The InnPlace Hotel Webster, TX - Webster

We had to change rooms two times until we finally just kept the third room. The first room, the light flickered in the sick area. The second room, the TV didn't work. The cable wasn't even put into the wall properly. The third room AC was loud, but that helped w/sleeping. The hallway smelled like smoke too and we were in a non-smoking room area, we […] thought. I had booked with BEST WESTERN and was looking for that chain as I drove by....the address did not say 'BEST WESTERN". I went into the hotel at that address and found out it had changed brands since about March, this was June. Other than the surprise of 'change', the hotel there was very nice and we would recommend it.

We loved staying at this hotel. Now it is overgrown with weeds and the pool was a slug filled mess not to swim in. Other than that if you don't mind the hotel looking like the ghetto then stay if you dare. The sleep was okay.

Very close to shopping areas. The lobby is small with no restrooms available. Continental breakfast is typical but well stocked. The coffee never ran out. The room was fairly good sized, but the bathroom was small and could have used some paint. The shower head was the best I've ever used in a motel/hotel room.

It was a small room, but it had everything we needed for a great Fourth of July weekend. I wish there were more channels on the TV, and the fridge didn't clink all night, but it worked. I would recommend this hotel to someone, and will be visiting the again if their rates continue to trump those around them.

I knew that this would not be the best hotel, but it ws way worse than what I had imagined. The room smelt horrible, the bathtub was dirty, and there was no elevator to the second floor so Ihad to drag my suicase upstairs in the rain....not happy.

Cheap rate and so so hotel. There are many restaurants nearby the hotel, and a shopping mall. very convenience location, and near to the NASA. Room was ok, however the building is very old, and the A/C is very noisy. If you want to save money, it is a choice to stay in this hotel.

It was conveniently located for all I need to do.

Hotel a good value considering the price. Hotel staff very accommodating and pleasant. Rooms a little tight and crowded but it was clean. For the price I paid,I did not expect a 4 star hotel. Awesome food at Lupes next door. Will stay at the hotel again when I am in the area. I did enjoy the pool.

This hotel was very clean. Great Mexican restaurant next door & down the street shopping.

The bathroom was cramped and the toilet was clogged. The outside access stairway was wet and treacherous.

Bathroom is extremly small. everything else was great!!!!

SINCE I WAS TRAVELING ALONE,I HAD DECIDED TO "UPGRADE" TO WHAT I THOUGHT WOULD BE A NICER HOTEL. THE ROOM WAS A GOOD SIZE, BUT THE BED WAS VERY HARD, THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS GRINDING, AND THE BATHROON WAS PITIFUL. THE SINK WAS ON THE OUTSIDE AND THAT SPACE WAS ONLY AS WIDE AS THE SINK WITH NO PLACE TO PUT THINGS AND NO PLACE TO HANG A TOWEL. THE TOILET/TUB […] ROOM WAS TIGHTLY CRAMPED AND THE DOOR NEARLY HIT THE TUB. I'M A SHORT WOMAN AND I COULD TIPTOE AND EASILY TOUCH THE CEILING IN THAT SPACE. I WAS GLAD THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO SHARE THE BATHROOM AREAS WITH ANYONE ELSE. Lisätietoja

The hotel staff was very accommodating, room was very comfortable and clean. Also although on a very busy street, the room was very quiet. Although neighborhood not the best I would stay at this hotel on my next visit to the area

Very easy to get to. Little Mexican Restaurant behind hotel, very good. Hotel was very very clean. Lots to do around hotel. Malls, restaurant, Barnes & Noble, ect. Breakfast in the morning was yummy. Waffles were really good. The beds were so comfortable. Keep up the great work:)

The room was in good standing. The bathroom is very very small. You have to stand in the tub to close the door, that is just how small it is. We checked in and about a hour later, another guest was used his hotel key and was checking into our room. The quest went downstairs came back with the manager, he stated we "checked out today" when we "checked […] in today". Crazy, It was Valentine's Day, I guess happy Valentine's Day! We left for the evening, when we got back, there were a rose and some chocolates for me from the Manager, with a apology note. I should've gotten a free room. Good sized room and nice and clean, however thought should have been less in price.

I was in the area for 2 nights... I found the room to be clean and comfortable and slept very well...The bathroom was small , but for just me it was fine...
