"Bring your own soap and pillows"
Well not bad, but was a room for 4 , pull out bed was not made and had to call for the things and then was told no pillows. Also no soap in the bathroom.

"Poor service"
The physical plant was fine, but the room service was sub par. We had to ask repeatedly for fresh towels, cups, soap, and for the room to be cleaned. We have stayed at many Wyndhams Suites in the past and have been perfectly satisfied--this was not one of those times! We may avoid Wyndahm in the future and go with Comfort Suites.

Nice location for near airport. Easy on off access. Dennys is next door for breakfast. Free transport to/from casino and airport. Comfortable beds and enough pillows, if ur a pillow person. Would stay again.

Noisiest A/C unit I have ever experienced - very difficult to tune it out and try to sleep.

"Very clean and friendly, but beds not comby"
The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. I did like the hotel. The only problem was that the beds and pillows could use replacement. As my husband said, the springs in the matress have lost their ability. Neither of us slept well.
Most disorganized hotel I have ever stayed in. Shuttle from airport took over 30 minutes 2 of the 3 times I requested it. Staff was generally unhelpful, surprised they have repeat customers. Room was clean and safe, but not a hotel I would visit again.
Place was dirty. Had to use a plastic bag to keep the shuttle van door closed. My room key only worked for the first day, and had to be replaced. D
"Close to airport"
Very close to the airport. Shuttle was on time. Good value for you money. I left my car there for two weeks, no problems.

Awesome location -- Blocks to I-95, 5 mins from airport. Convenient and easy drives to ballpark/hockey/basketball arena, downtown sightseeing, and Harrahs Chester and Sugar House Casinos. There's a restaurant inside the hotel but the Philly Diner (about 200 yards south) is awesome.

"Greatly improved but not quite there"
I've now stayed 3 times since renovation (and a couple of times before). Much improved hotel, rooms are good and made positive strides in a not ideally designed hotel. On this stay, room not made up through the day, once again unable to log on PC or phone to hotel Wifi (that's now 2 out of 3 visits), and shortage of coffee for room. These maybe small […] issues but reflects a little tightening of management/standards could turn this into a good stay as opposed to be slightly irritating - E-mail is such an essential part of business life and to be told the public ones are working is not satisfactory. "Renovation were made but...."
Was not impressed with the customer service- walked up to the counter- no smile or greeting " Name" handed her my confirmation sheet- she didn't look at it and put it on the counter. Next question again no smile or greeting- credit card. Then she handed me my key. I had numerous bags on wheel, purse and lunch bag. And i was struggling to keep all the […] pieces under control, no assistance was suggested or given. She did say" restaurant is behind you" but the only thing that was behind me a wall and couches? she said elevator down there" A nice staff member helped me to my door holding the largest and heavy bag. He at least understands what's expected in regards to customer service. sorry did not get his name. The hotel is undergoing a reno. but for the most part I didn't' notice much work being done. The lobby and the room were in great shape. I did notice on the 1st floor the locks were still older and on the 2nd floor the locks were the newer kind. The room was pretty nice I did notice that a few things here an there-loose wall paper and the light fixture was missing in the bathroom. Bed was comfy- one little thing is that I like to take baths and my bath tub was not cleaned during the housekeeping the second day. I wanted an late check out- because I had driven quite a bit to get to town and during the visit-was told none available because next day the hotel was booked -asked what time was checkout-told noon. Noon was also on the door. Left the room at 11:45 and waited in line for check out. The same nasty lady checked me out- no smile nothing- gave her my key she said everything is fine and that the end of my trip to this hotel. Until I was charged $50, still not sure what that was for-as I didn't order any movies, use the phone or room service and I didn't order extra towels or anything. "Almost Good."
Missed our flight home and got a room at the Wyndham for the night. Convenient to the airport. However, when you flush the toilet and it promptly overflows (with no significant contribution from us), I can only be dissatisfied. Maintenance showed up after about 25 minutes, cleared the toilet and wiped up the floor with bath towels. Never used any type […] of cleaner. He did take the towels and bring new ones. Lisätietoja

Nice rooms for the price in this hotel. Be advised that the restaurant is being renovated and the Denny's next door was closed during our visit in March 2012. Good bedding, nice 32" hi def tv, and comfortable bathroom amenities. Hotel wi fi service is rather slow.
"Good location-close to the airport"
Good clean accomodations. Front desk personel could use a little customer service training. There is park and fly parking available for a very reasonable rate.

"PHL airport hotel."
Front desk staff was average to below average in service over this stay. Checked in to room needing to use the sofa sleeper and found its sheets to be covered in particles of dirt and stains that looked like urine. Called front desk and new sheets delivered to room but no offer to remove the filthy sheets or make up the bed. Room booked for 3 persons, […] but only 2 bath towels present. Room thermostat appeared to do only what it wanted to, not respond to my adjustments. Business center visited adjacent to the front desk, to print boarding passes for flight home, but had no internet access. Front desk staff made no effort to inform me of such and seemed not to care when I inquired. "Terrible Condition of the Room"
This hotel was a terrible value. The squeaky door followed by the garbage in the can followed by the running toliet followed by the thermostat that I had to have batteries put in but never figured out why my room was so hot until the morning. "poor taste"
I would jot recommend this place to anyone because the service was horrible. When I arrived I was told they only had king rooms and all of the double rooms were unavailable. The woman seemed like she didn't want to accomodate me with something else. She had a take it or leave it attitude. "Just average"
Well initially we had a few problems with chek in. Had to return to the desk 5 times before we could actually settle in. On the initial trip to the room we discovered it was not a double room as requested. We were given keys to a room on a different floor only for the key not to work. Went back to the front desk and got a working key for that room but […] the cable didnt work. Back to the front desk for a new key to a new room down the hall but that key didnt work either so we had to go BACK to the front desk for another key. We were given a late check out (only after requesting it) for all of our check in troubles. The hotel was in the middle of renovation and it showed. We apparantly recieved a "renovated" room but the only thing that looked updated was the sink in the bathroom. The decor in the hotel is very outdated and even dirty looking. "Very short stay..."
Well I arrived here after midnight and had to be up at 4:30 am the next morning for a flight. But for the short stay this hotel had all I needed and was very comfortable. Having their own free shuttle 24/7 to the airport was a big help as well.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel. Staff was very friendly, has been renovated, a couple chain restaurants nearby. in industrial area. Room quite comfortable and has shuttle to Phila airport.

The hotel was located conveniently to the city and away from noise and heavy traffic. Two very good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces.

"Cheap, Clean, and Convenient to PHL airport"
Needed a one night stay and didn't want to blow all my cash on an expensive hotel. Being a single male, it met my basic needs. Overall saved $25 over the next cheapest hotel in Philly and was no more than 20 minutes from Phila. Airport. I would suggest this hotel.
"Waste of money"
The place is under construction and was very dirty. the staff was not friendly and one of the staff members was on a personal phone call while we were waiting to check in.

I arrived to water pouring in the lobby. The restaurant was closed. Renovations were going on. Overall very worn hotel. Not really convenient to airport. I wouldn't stay here again
"Surprised"
Great hotel. I was very surprised with our stay. I visit this area atleast once a month and normally stay at the Hampton on Bartram Ave. for aome reason it was booked this weekend, so we agreed to try the Wyndham.
