Excellent for the price it was. Nice, clean neighborhood of Ann Arbor near the North Campus of UofM. Buy the room for double beds because the price is about the same but more roomy. That is what I did - alone. Free room phone calls around all the USA ! I liked the simple breakfast too - it was all fresh and ok tasting even if it came out of bags...Danishes were great ( I do not usually even eat pastry). The only negative I found was that the walls are not the thickest! Ask to live in the 3rd floor and in the court yard (front side). While in town try Red Hawk's fajita salad, and Olga's Kitchen! ( I used to live here for school in the 90's and they have been around since!)

"Great place to go"
The Comfort Inn in Ann Arbor Mi was a great place to stay. Everything was to our liking,the people were nice to us and the free breakfast and dinner was will worth eating. Prices were very reasonable.
Everything we needed for a one night visit to Ann Arbor. Clean and comfortable room and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
"Fair hotel, but more expensive than should be"
Hotel was as expected. Clean room, large screen tv and fair washroom. Nothing fancy here, but a reasonable hotel in a good location. We stayed here and took the shuttle to a wolvetines game- very easy. Good and prompt service from staff when we needed extra sheets and other items. "Michigan football weekend"
Wonderful location and conveniently close to Briarwood Mall. However, the drunken noise of people from midnight until 3am was not pleasant. The check-in clerk told us "this isn't a party hotel", so we should have been skeptical right away. Overall though, this was OK for a place to stay after the game, but definitely would think otherwise in the future […] if peace and quiet were needed. Lisätietoja

All was excellent except the microwave oven that started beeping about 5:00 AM (intermittently) and constantly at 6:30 AM. Friendly staff, very good breakfast.
Convenient to Mall and Restaurants. Difficult crossing the streets and no transport service at the hotel.
"Adequate for the category"
Towels were skimpy, breakfast nice. If the price hadn't been inflated for the Art Fair, I would have been more satisfied. Staying at a 2 star property and paying 4 star rates due to corporate greed did not make me happy.

Not going to lie, the hotel amenties seems a bit on the old side. The location is nice, next to the free way and a 10min drive from downtown and campus. The only pain is getting into the hotel...there no easy (legal) way to make a left onto the hotel. For the money, it's not bad.

Comfortable, clean and friendly service. What more could you ask for? Light breakfast was sufficient and always stocked and kept clean. Location is ok, basically across the street from the mall.
the am staff were helpful when I asked If I could have a delayed checkout, ( because of personal circumstances Did not get a good nights sleep) She responded with a Smile and said Certainly even gave a second wake up call Thank You
"Comfort Inn & Suites in Ann Arbor"
The hotel was fairly clean. The hotel staff was polite and friendly. The location, however, is not very close to any particular location. If you want to get anywhere, be prepared to drive. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is excellent value for money.
"A good place at a good price"
We needed a clean, moderately priced place that was fairly close to the university's athletic section, and this hotel fulfilled our needs. A big plus was the complimentary breakfast, which was quite good.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and pretty much what you would expect in this price range. One of the best breakfast varieties we have experienced. Would stay here again.
"Pleasant"
Check in went smoothly. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was an awkward smell in the halls like housekeeping spilled something, but it did not carry over into the room. The personnel was helpful and courteous. The only real complaint I can think of are the long distance rates. The staff member I spoke with stated that the rates were variable […] rather than standard. She did not know what the rates were for any specific area code. It would help to at least have a range to go by so that I could weigh the cost versus conversing with family. Overall, a good experience though. If ever in the same area, would definately use again. "Drab little motel"
I had seen lots of good reviews, and although it was cheap I was still expecting good things. To summarize: - Very noisy between rooms. "Outside of town--but near the mall"
Just off the highway, easy to get to...easy to get into town. Near a mall with a California Pizza Kitchen and many stores.

"Clean Room,perfect for my business stay"
For my 2 day stay,this hotel is ideal.It provided comfort and coffee.
"Everything but!"
No complaints about the service or the condition of the hotel. I did feel that the indoor pool was murky and tepid, and making a left turn into the hotel was impossible. You have to cross the freeway before a left turn or u-turn can be made and then double back, over a mile away. Going into Ann Arbor from the hotel is a breeze.

"Value for the cost"
This hotel is conveniently located off of 94. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was among the best I have experienced in this type of hotel property. The staff was helpful and directed us (pleasantly) to an excellent downtown restaurant for dinner.
"Great, comfortable nicely located hotel."
We actually are local, and just wanted to get away for the night. It was a very nice hotel for the price. The only bummer was that the hot tub was broken. And we wish we would have known. Other then that, things were great.
