This was a very pleasant experience, I would stay there again. The rooms were clean and all the amenities were excellent. A breakfast was served. Good front desk staff generally, just one young lady, of light complexion and about 26yrs, did not live up to the standard. She was eating chips at the front desk and when asked if she could assist with me […] with finding a taxi she give me a number that was to a Pizza Shop while she continued eating her chips. Secondly, I thought that greater attention could be paid to things such as keeping the main entrance to the hotel clear of leaves and plastic wrappers. Since the enrance is the first point I saw on arrival.Thirdly, when I made this booking it was for a Ramada Hotel in Downtown Philadelphia. We found ourselves in the North East of Philly. I had travelled from Barbados via Miami. There was no time to seek redress othetwise. We made the most of our location. The area was safe and there was good shopping at the Franklin Mills Mall. Good dinning at Chickies and Petes just 5 mins walk with excellent staff superb food. There was a sports facility next door and a bowling alley that were great entertainment. Lisätietoja
"Easy Access to all Major Roads"
Hallways were quiet, limited traffic. The room was clean, sheets and blankets clean and not worn. I had stayed at this Ramada in the past, and had a positive experience. There was also a free Continental breakfast.

Hotel was horrible sheets were semi clean ... Room smelled like bleach ... And very old looking they def need to do major renovation.

"very disappointing"
I booked this hotel and was welcomded by an an excellent receptionist, After that everything went down hill, the room was clean enough to sleep in just. But worst of all there was technically no breakfast, the muffins on both mornings were moldy. And a lot of the things were just old or stale. I finally had to settle for fruit loops!
"Ramada Inn on Roosevelt Blvd."
The room I was assigned was clean but very poorly maintained. My first clue was the wobbly toilet, and the loose toilet seat. I used 3 of the electrical outlets at some point during my two night stay, and they all frightened me some. The one next to the bed had no plate, and the plug itself was very loose in the box. The plug in the bathroom was loose […] as well, and moved when you plugged or unplugged anything, and the plug directly on the other side of the wall, the one for the coffee maker actually came out of the wall as I tried to unplug the coffee maker, box and all. VERY unsafe! The shower curtain rod was not attached to the wall right so the curtain would not stay closed (at this point I did not care about the lake on the bathroom floor). As I was leaving, I stopped by the office to express my complaints and both entrances were locked, with no one to be seen. I can say with confidence that I will not be staying there again. "Ramada never again"
Room smelled really bad, plaster and sheetrock falling off the ceiling in the bathroom. Black mold all around the tub. Just nasty
"Ramada- near Sesame Place"
This hotel was horrible. The overnight front deskman was rude. I was disrupting his cellphone conversation and was annoyed to direct me to which room was mine. There had been bad water damage to the hotel. The breakfast was only until 10 am and cosisted of cereal and bread. It was the worst contential breakfast I had ever had. The room was mildewed […] and moldy. The bathroom had a huge water/ mold spot in the bathroom. Due to this I could not breathe at night. The TV was a small box of the old fashioned sort. I can't believe that anyone would pay more than $20 a night for this horrible place. We stayed only 1 night and caneled the next nigth. We went to ALoft hotel near the Airport. It was FANTASTIC! I really liked the stay at this hotel. I was very comfortable and the hotel was very clean. The only issues I have is that the hotel's exercise equipment needs to be updated. If a hotel advertises that the training room comes as part of the hotel package, than it is expected to be in excellent and working condition. The weight room is unacceptable. […] Concerning the complimentary breakfast, it needs to improve. At least adding cold hardboiled eggs/ waffles or oatmeal packets would be a great offer. Last but not least, when check out time came and we were grabbing the last of our items to take out of the room, the room service did not give us a chance to get our things out. I did not like them coming to knock on the door and then hanging around the hall watching us to make sure we were getting out of the room. Then I saw the manager coming down the hall as if he was checking up on us. This made me feel very uncomfortable. I truly understand that the staff wanted to get the room cleaned out, but we were on our way out the room. Overall, the stay was good and I did become a little frustrated with the television, because they have it where you can't even bring your dvd player from home to hook up on the television to watch your own movies. In addition, I had trouble with the remote, but it was because you have to have the tv turned directly where the remote is pointing right at the little square box on the television, because there is a red signal light that connects to the remote in order to turn the television. We were relatively suprised and happy with our experience at the hotel. The pool was quite chilly but we enjoyed watching the nightly volleyball matches. And the bar is available if you are interested in a drink walking distance from your room. We were in Room 108 which was close enough to the night time activities without being disturbed if we decided […] to turn in early. The breakfast was good and we even took an apple or yogurt to snack on later. It was close to Historic Philly and there is even public transportation right in front of the hotel.My teenage daughter enjoyed working out in the fitness room which was usually empty.The cleaning staff was extremly happy and polite. "This was my worst hotel experience ever!"
My family and I chose this hotel for our 3 day 2 night vacation in order to visit Sesame Place. We had a horrible stay there. No one came to clean our room, They promised us a crib for our toddler prior to our arrival and it took them 4 hours to show up to our room with it at almost midnight. The water back up in the bath tub anbd the walls are filthy. […] The balcony of our room had food from the former occupants. The back doors to the hotel are broken so anyone off the streets can walk in.I could go on and on. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Its a dump! Lisätietoja

