"BREAKFAST"
I had to pay for the breakfast for my wife although I booked the 1-bedroom apartment. At the point of booking with your website, it showed 2 head-count, room with breakfast. Front Office told me that their policy is 1 breakfast for 1-room apartment, 2 breakfasts for 2-room apartment. I feel that they are using some form of trickery to increase their […] income. Great Hotel. Big Sized Rooms. Friendly Staff. Will definitely want to return to this hotel.
"Lots of space but a bit rundown"
Got a free upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite. The room was super spacious with a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, living room, dinning room etc. Although it was spacious, the room was a bit run down and looks like it's seen better days. The service at this hotel was horrible. The rooms were not cleaned untill 4 or 5pm. The rooms were not cleaned on new years eve or […] day nor was there room service on those days. The breakfast was free for one person but was nothing to write home about. Although located in Makati, no cab driver or local had ever heard of this hotel... "great great place to stay!"
This is my 2nd stay at fraser place and once again, I was happy with my choice! The hotel is in a great location, the service is always excellent (and I have a demanding family so I certainly appreciated their efforts) and the rooms are spacious, clean, nicely furnished and is everything you need for an extended stay in Manila.
