Vintage Inn - Yountville

This hotel was beautiful. Grounds lovely! Unfortunately the TV was terrible and the SF GIANTS were on!! That was huge for us while we waited to go to dinner. Unfortunately the bathrooms do not cater to older people. The tub had no hand rails to pull yourself out since it was so deep and pleasing. We so would have used it. Very nice hotel. The room was exactly as described. Breakfast was great.

We enjoyed Vintage Inn and the breakfast is fabulous. We think we may have gotten an older room that faced onto the freeway and there was a spider living in the bathroom with a nice big cobweb. Other than that, the bed is wonderful, the tub is enormous, and did I mention the breakfast? MMMMMM It is animal friendly and I loved their cat on the grounds. […] Great location and you can walk wherever. We ate at the Blues, Hurleys and Brix. We did the Castle tour and wine tasted. The Vintage Inn is a lovely hotel. The only negative comment is that the grounds and landscaping is almost too manicured and perfect looking. I understand that wouldn't be a negative for a lot of folks but there was a slight Disney World effect due to the perfect-ness.

Cozy luxury in beautiful surroundings. We visited while wine tasting off season. The grounds and water features are french country meets California. The included breakfast was delicious - don't miss the omelet bar (chef gets 2 thumbs up). Great restaurants, amenities and shops are within walking distance of Vintage Inn. Right across the street is Buchon, […] a restaurant by the same owner as world-reknowned French Laundry; make reservations in advance. The best part of our trip was a friendly cat that meowed outside our door the first night of our stay. We let her in and she stayed overnight next to the fire in our room. Very friendly staff and beautiful hotel. The area was so quiet and peaceful, having come from the east bay area for the getaway, we immediately felt at ease and stress-free. The bed was comfortable and the large soaking tub with jets were highlights of the room. Our stay included a bottle of Chardonnay and a log for a fire in the fireplace in our room. […] There was also complementary tea time in the afternoon and wine tasting in the evening that had enough food offered to hold me and my husband over until dinner. Also, the hotel presented an amazing champagne breakfast with omelettes cooked to order and free-flowing bloody Mary's. Only downsides for me were that I was expecting the room to be slightly larger and our heating unit was a bit noisy. The Vintage Inn was wonderful!

Be sure to read the fine print....we specifically booked for two queen beds in both rooms we reserved, but upon arriving at the hotel were informed that the reservation came in for Kings. Looking at the Expedia reservation, there was a fine print note that special requests are not guaranteed.

Can't say enough would stay again everything and everyone fantastic

This was our very first trip to the Wine Country and since we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, we wanted to go someplace different. The Vintage Inn was beautiful, the continental breakfast was delicious and our room was very nice. There are only two things we would change: the next time we come we're going to ask for a room on the 2nd […] floor (the upstairs neighbors were a little noisy) and we'll also ask for a room more in the center of the complex and not so close to the highway. We throughly enjoyed our brief stay at the Vintage Inn. The rooms were oversized, with lots of natual light, a large updated bathroom and a super comfy bed!

Other than our a/c leaking, this was a great place and location for our trip to the Napa Valley. Loved it all

We selected the Vintage Inn via internet search and we couldn't have been more pleased. Yountville is super cute with fabulous restaurants in walking distance. The Vintage Inn has large rooms with great amenities like huge bathroom, fireplace, patio, turn-down service, and very comfortable bedding. It also gives you access to the fitness center and […] the Villaggio Spa. We used the fitness center each day and then went to the fabulous breakfast buffet. Amazing breakfast.

This is a luxurious hotel. A lovely room and inn like quality to come back to after touring the vineyards. Room includes high tea as well as an elegant and gourmet breakfast.

Did Napa Valley and found this hotel to be very convenient, right in Yountville, close to restaurants, wineries and bakery. Grounds were well maintained and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Free bottle of wine was a nice touch. Would recommend!

Great location in the heart of Napa in downtown Yountville. Good hotel. The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean. Fireplace located in the room. Great to sit near and sip some (complimentary) chardonnay. The location can't be beat--next door to Bottega restaurant and V marketplace. You can access the spa services with the much higher end sister property […] at the Villagio. Brunch was included and was fantastic. This place is AWESOME!! I loved every second of my stay. Wine when you arrive, walking distance to many amazing restaurants. The BEST chanpagne and bloody mary breakfast buffet ever. The atmosphere was romantic... I could go on.