"You get what you pay for!"
The hotel was Ok at best. Although clean, the room was old with older type fixtures including the TV and air conditioner. TV reception was poor and the channel selection was limited. The grounds were generally dirty. Staff was helpful one night, but less so the second. Even though I am working in the area, I probably won't stay there again.

The handle on the sliding door was broke, it made it hard to open. Some of the lights did not work, including the outlets. The Hotel is good for an over night stay, good price. Kids enjoyed the pool, and the volleyball games.

This hotel seems like a front for either homless or runaways. We had a stranger knock on our door 2xs from 2am to 3am totaly unexceptable. We think people live there. Wouldn't stay there again
"Hotel"
The Hotel was very nice and the people at the Desk were very nice. Room was nice size we had a balcony facing the pool which was really nice. The only thing I might say is it would of been nice if the bartender used a scoop for the ice instead of his hands. I would definately stay there again. Great Location you can walk to restaurants and stores.

Stayed here now for five weeks for work. Stayed in several different rooms and they all were good. Just rember you are not paying for a hampton. good room for a fair price..

I spent a night at this hotel on a weekend trip with my sons. The rooms are nothing close to the pictures. The toilet was not properly cleaned and the hallway was very dirty. It was obvious that they had not vacummed in a couple days. The hotel felt more like a cheap motel. The breakfast is very basic, just bagel and cereal.

The entrance that I was assigned to get to my room was very dirty and the door could not be locked. It felt quite unsafe as anyone could come in at any time. I stayed up all night the first night due a faulty sensor. I was assigned a better room the next day after I complained. The comforter in my second room had to be replaced, at my request, because […] it had 7 holes in it. They looked like cigarette burns. The hallway to get to my room was as hot as the temperature outside. It was not air conditioned and it had a strange smell. This place does NOT qualify to be called a Hotel. This is more like $20 a night motel. The management staff looked like they were at war with everyone. They are the most unwelcoming Hotel management staff that I have ever seen. My stay was satisfactory. Breakfast was fairly limited, only apples for fruit and eggs for protein. The fitness room's equipment was very dated... but functional to say the least. The "business center" is a VERY slow computer... I would advise you bring your own laptop if you are going to have the need to do anything on line. The hotel itself was nice, however, our room didn't have a ceiling the roof was directly overhead and we hardly slept due to the sound of pounding raindrops hitting the roof. Loved the balcony and the continental breakfast for the family was pretty good.
"Ramada - NE Phillie - Not worth a repeat"
This hotel is far below the typical standard expected by the Ramada brand. The hotel had a musky smell upon entering. I suspect wet carpet. The bathroom had mold embedded into the shower's silicon seams. The toilet had a leak and was one of those "you have to wiggle the handle" to get it to stop varieties. I was very satisfied with this hotel. It is clean with pleasant good service, breakfast is included. For the money it is very pleasant. I have stayed there many times and am happy to return.
Our expectations were not very high,but when we checked in the front desk was very nice and the room was clean.The house keeping staff was very good and made you feel they wanted your stay to be pleasant and comfortable.Maintainence issues(loose toilet seat) were handled promptly.Having lived in the area for 30 years I knew the location well.This hotel […] is on a major highway but noise was of no issue.There are no beautiful vistas from your room since this a commercial area. That said it has excellent access to major highways (PA & NJ turnpikes,I95, trains & public transportation).You can get to downtown Philadelphia & New York very easy .There are plenty of shoping,entertainment & restaurants near by..Over all it was'nt too bad and I would stay here again if need be on my next visit to Philly.
