotels on the same strip it was quiet. Would reccommend to anyone looking for a quick get away from the city.

Hosts were warm and welcoming! Room was comfortable as well as clean! Trust me I checked for bed bugs as is the scare in NY as of late. Sheets were a bit tattered though, especially the bed skirts! I also had a defective TV remote not to mention the TV buttons were disabled leaving me unable to hook up my game system to enjoy with my daughter (not sure […] if this was deliberate)! But i loved the idea of separate sink and toilet space and micro kitchen! The hotel was clean overall and their complimentary breakfast was much appreciated! Checkout was a breeze since all the work was really done online through Hotel.com. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The only drawback was the the room is pretty small, and once the sofa bed was opened, it was hard to move around.

The hotel is convenient to our son's home. the pool makes it appealing because the grand kids can come and swim.,

An above average chain hotel, located outside downtown on a typical commercial thoroughfare. There's no "neighborhood" to speak of, but if you want convenient access to the city, this is a great spot. There's plenty of free parking and a shuttle to take you to the train station (2 miles away). The train takes about 45 minutes to get to Grand Central. […] It's a very painless, hassle-free way to get downtown. I would definitely stay there again to avoid city parking hassles/expenses.