We loved this place. The gardens around the hotel are beautiful. The complimentary made to order omelets and a glass of champagne got us up for breakfast every morning. The staff is super friendly and the rooms for spacious with great little outside sitting areas. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for two nights and it was wonderful. Staff were friendly and very accommodating to our requests(needed a pet-free room due to allergies). Room was cozy and we were able to use the fire place which was so nice. We thoroughly enjoyed their champaign breakfast...especially the omelet chef! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel especially since it was reserved ina really discounted deal. I usually stay in 5 star hotels and resorts. This is not at the level of a 5 star but really who needs that in the wine country. This hotel fits the setting and the rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Great hotel experience in every way.

Yes, this is a fairly pricey resort. However, you treated very well for the money you spend. They don't nickel and dime you like most places There is an excellent complementary hotel breakfast every morning with a waffle station with fresh berries, an above average omelet bar, mimosas, etc. There is tea time spread everyday, and there is free wine […] tasting on Fridays. The room is very clean and pleasant. They missed turn down service one night we were there but it was not a big deal since we had the do not disturb sign up for much of the day. Internet was complementary as well. The location is why we stayed here. It's very central with many great wineries a short drive away and many excellent restaurants within walking distance. One downside is that Yountville is very crowded during the day and there can be lines at local shops so it can be hard to quickly do anything if you are in a hurry. The staff was generally excellent. Very friendly and helpful. One complaint would be they were a little slow with the towels at the pool. But this is a minor issue in otherwise excellent experience. I would recommend staying here. It's expensive, but they do not constantly try to drain your wallet by charging for everything. The location is fantastic, the staff is great, and the room is nice. Lisätietoja

Loved this place for the location and atmosphere. The room was comfy and clean and very inviting, almost so much that we didn't want to leave it to go to the wedding nearby. Only complaint is that the staff was very short with checking and was not helpful-it took us 15 min to figure out where our roomwas located because they didn't take the extra minute […] needed to explain the property, just threw us a map with highlighted areas. We stayed at the Vintage Inn about 4 years ago and really loved this property. This time around we again had a wonderful stay. You really can't beat the location and the staff is beyond the norm. The breakfast is fantastic and the rooms are as great as the first time around except.... they really should replace the old school tv's and I was so looking […] forward to the L'Occitane soaps which they had inexplicably replaced with TINY Molton-Brown soaps. I know this seems like a minor issue, but along with the tv and some needed repair or refinishing on some of the decking, I was a wee bit disappointed. Amazing little Village! Doesn't feel like a hotel at all. Price is not bad either! Made to order Breakfast was amazing--bloody marys and mimosas were just perfect. The bed felt like a huge fluffy marshmellow! Definitely will be staying there again. Oh, and the staff was super friendly and helpful!

Vintage inn is my favorite place to stay in the Napa Valley. You can't beat their rates compared to the neighboring inn's and hotels. The lodging is adorable, confortable and the inclusive breakfast delicious. I love the location and the charm that it exhutes upon arrival. I am sure all neighboring lodges are up to par ( what isn't in Yountville?), […] but I haven't felt a need to venture any further than the Vintage in. Everything about this hotel is first rate. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms were bright, clean and luxurious. Flowers were blooming and the grounds were pristine. I would highly recommend this hotel for the service, amenities, and location.

My wife and I have stayed at several Napa area hotels and have found the Vintage Inn as by far the best is every aspect of the hotel experience. Absolutely quaint little inn in Yountville. Lots of resturants and shopping. Yountville is in the heart of napa and wineries. Perfect little inn, with a bottle of wine and expresso machine in your room. Large jetted tub, fireplace and front and back porch. USA Today each morning at your door. Large comfy bed. The arrival was uneventful because the staff were beyond helpful. The hotel has a little snack (very high quality) starting at 3 pm. Our guests were very impressed. The breakfast was very good and the rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The beds are really nice; almost as nice as home! The only thing I would recommend is that you stay on the second […] floor if you do not mind dragging your bags upstairs. The building is gorgeous and quaint but this includes somewhat thin floors and you hear the people up stairs walking around and flushing the toilet.
